" Rusikstan fears that this can spill over and influence the speratists in Dahoma...we are here to help end this." yells Sgt Franco
"Eta 10 mins. prepare for landing" barks CSGT(command sergeant) Hilkes over the roar of the choppers "get ready we believe there to be an encampment around here."
"Of friendlies?" asks cpl lancastor
"No of hostiles...of course friendlies we need to establish an LZ and an assesment of the situation before more troops can be sent in" responds CSGT Hilkes "there" points down to the ewa camp "take us there pilot"
"understood sir" said the pilot
The 3 ATS helicopters land and the troops disembark. They are stared at by the rough looking soliders. "who is in charge here?" commanded CSGT hilkes.

The tanks had finally stopped their incessant barrage in the harbor. A motorpool had been set up in a warehouse, and was already salvaging the sole mechanical casualty of the attack, an APC. The full marine detachment was on shore, setting up machine gun nests on roofs and patrolling the perimeter. Helicopters were still reserved for close air support, not patrol, and the carrier aircraft off shore were on routine combat air patrol for the fleet's protection.

Colonel Irenstein, the officer in charge of the marines, was meeting with his officers the makeshift command post- a bombed out customs office. "We'll need to get to the embassy, its our top priority." he said, pointing to a circled position on a map of Nex. "We'll have support for the fleet, including air support, but it'll still be tough. The embassy is in the heart of the business district, and surrounded but skyscrapers. Major Wilkens, you will be taking 3rd Battlion up Alpha Street. Move out within the hour."

"Yes sir." replied Major WIlkens. He turned and walked out to the communications centers, rallying his forces.

The whole of 3rd Battalion was forming up on the loading docks, which had been cleared by the engineers for this precise purpose. The MCA-7E's, PIV-28's, and PIV-30's set idling as the seas crashed against the dock. Their gray and blue urban camouflage blending in perfectly to the demolished buildings around them.

Within forty minutes of being given the order, the first tank of 3rd Battalion rolled past the security ring. A modified PIV-28 followed, with a loud speaker mounted on top of it. "REMAIN IN YOUR HOMES, DO NOT FIRE OR YOU WILL BE FIRED UPON, DO NOT HARBOR THOSE WHO FIRE AT OTHERS" belched the loud speaker.

Captain Ulgar moved swiftly up the street, and past the exploded museum. Crouching behind a half-destroyed concrete wall, he stuck his head around the corner for a brief second, checking for any other soldiers, and the pulled his head back behind the wall. Motioning for his team, which was comprised of 8 of his finest scouts, to approach. They were all armed with stealth-black AK67's, all of which had scopes attached. When he had gathered his forces, they moved around the corner, and were confronted by Republic forces. Seeing who they were, Ulgar's men raised there weapons in the air, a sign of peace. Captain Ulgar strode out, crossing the distance between the Recon Force and the Republic army. Two RA (Russian Alliance) men quickly moved in to cover his flanks as he approached. "Ja! Who's yer commander, Republics!? We come in peace, we're the Russian Alliance!" Uglar would then wait for an answer, while motioning behind his back for the rest of his team to slowly advance towards his position.

"Hello? I am Pvt. Herick. Uhh.. my commander is Cpl. Peterson, he's the highest rank here, he's right over there."

Commander Borrell grabbed Jenus and brought him over to the newcomers.

Eventually the soldiers kicked down the doors to one building, and discovered soldiers wearing insignia's they've never seen before, clearly foreign troops, to which they exclaimed, "We demand your country of origin, rank, and who you are sided with NOW." They said as they beared their weapons menacingly.

OOC: Whoever wants to have the troops they find be theirs, be my guest.

I'm requesting the coordinates of the Republic Army, and I'll trust that you can supply them, Corporal?". Ulgar then shoulders his Kalashnikov, waiting for the Corporal to supply an answer, and glanced behind him. To his approval, his forces had covered the gap, and set up a defensive perimeter to both flanks and the rear of his position.

Last OCC post on the IC thread: for those who are new, Nx401 is a desolated nation with no rule. there are 2 factions the rupblicans and the militia, as far as everyone knows. The republican army is trying to recapture everything as forces were scattered and every militia member is using republcian military technology of some sort. so if you want to take the nation, you can start by gainging ground in milita teritory. the republican only have 42%, the militia, 67% and the islands 1%, this is that they would give us back our harbor later on. this thread will contiue tomm as well

"Well we have a base about 4 miles due south of here. Coordinates 34.7, 20.9. I don't know about any of the other Republics coordinates."

That is Godmodding, How do you think you are going to Transport these Troops and Have Enough Supplies for all of them. Youll need about 200 Troop ships that hold 50,000 Troops. My Friend you need to think rationally about how many troops your Going to Send. If its Across land well youll also need Tonnes of Supplies. This is Fully Godmodding.
