NationStates: When They Cry (Intrest/NS-Higurashi crossover)

This RP is a Crossover from Higurashi, read the this then apply

It's June 1983, Rika and Hanyuu have once again failed to stop the cycle of death from reoccurring in their town. They both again have died... again.... After Hanyuu uses her powers as a goddess to reset Hinamizawa and once again retry to defeat fate and escape death. This time, however, it appears that something is out of place.... Hinamizawa is no longer in Japan.... But instead in the Region of center rural Oaledonia.... The calender says 2013.... What has happened? What will await our young heroes? have they finally beat death? or have they simply given it more to feed on?

Meanwhile...

The experiment is a complete disaster, Oaledonian particle accelerator 55-P-X478 has been destroyed in its test regarding Strangelets. The test cuased the facility to explode in a flash of light. Before it was complely destroyed, our computers picked up data... a lot of data... almost as if a a lot of mass ends up in Oaledonia

Basic Summery: This is a Mystery/small conflict role play. Hinamizawa from the show Higurashi: when they cry ends up in Nation States Because of an explosion at my particle accelerator, so we deploy special forces to aid them escape the cycle of death and figure out how they got here by finding who is responsible for the murders.

I'm sorry for the crappy OP, but this is an interest thread and I'm tired but I wanted to do this for a long time. The IC OP will be solid
