Communist Rebellion in the Great Korean Empire

Seoul, The Great Korean Empire, 10:39 a.m.

A communist organization has launched another series of attacks onto the Great Korean Empire. Several car bombs and gun shots were set off across the city which ended up killing five of these murderers and terrorists while leaving well over three hundred citizens dead or wounded. As of recently the Emperor has declared martial law and the country has erupted into civil war. The remnants of a communist organization had been created led by a person named Kim Jong Un and under his leadership many terrorist attacks had been launched. Various small attacks and raids occurred, but this was the largest attacks of all. During this attack on the Great Korean Empire itself, the SWAT killed many of these communist rebels with minimal casualties. The GKE formally ask for support in this civil war as their numbers grow across the entire nation. However if you end up supporting these terrorists that spread Communism we warn you that you will be declared a enemy of the state. Around 10,872 citizens have turned and even now our committing deadly acts of terror across this country in order to spread communism. Communism shall not come to fruit in this nation unless every last man is killed fighting to the death and fight to the death we shall.

The Centrist Republic of Oceasia has now UNOFFICIALLY AND SECRETLY declared support for the government of the GKE, since Oceasia is technically an anti-communist country. Officially, Oceasia will remain neutral in the war, and the citizens of Oceasia can not know that Oceasia is involved in YET another war. Forces that will be sent to the GKE consisted of: 50 thousand troops, 300 tanks, 100 bombers, 50 fighters, 500 artillery pieces, 10 stealth aircraft's, 3 submarines, 10 naval destroyers, 2 aircraft carriers, 5 minesweepers, and 250 transporter ships. Due to previous unwarranted, insanely cruel attacks by the Great Korean Empire to Johto and Kanto in the past, the nation will use this rebellion to it's advantage, and wage war against the GKE. If our nation succeeds in this noble counterattack, the GKE will be dissolved, and occupied by Johto and Kanto as well as any allies willing to join this cause. All of the GKE's colonies will be granted full autonomy, and the GKE will regain its independence with a new constitution after 18 months.
J&K has tried to be a peaceful nation, but the belligerency of GKE cannot be ignored. War will be declared on all of GKE in 24 hours, although diplomatic missions are open until then. Anyone is welcome to join us in our fight.

To clarify, we aren't supporting the communists specifically, we're just using it as a diversion to strike GKE and bring down it's military.

The President was shocked, but he knows what to do "Well, we are allies after all. Continue to send the aid, but aid Johto and Kanto with this war. We must fulfill our part to them." he sat down and fell silent, he then began to speak "But I will not, under any circumstances, support the communists. I will not" he left the room as he prepares another communique.

The plan of Eminral changed. With the entry of their ally, they are technically obligated to help them. The President decides to send GKE the aid anyway.

The President walked in to the building, with other High Command Officers following him. They all went to the elevator to floor -7. They went to the big map room, where a map of the world is right on their foot. The President proposes a new military action. "Alright, change of plans. Our ally is expected to take action a day from now. I want immediate formation of Eminrallian Pacific Command. Send them right away to Johto and Kanto. However, just devote a small force there. Concentrate a big part on the strike day. We will not be certain whether this will happen." he paused. "To be clear, we are not, and never will support the communists. If anything, arrest them. Rules of engagements apply. As the previous strategy, no stepping on their lawn. Clean what it is need to be cleaned. Understood?" the High Command all nodded in agreement. "Gentlemen, I shall leave the rest to you. You may alter some of my proposal."

Meanwhile several cars had arrived at an airport in Incheon at various times. The men walked around casually some buying tickets while others looking around in the stores. However when a police officer walked over to check them as one had dropped a suitcase and left it there. However the bomb exploded and several of them drew machine pistols and shot several rounds into the surrounding officers. People started screaming and a firefight started which ended with nearly fifty civilian causalities and twenty police causalities. Also several attacks on military bases occurred with most communists being repelled. Meanwhile in Seoul an attempt to assassinate the sixteen year old son of Emperor Sejo was made. Thankfully the driver had made a wrong turn and had saved his life as a bomb went off on a another street. In other news the Emperor has offered to the NER the right to build three military bases in Japan in hopes of a better future and for helping them by sending aid.

The GKE shuts down the Korean airspace for non-military aircraft while the Coast Guard now patrols the waters. The attack is reported to the GKE government and in response to show that there will be no mercy against those that kill civilians. A convoy of troops, Omega Centurion Mk.IV tanks, and Khamsin attack helicopters approach the airport. A massive defense network of artillery guns, anti-tank guns, barbed wire, landmines, trenches, AA systems, and deep-sea mines are deployed is set up once more. The GKE states that any J&K attack onto GKE soil will result in severe consequences. All help given to the communists will result in being declared a enemy of the state. Meanwhile GKE military aircraft are now patrolling the skies while several communists have been arrested. Meanwhile at the airport the lightly-equipped force is unable to defend itself against the superior forces of the IKA after a brief fight across the airport in which over fifty communists have been killed or captured. The GKE states that they formally withdraw the offer of three military bases to the NER for now and assure that the J&K lack the force needed to defeat the GKE in such a war. It also seems that the situation is dying down as many of these terrorists had not expected to face such deadly force. Satellites and drones are being used to find the whereabouts about the communists and police officers are given shoot-to-kill orders.
