Watching the events unfolding in Prussia, President Reilark was almost tempted to pull back the destroyers from the coast-line. "No," he thought, "I can't. I don't want the Empire to be thought of as weak." The president then, for the second time this week, stepped out on to the balcony of the Capitol Building and delivered a speech about Prussia and what he would do about it.

"I believe that Prussia, in its current state, will recieve much criticism from the world stage. A nation, suddenly going from Fascist to Socialist is un-heard of outside of war. As of now, in Prussia, they dis-trust outsiders. They have streets for foreigners that lead directly in to other countries! As of now, they also have been executing Fascists or putting them in life imprisonment. Now, if you ask me, this Kaisar Eberhard 2nd is nothing but a fool who can trust outsiders less than he can trust an enemy. So, Kaisar, I am asking for you to change your ways. End this... lockdown of Prussia and restore order immediatly. I am sure that no one wants to see any more fatalities due to your police killing off Fascists.
And, if you choose to be ignorant, you can expect harsher consequences from the Empire. I hope... that you can take this as a warning."

The crowd beneath him cheered as Reilark marched back in to the capitol. There, he would prepare a naval division, stationed on the same continent as one of Prussia's colonies, to be on stand-by. If Kaisar Eberhard 2nd would continue his ways, then the fleet would sail for the Prussian colony and attack any cargo vessels heading for them. Hopefully, Reilark will not have to come to that course of action.

The Kaiser then decided that they accepted any Foreigners. Any foreigner who wants to come into Prussia will just have to promise, that they will work for the Internationale, and in return, they will get a fixed, salary, try and get them to Middle Class, and will be found ANY job. So, it should be that a Foreigner has the same chances of getting a safe job, as a doctor in a hospital, as a Foreigner that has to do the most dirtiest, and dangerous jobs. The Kaiser declared:

All Workers of the world shall be united, The Prussian Race, and all other races. Austrians shall work with the same people... as Slavics, as Indians, as Assyrian, as anyone. If anyone dares to push anyone out of work, just because of race, then they shall pay a fine of 5000 Kaisermarks, or be sent to 6 months in Prison, and 6 months in Rehab.

Then, the Kaiser then ordered the Police and Army to put all Fascists into work, instead of killing them. Besides, he still has SOME respect for his father.

Even though Kaisar Eberhard 2nd was fixing some of the problems Reilark listed on the balcony, it didn't change his mind. With Phenyzian government declaring war against Prussia, Reilark ordered for the colonial fleet to surround Prussia's island colony. With that, they could possibly lose lots of resources that could be used to fight against Phenyzia. But, the president wasn't planning for war just yet. He still has to wait for the Senate to stop bickering about war with Prussia again.
