"Sir, code red, I repeat code red, please respond" the radio operator said. His voice is shaking and he don't know what to do. He kept calling the coast guard. Finally, someone from mainland responded "Recognized, please report the situation". The radio operator answered back, detailing the situation "Our team have been patrolling near Scarborough Shoal as part of our routine when the PLA Navy (Chinese Navy) suddenly appeared. After few exchanges of message a torpedo attack destroyed one of our ships. They kept firing at us that we need to retreat. Over" he then awaits the response.
Meanwhile, Eminrallian Coast Guard reported the incident to Eminrallian Pacific division back in Hawaii. The Hawaii Office transmitted the report back to Eminrallian mainland. Angry response were made by President Stephen Blair and the rest of the Eminral High Command.
Eminral City
President Blair hurried from the Presidential Residence to the Eminral Armed Forces Headquarters. At the arrival, he immediately walked to Admiral Reilla of the Pacific Division "What happened, what is the status? Damn fuc**rs!". The Admiral calmly responded "Sir, 14 of our comrades died, the rest are still being searched". He closed his eyes for a brief moment, he might be dismissed with this. President Blair ordered that the whole Eminrallian Navy in the Philippines to guard the whole Philippine coast upon the authorization of the Philippine government.
Meanwhile, several Chinese fishermen also illegally entered Kyushu Islands. 13 of whom are detained indefinitely. The Chinese vessels were also spotted near Eminrallian waters.

After the direct authorization of the President of Eminral, the full force of the Eminrallian Navy in Southwestern Pacific were diverted to increase naval presence within the sea. Minutes aFter, 4 Chinese naval ships showed up. Eminrallian ships fired warning shots, but the Chinese vessels refused to leave. 4 Eminrallian ships started firing at them. The crew, angry with the recent slaughter of their comrades, also helped with the attack. The turn of events effectively increased tensions between the Federation of Eminral Republic and the People's Republic of China.
