Fascist Rebellion in the GKE (IC, Finished)

An old, battered-looking Honda drove slowly over the bridge, and pulled over, to the side. Several young men got out, looking down at the approaching procession of cars. There are two black cars, surrounded by police, approaching. The three converse briefly in Korean, then one goes to the trunk, opening it. He hands the other two what appear to be violin cases, and they go into the car and open them. The third one closes the trunk, and gets in the driver's seat.

Ten seconds later, the other two get out, holding Korean Army assault rifles and wearing bulletproof vests. They immediately train their guns on the two black cars, and open fire. The guns chatter away, spewing brass as they send their deadly payloads to bite deep into tires and windshields and gas tanks and bodies. The driver rolls his window down, for some reason, and hunches low. Then the reason for the window becomes apparent: he is holding a machine pistol, covering for the other two as they send streams of bullets into the convoy, blasting away at the two cars and any police officer who dares to return fire.

"Fucking hell, this barbarians!" said the driver, as he first heard the gun shot "Sirs, please cover yourselves immediately, we are crawling out of this mess. Early response team should be near" the driver instructed the Korean representatives. The radio on the car reported to them "The suspects are speaking in Korean, must be insurgents over". The driver replied back "Never mind that, just send in the freaking police force". The radio operator responded "Copy that"


2 minutes in the gunfire, two police chopper opened fire at the place of the suspects. The driver led the Korean representatives out. He covered the Emperor, injuring his leg. "Make a run for it, see that cruiser? that's the city police. Go for it!" he instructed them. Meanwhile, sirens rang throughout the streets. The city send in the SWAT and the Federal Police sent in counter-terrorism units. They are heavily armed with APCs, ready to apprehend the suspects.

Joachim Dresner, General Secretary of the Volkskammer, has decided to send Jochen Schumacher, a Prussian Diplomat, to try and restore the peace. He has boarded a Private Plane, and will arrive in the NER shortly.

"There should be one more diplomat coming before we start. Damn, I hope they are not targeted by the terrorists" said the Blanc City Police Chief, watching the news about the shooting. "Have they confirmed who the terrorists are?" asked President Stephen Blair. "No, but they are speaking in Korean so they must be fascists or something" suggested Federal Police Counter terrorism unit officer. "They might be the Chinese, after all you know what happened", suggested Presidential Advisor. "Those Chinese are really pissing me off. One more intrusion and they freaking gone" President Blair said.

The time had come. The people from Eminral stated that the negotiations would take place in Blanc, Vallière - which was exactly where Supreme Shogun Fujiwara Isasu was heading.

He was arrived in Vallière using his personal helicopter, then continued to the predestined meeting point as quickly as possible. There, he met some representatives from a yet unknown side. He confidently (but not arrogantly) walked to them.

"Pardon me, am I late for the talks?", he asked, wondering whether he missed the starting of the most important part of reestablishing peace.

"Welcome, sirs. The meeting haven't start yet, so I'll assume your just in the right time" an attendant walked up to him and informed him. He gaves them a special guidebook. "This is the venue. The black car shall take you up there in 5 minutes. The main road is closed so it should be more faster" he pointed the driver to them.

"Alright, I shall board the vehicle and come there as quickly as possible. Thank you for the information.", he said, bowing to the attendant, before getting in the car to go to the meeting place.

The black car shall take you up there in 5 minutes. The main road is closed so it should be more faster" he pointed the driver to them.

I don't want to scare you or anything, but there have been an attempt to the Korean representatives' lives. To add an additional security, you shall be boarding this car instead of that car and we shall take a different route. Although this should not take long. As always, there are police escorts and several unmarked vehicle. Please help yourselves with some snacks inside the car" he opened the door for them.

Jochen looked out to the city of Blanc, and said to himself: "So, this is how Capitalists survive, while the poor die without anything. No matter, i'm not here to coup the nation, i'm here as a diplomat." He then waited for the nearest car.

Lee Hyunsik ran for it arriving at the police cruiser with no injuries luckily. However two of the KIGs had remained to return fire using pistols and one was killed while the other got a flesh wound. Lee said "Why must they be here of all times"? Meanwhile security had been heightened with IFVs patrolling the streets due to the attacks commited by the fascists.

Lee Hyunsik ran for it arriving at the police cruiser with no injuries luckily. However two of the KIGs had remained to return fire using pistols and one was killed while the other got a flesh wound. "Here, sir, please go inside" the police officer instructed Lee. Two officers quickly got into the car and the cruiser went out of the scene. 5 more police cruisers blocked the way while a SWAT car follows the police cruiser Lee was in. The radio operator contacted them and said "Suspects confirmed to be speaking Korean, although they do not look like Korean". The police officer replied "Well, okay. We are now heading to a different route"

Two of his men possibly dead however it seemed the fascists were smarter than previously thought as they had somehow gotten to the NER despite the tough security at the GKE. However he entered inside closely followed by the remaining Korean Imperial Guard.

Zero-point-zero-eight-three seconds later, all three suspects are completely incinerated in the inferno.
First, their bulletproof vests explode, shattering the overpass, tossing the Civic into the air like a toy, and flinging chunks of white-hot concrete at the helicopters. Then, their equipment, all of it, explodes, flinging tungsten-jacketed ball bearings made of ceramic harder than diamond. The Civic fell down, surrounded by twisted Rebar and blasted concrete. All appeared to be calm for a moment.

Then the car exploded. The blast completely incinerated the cameras Gamma Team had been using to observe, before racing outwards, ripping the concrete from the street, tossing cars and men and debris like toys. The blast wave was followed by a wave of broiling heat: the temperature at the explosion's core neared 100,000 degrees. The Senkakans had planted a miniature sub-fusion plasma yield warhead in the passenger seat, similar to the warheads the Navy used in its cruise missiles, and laced the engine with plastic explosive. The passenger seat bomb had a blast radius of about 100 meters, and the blast wave could knock out windows up to a kilometer away.

Gamma Team then got to work.

Some were already speculating about the Chinese plot after Eminrallians chased off PLA ships out of Philippine waters. Some said it was a terrorist attack from Logan KKKorean Spielmaker. The staff members approached the Koreans "Are you alright? We got some first aid here if you guys want. If you are alright, I shall guide you to the main chamber, where the Eminrallian representative is waiting."

A huge explosion is heard in Outer Downtown, Blanc City. The Federal Police, with the full force of the Blanc City Police and the neighboring police force responded to the scene. The police force immediately contained the whole area and kept the media and civilians out. "Damn it, every time there's a foreign conference here some random shit blow up" complains a FedPol officer, scratching his head. Sirens of ambulance, firetrucks and police cruisers were heard all over the streets. No response were yet made regarding the incident.

Meanwhile, an emergency curfew have been declared, from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Schools and universities inside the city and certain areas were also cancelled. The Eminrallian Reserves were called to duty to help transport the dead and the injured to the nearest hospital. The President have ordered a quick investigation over what happened.

"Very well sir, I will now lead you to the main chamber" he guided them to the halls. They passed through a giant painting, depicting the liberation of Blanc from the communists during the Green Revolution of 2001. At the end of the hall, there is a huge rotonda with the statue of Jesus Christ. Behind it is a small door, leading to the main building:


Inside, they saw a man, with an Eminrallian flag pin standing in the center. On the bwnch at the left of the Speaker's seat, they can see three men talking. The attendant approached the Eminrallian Representative "Excuse me sir, the Korean representative are here". The Eminrallian representative immediately turned around and greeted them "Hello, my name is James Green, I am the representative of Eminral. Nice to meet you."

Soon the meetings would begin and they could get down to business about the fascists. However back home the GKE had shut down all air travel to prevent any fascists from entering NER or any toher countries to prevent any further accidents and such.

Shen smiled as he finished the last weld. The Legislative Chamber was in sight, looking beautiful and regal. He chuckled slightly. It was about to be looking a lot worse....

What Shen had installed appeared to be, for all intents and purposes, a satellite dish. It was not. At the end of its small mount was not a receiver, but a modified Senkakan Bumblebee CIWS rocket. It had a range of five miles: almost exactly the distance to the target. The serial number has been erased, and it had been modified to the extent it didn't really look like a Bumblebee anymore. It carried a standard implosion-density combined explosive warhead- more than capable of seriously damaging the Legislative Chamber- and had plastic explosive add-on charges which would fling tungsten-jacketed ceramic ball bearings out at supersonic speeds. The dish was simply a low-energy ultraviolet laser, which would guide the Bumblebee to its target. The deadly warhead traveled at Mach 3, and was powered by an oxycetelyne plasma rocket.

Gamma Team had many good backup plans, but this was the next one in line.

5 Minutes Later
Four Seasons Hotel

Shen was sitting in their room, looking intently at camera feed from the tiny camera on the dish. He decided it was time, and turned to Chaya. "Tell Jae what to do."
Chaya nodded curtly, dialing a number on her cell phone. She spoke for a moment in Korean, then paused.

Jae was a fascist rebel who they had brought along. His phone was linked to the rocket. After a moment of instruction from Chaya, he pressed several buttons.

The Bumblebee streaked into the air, engine giving a high-pitched screech. It would strike the Legislative Chamber in one-point-seven-six seconds.

One-point-zero-five seconds later, Jae's AccelFoam laced cell phone exploded in his ear, destroying his head, the motel room he was in, and all record of his brief conversation with Chaya and the signal he had sent.

The Bumblebee accelerated as it reached its final stage, and crashed into the building. The implosion warhead immediately compressed, then exploded outward, flinging shrapnel, plastic explosive, and motel metal everywhere. The blast radius of approximately 60 feet was somewhat encumbered by the fact there were walls in the way, but solved this by pulverizing them, sending them flying outward at supersonic speeds. The plastic explosives then detonated, flinging the ball bearings and sending more shrapnel and flame blurring outwards. The ball bearing went through walls as if they were paper, the tungsten jacketing melting and flying around. The explosion would be strong enough to blow out every window in the building and give the foundation a solid jolt. It struck the front of the building, actually flying into the lobby. The guided laser then proceeded to explode, raining molten metal forty stories onto the street below.

Gamma Team would be rather irritated if this failed.

Soon the meetings would begin and they could get down to business about the fascists. "Well, interesting topic actually. Right now, the Government of Eminral is looking for countries willing to sell Japan. So I'll assume yes" the Eminrallian Representative replied "Partly for historical and cultural reasons but also for economic reasons. If I may not be so rude, why did you ask?"

"Some members of the government want closer ties with the NER. Others want to keep Japan as it is one of many economic and technological bases for the GKE. I many thinking about this matter and wanted to know if the NER still wanted it or not" Lee replied.
