A fascist organization has launched another series of attacks onto the Great Korean Empire. Several car bombs and gun shots were set off across the city which ended up killing five of these murderers and terrorists while leaving well over three hundred citizens dead or wounded. As of recently the Emperor has declared martial law and the country has erupted into civil war. The remnants of a fascist organization had been created and under the leadership of a single man many terrorist attacks had been launched. Various small attacks and raids occurred, but this was the largest attacks of all. During this attack on the Great Korean Empire itself, the SWAT killed many of these fascist rebels with minimal casualties. The GKE formally ask for support in this civil war as their numbers grow across the entire nation. However if you end up supporting these terrorists that spread fascist we warn you that you will be declared a enemy of the state. Around 1,872 citizens have turned and even now our committing deadly acts of terror across this country in order to spread fascist. Fascism shall not come to fruit in this nation unless every last man is killed fighting to the death and fight to the death we shall.

They discussed the possibility of Eminral's entry to the war. They are divided however on where to side. "I hereby opposes to side with the fascists" the President insisted. "But Mr. President, this is our time to destabilize the Great Korean Empire" said an Officer. "Yes, but I'm not going to side with them in any way, it is final" the President said. The whole High Command were forced to agree. The President however said "However, the rift between GKE and Eminral shall not end here."

Oceasia, although not an anti-fascist country, and in fact, supported fascism too an extent, has now secretly declared a state of hostility on the fascist rebellions in the GKE. A fleet of 300 thousand troops, 100 naval destroyer, 15 submarines, 3 aircraft carriers, 50 minesweeper, 1 battleship, 1 thousand artillery pieces, 100 fighters, 300 bombers, and 500 transporter ships are now being sent to the GKE to help their war against the fascist rebellions. Taku Sanseiji walked briskly along the docks. He'd been in Korea for close to a year, supplying weapons and money to criminals, rebels, rioters, terrorists, and malcontents, as he had been ordered. He ran a small shipping business in Pusan, and now he was staring over at one of his ships, the clipper Junkei, where his partner and fellow spy, Kanya Daiichi, would be busy in the computers, using the Internet, satellites and drones and supercomputers she wasn't supposed to be able to access to figure out where the nearest rebel sect was. Their new orders were to make contact. He'd been promised several ships worth of arms and a rather shocking amount of money to give them, as had most of the other Imperial Intelligence operatives in Korea. However, it was precisely calculated, so it wouldn't be quite enough money or weaponry to take the country. A powerful rival state would be eliminated, and the ghost of the father-emperor Daisen could finally be laid to rest.

It would not be long, Taku reflected, before the very dock he was walking on now, would be destroyed.

The fascists were quite pleased in the very fact that they had just recieved several shipments of weapons from the Terran Republic. They had also recieved word that Senkaku was trying to contact them which was quite a pleasant turn of events. He would send a message to them if he could find where they are. Meanwhile they had quite a excellent plan in motion that would threaten the succession to the throne of the Great Korean Empire. Several hours later it was announced that the death of Empress Suk-bin, wife to Emperor Sejo of the GKE. She died of several gunshot wounds which were meant for her sixteen year old son, the Crown Prince Lee Hyun-sik. The Emperor has now decreed curfew and now armored fighting vehicles patrol the streets. But in the Imperial Palace the Emperor has rarely left his room causing worry with some of the Staff Members.

Following the President's secret order, the Eminrallian 60th-67th legion are to be relocated from Hawaii to Northern Mariana Islands. The President's order came after intensified fascist attacks are reported in the southern part of the empire. Should the Office of the President authorized immediate military action, several targets are being prepared to crush fascist rebellion. Meanwhile, Eminrallian stance remain clear, neutral.

Emperor Sejo had finally left his room. And now he was giving a speech on live television. He stated "Today a great darkness has swallowed this nation. But we must remain strong in our resolve and not let them take a inch for if we give up a inch we give up a mile in the long run! We must stand and fight! We must keep moving forward! We must defend our honor and protect our skies! Why you may ask? The reason why is that these are not fascist rebels trying to seize power! Shoot to kill order were given to law enforcement while the Coast Guard and National Guard were put on high alert. Meanwhile Crown Prince Lee was furious and grieving. He had let those fascist bastards kill his own mother! He would do whatever he could to destory this rebellion that took his mother as he wiped off the last tear. Security around the capital city was also tightened while the fascist terrorists numbers seem to have grown incredibly as it is rumored to be near fifty thousand now. Checkpoints have also been set up in every major city.

Two days later

Taku drove slowly past the checkpoint. His papers were all legal and perfectly in order, and the checkpoints presented no obstacle to him. He drives around to the cafe, and walks in, ordering some dim sum and a coffee. As he sits down, he pulls out his phone, dialing a number listed as "Junko", his fake wife, actually a computer in Thailand monitored by an IIA agent in case any investigators actually call the number. "Hi honey! I set everything up at the apartment for you, since all these terrorists are going off everywhere, chucking bombs. What? No, I'm fine. Alright. Would you please take the company plane? I'd feel a lot better. Thank you! Bye!" He hangs up, having conducted the fake conversation quite well.

Ten seconds later, after it recieves the code words (set off bombs), the computer in Thailand sends out a signal. It bounces off dishes in China, travels by landline to London, then goes to San Francisco, where it is bounced off three satellites to Seoul, then by landline to Vladivostok. From there it goes to Phandong and Anking, and after that it goes to two small towns in Mongolia. It then travels to Uzbekistan, then to a Caspian Sea port in Iran, where it puts itself into another IIA agent's laptop, listed as still waiting to leave the factory, and sends itself from that to four devices in Pusan. The agent in Iran then dumps the (non-waterproof) computer into the Caspian Sea.

One second later, all four devices receive the signal and activate, producing a hissing whine that lasts no more than half a second long as they prepare to fire. They are filled with Semtex and specially manufactured shrapnel, effectively tungsten-titanium ball bearings, which will rip through people- and buildings- with ease. Their outer casing is made of steel, and they have an inner hull made of highly flammable composites with a low melting point. The space between the two is filled by a gasoline-nitroglycerin mix and hardened military ceramic cubes of shrapnel. They are fairly small, disguised as televisions, or, in one case, as a section of wall.

One second later, all four simultaneously explode.

One is in a crowded electronics store. A second is in an apartment Taku and Kanya, pretending to be a young couple, bought, and seemed to be moving in to. A third is on a truck, delivering more equipment to a different store. And the fourth (the one that looks like a chunk of wall) is in a towering skyscraper, in the elevator shaft, halfway up. It has taken Taku and Kanya 48 hours of constant work, pretending to be mechanics, workmen, and construction workers to install the weapons. With the Koreans cracking down on shipping, they had received new orders, while their clippers stopped in Japan to unload the weapons and take on legitimate cargo.

And now, their work has paid off.

With the invasion of Great Terran Republic threatening Eminrallian interests in the region, the Pacific Legion were ordered to take positions within Shikoku and Hokkaido. The President have ordered to open fire to any foreign forces, with the exception of GKE forces, entering Sea of Japan. The Eminrallian High Command announced their quarantine plan, stopping the spread of fascist rebellion. Meanwhile, suspicions about backroom negotiations still intrigue the central command about the operation. Another meeting shall be presided by the President later this day.

Several explosions believed to be the work of the fascists go off across the nation. An electronics store was destroyed with nearly thirty causalities and many more people wounded. A second one was set off and destroyed an entire portion of a building killing over fifty people. A third one seemed to have been set off in a truck on a crowed street which killed over sixty people. And in a skyscraper a bomb goes off in the elevator killing around twenty-five people and no survivors from the surrounding area when the elevator crashed or when it exploded. In response more permissive interrogation and detention policies have been enacted. Intelligence and surveillance activities have been increased with police patrols walking down the streets. Preemptive Humanitarian activates have been encouraged while emergency services such as hospitals have been put on high alert. Traffic barriers have also been added and that all people have their belongings checked before entering a building. Korean Customs and Border Protection have also been put on high alert as well. Sturdy obstacles and checkpoints manned by law enforcement have been set up in tall or politically sensitive buildings. The Emperor has also authorized preemptive neutralization. This means that suspected terrorists can be captured, killed, or disabled before they can mount an attack.

The crisis involving the Great Korean Empire was a popular story all over Vastaavikus, and many young men were enthused to volunteer to help kill off the cancer of fascism that was growing in Korea. The Party ordered that the navy begin preparations to travel to Korea, and the army, bolstered by nearly 1500 eager volunteers to mobilize as well in order to prepare for overseas deployment. The airforce would station 25 F-3 fighters and 15 GH-3B bomber aircraft within Korean airbases. These airforces would be stationed wherever the Korean military deemed fit. In order to avoid any linguistic barriers, 25 advisers fluent in Korean would be sent to relay orders back and forth.

The Republic is now in the Pacific and is loaded. orders were given “Any Emiral or Korean ships are to be attacked” the Aircraft carriers begin launching MIG-29 fighter jets to begin an air attack on Emiral ports near the area. The plan was to draw Emiral out into Naval combat and then get them so distracted they wouldn’t have time for an invasion of small islands. 10 ships were to attack Korea while the rest headed to occupy the islands and refuel for an even greater attack” The Republic also openly announced this on the internet.

"Good evening this is Mike Hathaway of EBC Breaking News, the Great Terran Republic have openly announced their intention to attack Eminrallian ships in the Pacific that are involved with the crisis GKE is facing today. The recent message sent by the terrorist exiles proclaiming themselves as the Great Terran Republic have proved to us that they are still living in a fantasy world that they could defeat us. Further arrests and military engagements of the exiles (Terran military) shall also be authorized within the federation and its territorial water and airspace.

Both the Cabinet of Eminral and the Eminral Armed Forces High Command held a Joint meeting regarding the crisis. The President is presiding over the meeting. He waited for everyone to come before standing up. "Good evening gentlemen, I hereby declare the meeting in order. Today's topic is about the GKE crisis. As of the current moment, 17 Naval legions are scattered within the Korean waters. I have ordered the Armed Forces to shoot Terran ships on sight. I shall welcome any suggestions raised by any of the members here tonight." he sat down and waited for anyone to declare their motion.
