The Sunalayan Assembly SA
The Sunalayan Assembly (SA) acts like a United Nations or the in-game World Assembly for the region of Sunalaya and for some nations outside the region. It passes laws and makes sure every citizen of every nation in this assembly is treated well. The Sunalayan Assembly is made by the Kingdom of Lindenholt, to unite the already quite united nations of Sunalaya. With only 3 goals:
To give everything the people of the SA need
To make/maintain peace
To make all nations prosper
Its headquaters is based in Liberty City, the capital of Lindenholt and the SA. In the 125 story high building people from all 14 nations come together in one parliament. Nations in the parliament:

Defending our nations, at all costs
The SASC member states are the most powerfull nations in the Sunalayan Assembly, these nations decide to attack or defend a nation, when the decision is made within the Security Council to attack a nation all the nations in the SA have to right to either send troops OR not to do anything at all.

For welfare, for a better economy!
These nations are the nations with the highest GDP's in the Assembly, they are there to help economically smaller nations in times of crisis and when they need money. When a nation in the assembly is in economical crisis the SAEC votes if they will help that nation. If a majority votes yes all the SAEC nations will donate money, of course other nations in the SAEC may donate money as well. Member states:

Space, mankind's final destination
This is the space part of the assembly, all nations are members and if they want they can send astronauts or donate vehicles supplies and money. We have send men to the moon and made bases there, we have mini cities on Mars and there is currently a manned mission to Europa, a moon of Jupiter.
We are currently mining on several asteroids in the asteroids belt between Mars and Jupiter. (unmanned missions)

Languages of the Assembly
All nations in the SA have the right to give at least one of their national languages as a working language in the assembly. They may use this language on the assembly thread. Current languages are:

Measure Units of the Assembly
All nations in the assembly have to use the Metric system when communicating with other SA nations, they can keep useing their own measurement system outside the assembly. This law also forces that children in all SA nations learn the metric and imperial systems on schools.

Sunalaya Only Act
All nations of the world (excluding the region of Sunalaya because they are full members immediately) are free to join the Sunalayan Assembly as an status observer. They observe the assembly and may not vote. Their only goal is to represent other regions in the assembly. Even with puppets in Sunalaya they may join, but are not allowed to vote in the assembly's acts.* The nations who are not in Sunalaya, but are already a member of the SA do not get status Observer and maintain a full member of the assembly.**
