Well, I have to agree with Deutchess Kaiserreich, as your conditions are pretty limiting, even if all of them need not apply to a prospective player. Why does a player have to change regions to be in the RP?

We're doing a role-play and we need one more person. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities (you don't have to have them all, but the more you have, the better):

Have a WA category of Psychotic Dictatorship, Iron-Fist Consumerist or Corporate Police State.
Be able to role-play as a psychotic high school- or college-aged bully.
Be a WA member, or willing to join the WA, and willing to relocate regions.

I have an idea for a mainly diplomatic and underhanded national RP which could become military later, based on widespread spiritualist cult existing. They were originally peaceful but after the government tried to wipe them out, they have become ever more fanatical. Currently, most of one of the states is on lockdown in order to contain them. It would mainly revolve around the government trying to eradicate cultist influences, them pushing back and the international responses to such.

Both they and the government have the components to assemble the power to reshape the world in their own respective images, which is what the fighting is about. But, there are some that say the power should be folded in on itself to create infinite potentials.

Klaus' War is a MT, character-based/nation-based RP centering around the civil war taking place in my country, Capile. The war arose because Klaus I, the recently-crowned Duke, tried to implement democracy in a nation that has been absolutist for almost two centuries. The main factions are the Royalists, who still support the constitutional monarchy, the Fatherland Front, a semi-fascistic/nationalist faction, and the Fraternal Socialist Union, a militarized communistic political party. Other than that, there are also three minor factions: French and Dutch ethnic separatists, and a Republican/total democracy faction.

I hope that this RP will be a fresh take on the civil war trope, mostly because it will focus on the devastating effects of the war. For example, I hope to highlight not only the physical destruction of entire cities due to the infighting, but also the psychological damage caused by brother fighting against brother, and the embitterment of society as it is forced to adapt to total war by implementing conscription, scorched earth, etc. The major factions are intended to be evenly balanced, so only with the intervention of foreign powers will one side triumph over the others, and in any case, it will take a grueling and bloody war to achieve total victory.

I’m thinking about starting a civil war RP.

The government of Kedri relies on mercenary armies to do most of the fighting and pays them. Unfortunately, for some reason, the government is having difficulty to paying them and the mercenaries get rowdy and attempt a coup d’etat.

I am interpreting that not only as a joke, but as a sign I need to clarify what I want.

Essentially I want an election campaign similar to a real life campaign, with an informal stage, where undeclared candidates test the waters, a sort of primary that narrows the field and a final election. This obviously won't fit into one thread, but even broken down, one has a series of events that take place over time with large gaps in between.

It's not as difficult as you think. You presumably have a governing council yes? Have the Council send out a general invite to all nations telling them that a certain select few who apply will have the honor of running for the throne and its office. You can moderate your RP as you see fit.
