IC thread: World War NS
Set a few years ahead, but not future tech.
There are three (now four) factions, each with their own goals and agendas. The Imperialist, Authoritarians, and the Democratic Association.

Factions-
Imperial: an alliance of monarchist, aristocracy, and other bourgeosis.
Authoritarian: an alliance composed of authoritarian such as Fascist, National Socialist, etc.
Democratic Association: an alliance of Socialist, Democratic, and Communist countries.
Neutral: not a faction. Neutral countries are countries that have not taken any side in the conflict.
The Republic Front: Republics, Democracy, Democratic Republics, and Semi-Republics.

Map will be drawn up before IC thread.
This isn't intended to parellel WW2, I just find that dull and unoriginal. While I don't mind drawing inspiration from WW2 to use, don't overuse it.
No blunt profanity. A little is fine, but don't go overboard and curse like a drunken sailor.

Short History: The Grey Wolf Nation has never been considered "strong." it is a small nation, bordering the Communist Fomorian Nation. However, Osgar O'Malley, the Dragon of the Grey Wolf Army, managed to defeat the Fomorian Nation. The Grey Wolf Confederation (now dubbing itself Empire) seeks to expand.

Short History: The nation used to be ran by monarchs, but after a civil war, democracy was established. That democracy became authoritarian in order to protect itself and its citizens.

That is not to say the Church can't be heavy handed with clerical applications, but the Will of God is represented through the People, and so Democracies are favored.
Short History: Founded over 3,000 years ago on the Ungeriat Archipelago, Mexta Archipelago, and countless atolls, the HDI has grown and consolidated control over the region in which it resides. Maritime industry is the backbone of the country.

Short History: Following a collapse of unity between a group of historically combined yet ethnically different groups (I tend to be the Balkans for RL maps) because of a series of highly authoritarian dictatorships, the government reformed into the Landskenechte Republik. It functioned as yet another dictatorship, but the federal Government left governing up to ethnically defined regions, and handled only the military and foreign relations. This created a widely popular militarily powerful state that allowed it's regions to govern themselves. (Unspecific enough for ya?)
