"All nations out there. This is Cobra Commander, leader of the new agency named Cobra. We advise that you stand all militar down, or face conquering. Any citizen willing to enlist in the Cobra army, there is agency embassies around the globe. That is all."

The president of Pantorrum happily cuts the red ribbon at the opening of the Cobra embassy in Havana, Cuba(the nations capital). The governors of the Phillipines, the Pacific territories, and the african territories also cut the ribbons at new Cobra embassies. These ones are much smaller than the 41 story one opened in Havana.

Cobra unveils the new supertank, given to the Pantorrum military, along with new jet helicopters. The work on new Zeus satellites are halfway finished.

Pantorrum wires 1 trillion credits to the Zeus program and prepares to open a new Cobra 'mediical' factory in the phillipines. Here they will develope...advanced medical technologies.

Colderon watched the broadcast with a sense of humor. here was this minor nation that obviously had horrible leadership, a poor defense budget and idiotic citizens, as was confirmed by the fact that the government was over taken by some up start covert organization. Although now that they where in power and felt large and in charge they seemed to have dumped their cloak and dagger and opted for a machine gun instead. For Colderon it was a sign of something wonderful. With the nations armed forces now undoubtedly going through a restructuring to suit to ego's of this new government it would be in disarray and weakened- this was the opportunity to strike.

Turning back from his 90'' T.V. he opened his laptop and scrolled through the CSF Deployment roster to see what fleet was wondering around close by that could be dispatched to this minor nation, which by now was being viewed as the Raven Corporations newest project. It wasn't long before he found a suitable fleet...

"Ah... the 3rd Talon Fleet- 5 Battleships 1 Command and Control Vessel, 5 aircraft carriers, 60 large trooper carriers, 50 Under Raven Submarines, 45 Frigates, 30 Corvettes, and 300 RavenClaw Class Arsenal ships. Looks like they have been sent on a R & D mission to test the Wildstorm missiles....( typing on his keyboard)... How about we re-assign you to also become the lead fleet in the taking of Erstaunlich "

And with the small click of his mouse the orders where dispatched to the Security Commander who was standing outside on the deck of his ship watching the waves crash against the black hulls of the fleet. On the bridge a CSF Officer received the orders and ran outside to deliver them by hand. The Commander looked over the orders and went back inside to the bridge where he consulted the navigation GPS and plotted the fastest course to this " Erstaunlich". Current estimates put the fleet out by two days...

Our neareest fleet, the 11th fleet consisting of 2 carriers, 8 battleships, 40 cruisers, 50 destroyers, 20 frigates, and 50 submarines. They will intercept and destroy the hostile fleet. Also, 2 long ranged nuclear devices are loaded in western Sahara.
