A large crowd of Volveks citizens gathered infront of a stage made of stone from which the Autarch regularly gave speaches and was also the entrance of The Citadel in the center of the Capital City of Königsstadt. They were mumbling amongst eachother asking "why is the Autarch giving a speach?" or "What will the Autarchs speach be about?". Suddenly several well armed Kommandos of the Autarchs personal body guard walked onto the stage. The crowd quieted once the soldiers walked onto the stage, but began to cheer and clap once the Autarch himself walked up onto the stage. He had a microphone earpiece on and he stood broadly infront of the crowd. He held out his arm and the crowd silenced, after that he held his arms behind his back and cameras swayed and pointed at him then began broadcasting to all Volveks allies on an encrypted channel so that Volvek's enemies couldn't watch the speach. With a firm and saddened voice he began his speach.

"My people... Sons and Daughters of Volvek... For many years, we have been a small nation: only combatting oppression on a minimal scale while our strength continues to grow. We have not yet been able to show the world our strength... You: you are the strength in my arm, the holders of my dreams... For generations, we have combatted evil in hopes to rid the world of its cruel oppression and give the world freedom. Our forefathers embarked on such a crusade, and created a small, free city, thus was the birth of Volvek. A few days ago, one of our many allies, the coastal nation of Floribbea, was attacked by the Evil Empire known as the Hellraiser-Army.." The citizens stared at the Autarch in horror. "While our allies combat this menace on their homefront, we will take our fight to the Hellraiser-Army's home!" The crowd began to cheer "I have called many allied nations who have chosen of their own free will to aid us on this righteous invasion. On this day, we stand united once more. On this day, those driven to divide us will hear our voice! On this day, we shall act as one, and we shall be ignored NO MORE! Defenders of the dream of freedom! NOW IS OUR TIME! My people! This much, I vow.. The history of these days will be written in blood. By crushing the armies of our enemy, by seizing the weapons they thought to turn against us, we are fighting for our very existence. But if there are those who would deny us peace; refuse us our rightful place in the world, then we will unleash, such terrible vengeance, that generations yet unborn will, cry out in anguish! The enemy may shatter our bodies... but they cannot break our spirit! They cannot imagine what awaits them. They may sweep over our lands like the snow of winter, never again will we bow before them; never again endure their oppression; never again endure their tyranny! We will strike without warning and without mercy, fighting as one hand, one heart, one soul. We will shatter their dreams and haunt their nightmares, drenching our ancestors' graves with their blood! All these years I have been humbled by the honor to lead you. Ever, EVER onwards! From this day. Till the end of days! We will unleash the whirlwind of our wrath! Our guns will never tire, until we have beaten back our foes... and sent them running!" The Autarch threw up his arms and the crowd roared with praise as the wind picked up making the banners flutter. Then the broadcast cut off showing the Volveken Flag.

As the Autarch gave his speach, a massive fleet departed from Volvek waters toward the Hellraiser-Army while more than half of their military was attacking Floribbea. The fleet consisted of 2 Flagships, 4 Jahre Viking transports modified with several inches of carbon steel plates, RAM systems and CIWS', 6 battleships, and 20 destroyers, 6 of which have their small cannons replaced with prototype railguns. One of the Flagships, the I.V.K.S. Hier Kommt Die Sonne, had a long range radar implanted so that they could see anything coming within several nautical miles. The fleet reached the rendezvous point several miles off of the Hellraiser-Army territory and waited for the other Allied Nations to arrive. If the Hellraiser-Army attacked the Volveken fleet, they would cause an international incident which would cause the region of The Peoples Republic of Sunalaya would go to war.

[Hellraiser-Army]

Recent intelligence shows that the enemy region has been making preparations for attack.


​It was a quiet night in Hellraiser city. It was a cool night, about fifty degrees, and not a cloud in the air. People were asleep, cars were off, and life was pretty much normal. The regular sight of the casinos was nothing out of the ordinary. It was about ten o clock at night. Not that late for the kind people who lived behind the massive walls. The city itself lay behind a massive forest, surrounded on one side by a sea, and on the other by mountains.
​Deep inside the city lay the real capital. It was known to many as Hellraiser Stronghold. A massive fortress near impenetrable, surrounded by two walls of ten foot thick reinforced concrete, thicker around the naval guns that protected them. It was deeper inside, behind massive concrete walls of a bunker, that the leader, Jacob Robbins, founder and protecter, was puzzling. He thought long and hard, and finally, he knew what to do.
​"Corinth," Jacob said as he got up from his chair with a sigh. He still felt hurt from the War.
​"Yes, sir?" Replied Field Marshal Corinth Armstrad, a highly respected person.
​"Field the army. Get all six armies ready,"
​"Yes, sir." And he left. Jacob turned to the Admiral, and the Air-force General.
​"Admiral Garan, ready the HNS Hellraiser, and her sister ships. General Max Rogers, ready the pilots."
​They went away with a crisp Yes Sir.
​Robbins looked at the map on the wall. "We are going to war."

​The sirens rang out. Men were called to their feet. Engineers ran to and for from the forest. In a week, the defenses went from a mere 100 AA guns, to over 1000 AA, and many .88s were built in, and around, the city. 105mm artillery units sprung up in batteries of 40, and rumors of a secret battery of 4 800mm guns sprang up. Over 1000 AA missile silos were being built into trenches, so as to be easier to defend.
​The forests were covered with barbed wire, and was riddled with trenches, bunkers, and fox holes. The first and second army accompanied the first and second Tank division, measuring 420000 men strong. At the front of the defense was ten Capital Tanks, or heavy tanks with their own AA defenses, one for every 100,000 infantry, and many artillery units hanging back. The third and fourth army set out for the transports, along with the third and fourth tank division, and the 10000 pilot strong navy Air Force. Three divisions of the Hellraiser Air force hung back to defend, and the rest went with the navy. The last army, tank division, and Air force division went to the secret hiding place of the 4 800mm cannons, ready to defend the artillery base at a moments notice.

As the SC of the region, Sobani officials has taken to arms. The Sovani supreme leader has signed the document of war, and level 3 defense protocols has been initiated. Soban declares war on HRA. "As the Security Council, everyone's war is my war," the supreme leader, Arebon l'Dam Soban.

Two fleets will be used for this war. Guru and Firestorm. They have finished refitting and redesignating the fleets and will be immediately departing for HRA homelands. I is epected for the fleets to arrive in 12 hours.

Guru will have 3 supercarriers, 4 aircraft carriers, 2 battleships, 4 battlecruisers, 12 cruisers, and 12 missile destroyers. More of an support fleet.

Firestorm will have 2 assault carriers (armed with guns), 4 battleships, 5 battlecruisers, 10 cruisers, and 14 destroyers. More of an assault fleet.

Troops of 250,000 soldiers are starting to be mobilized. Expected 12 hours to finish mobilizing.

[Hellraiser-Army]

At this point in time, it was known to the country that the rest of the army had returned home. Dozens of ships docked at port, and Garan wasted no time in getting them fixed, armored, and armed for the incoming war that he knew would happen. The planes refueled, rearmed, and just about everything was kicked into high gear.

The defenses were tripled, now. The missile systems were outfitted with their own generator, their own power supply, and searched for a target. There were over 1000 bunkers running throughout the country, with guns from 20mm, to 18 inches. They were built into a trench system, up front on the beaches, behind the sand, was trenches with barbed wire, machine gun posts, and behind that, trenches were. Built for the leman Russ Punisher, with its 20mm minigun, and flamethrower side arms, and the Baneblade, with its 152mm main gun and many 88 mm and 10mm cannons, were dug into the front lines to provide fire support. Behind those were Hydra Flak Cannons, with 88mm rapid fire guns, and missile launchers which could fill the sky at a moments notice with dozens of AA missiles.

Even farther behind was the 132mm Basilisk SPG cannons dug into the ground, and inside strongholds were batteries of 20 Basilisks each. Amongst the heavy artillery was 220 mm Siege tanks, which fired big rounds capable of flattening tanks, men, and buildings at the same time.

Just ahead of the front lines was miles and miles of unmanned trenches, with barbed wire, mines, napalm, spikes, and other joys on the bottom of them.

The CFTP ships sailed out of the harbor. The crowd that was to see them off waved flags and strips of cloth in the air. Premier Churchill shouted into his microphone so his speech could be heard over the noise of the crowd. The CFTP naval ships slowly sailed over the horizon.

The fleet would be near HRA controlled sea before dawn.

OOC: A defensive that big wouldn't be ready instantly, since it's your own country it would be fairly fast but not fast enough to be ready for a four million man invasion force [Including non-combatants] Also you'd have no idea we would be attacking you unless we entered your waters because IC'ly we're still your allies. That's metagame buddy.

IC:

Wacthing from the bridge of the MNS Avenger, a massive modern super dreadnought equipped with 20" cannons and multiple tomahawk, anti-ship and other various missile pods, CIWS cannons and other static weaponry. All of this manned and ready for war, Admiral Ray Smith radios to the other ships as salt water slaps against the hull and crusts.
"Alll callsigns this is Renegade 1-1, invasion force is clear to go when ready. One hundred fifty miles left count 'em men."

In the sky, AWAC's planes escorted by F/A-25N's, which were by far the best fighter in the conflict, continued to keep watch on the massive force. Breaking off occasionally to get replaced by another fighter so pilots could rest along with their jets. Anything kept on deck is constantly checked, drilled, maintained and kept loaded.

The sailors and the small Marine security detail that wasn't part of all the ship's invasion forces were on high alert. Mounting the M140 12.7mm gatling guns and other forms of manually used weaponry. The ship's systems controlled anything else thay wasn't used by man. These being CIWS systems, they whir around and watch the sky with the other automated systems. The 5" autocannons of the destroyers watch the front as they lead the way with the Avenger's 20" guns and hundreds of missiles. The other rockets, guns, cannons, jets, men, missiles and everything else that could possibly kill another human being or something else on every ship was ready to go, and damn proud to do it.

Below the decks of the ships, 75,000 Marines, the best trained and experienced, best equipped, best motivated and just flat out badass soldiers on the field geared up. Slapping on integregated armor with other forms of kevlar and ceramic plating as they pull on MICH helmets with integrated face masks that had the ability to act as a life support system by pumping filtered oxygen into their bodies with the aid of their own breathing. Such a simple system, even if they were just breathing they were getting more oxygen than other people without the masks that helped with endurance and if somebody was dying, this would save them if needed. Their rifles, Commoner Industries AR Scoprions and Mizradian designed and made PRS-1 Assault rifles [Check my factbook] with M240B LMG's, R870 shotguns and M107 and M110 snipers. Anybody who was completely prepared had either began to train and PT around the decks of the ships or help with the maintnance of their vehicles. Their reinforcements wouldn't be Marines but they were close to as good. Army troops specializing in leading the assault on a country instead of occupying it, and around 100,000 of them would be coming along.

Below the water was something much darker and deeper than anything else going on. Not a nuclear weapon, but by far a possible WMD. An entire platoon of "Techhies" Or the Cyber Division. All of them working on deploying the Grid Lock System. This system, was semi-simple yet so effective. The system, or plan more of was completed by overloading the country's grid. This would start by a simple hack, breaching the civillian systems and forcing the federal back ups to come online, then this hack would be upgraded, althoug it could be traced back to the fleet, it only could for a short time to the point where it wouldn't be much unless they were at the fleet within a few minutes or so. But when this happened, all this overloading and viruses whilst all the systems were online, would make everything vulnerable to an EMP. That's why project Grid Lock worked so well, even against armies with ships the size of planets.

Weather or not the invasion would work against such staggering odds was unknown, but by the time the fleet could be traced it would be too late for the HRA to react with a definate success of a defensive.

[Senkaku]

Eminral City, Nationalist Eminral Republic

The Empress looks angrily at the windup bringing her the news, while the ARK delegates stare at her. "I'm busy. Get Chuoren and Tomagi, have them do their jobs for once," she hisses. The windup bows and leaves in a blur.


Phandong, Senkaku

Admiral Chuoren stood in the Navy Building, looking at the gigantic wall screen projecting a map of the world. "Move two battlegroups from the west into HRA waters." He waits a moment, then his staff mutters things to him and the computer brings up a report on the battlegroups. "No, the ones in our Nice base. They'll not have to sail as far." Another pause. "Dammit, I don't care if one lousy destroyer has a busted kink-spring! Deploy the operational ones!"

General Tomagi looked over the report. "Fine. Have the Rio force meet up with him at Dragon 2, then they'll escort them to the HRA."

The Admiral sighed, waving his hands at the new reports. "Fine. Buoy, then HRA. But hurry."




In Rio, 2,000 Senkakan troops were mobilized from their base, entering several transports, which immediately made full steam for the Dragon 2 waypoint buoy. It would be five days before they arrived. A few destroyers and a submarine went with them.

In Nice, two carrier battlegroups spent the rest of the day mobilizing, and then set off for the very same buoy, with an ETA of a week.

[Hellraiser-Army]

It would take the soldiers a long while to get back. They were happy for just about everything. When the battle group would get back, they sat down and partied. It had been a long time. Ships would dock in port, and would be immediately prepared, repaired, and readied. To protect them, a submarine net was drawn up at the port. Still, four ships, including The Robbins, and Bismark were out of port.

The Fuhrer had read an intellegince report, and thought, what an oxymoron. Intelligence. It was from a plane that had been flying, and spotted some ships below. It was a commercial plane that radioed in panic.

[Tesseria]

The Tesserian Parliament activated 150,000 troops nation-wide and sends them to the nearest naval bases. The troops had already gone through a two-week basic camp exercise and had knowledge in combat. Mil-Sim paint rounds were used to teach them how to act in fire-fights. They were also taught both jungle-warfare and urban warfare so that they could handle combat in both scenarios. 25,000 troops were scheduled to be shipped out first, followed up by many more. The name of the oncoming conflict was named "Operation: Trojan Defense".

Private companies such as the infamous Prestige Services and their brethren in the private security world were racing for contracts, faster than the parliament could write them up.

T.S.S. Arcadia
The huge aircraft/troop carrier drifted calmly across the blue seawater. The wind was calm and the day was warm, with the exception of a light breeze. Soldiers below the deck were mostly asleep, getting the most they could. When they hit the HRA, they wouldn't be sleeping much. Not as much as they had been at least. Glimmering planes sat on the runways of the aircraft carriers, waiting to be deployed. They were strategical bombers. The rest of the fleet, which was floating to the left, right, and behind the Arcadia had identical planes sitting on their runways as well. All of them also had identical helicopters that were custom-made for troop transportation. Miniguns sat on the carved-out turrets of the black helicopters. They were far from reaching HRA, but they were on their way.

[Soban]

With the news of the defenses tripling, ships from the elite experimental fleet "Dragon" will be used. It consists of 3 "Dreadnought" class ship, twice the length of a carrier. It has 250 AA turrets, 6 laser point defense cannons, 1 siege cannons (shoots from 10 miles and has a blast radius of 640 feet), 2 forward railguns, 1 back railgun, 2 missile silos, 10 torpedo launchers, and 4 vulcan chainguns. Though they seem powerful, these are only prototypes and experimentals, meaning there is a high chance of failure. Railguns heat up very quickly (6,000 F in 0.4 seconds), laser point defense cannons' tracking system fails at tracking 35% of the time, and the missiles can sometimes "fail to launch", and the siege cannon ammunition sometimes fails. Though with the failures, the ships are still very deadly. They have finished preparing loading and will depart for HRA.

Meanwhile, an additional 50 thousand soldiers are going to be mobilized witsh Ospreys and amphibious transport ships. Along with the massive transport group, there has to be an escort. Five hundred F-35 fighter jets will be escorting the ospreys. The amphibious transports will not need any escort since Firestorm, Guru and Dragon will already be "clearing" the shores.

Meanwhile in the homelands of Soban, missiles are being prepped and will launch towards the shores to weaken their defences. The missiles will be launched in 5 hours and will take about 10 minutes to hit the shores of HRA.

So in summary, the three fleets Dragon, Guru, and Firestorm will meet at a rendezvous point in 4 hours. From there, they will travel for another 4 hours towards the shores of HRA.

With the massive build-up of troops, the regional Kriegsmarine Kaiser is satisfied. He picked up his radio and calls the Mizradian Commanding Officer. "Hier Kommt Die Sonne to Mizradian Flagship. Use the GLS. Let me know when they're electronics are down. Out." He set his radio down and picked up his binoculars and looked at the HRA coastline. The undefended outskirts would be easy pickings.

[New Tyran]

New Tyrans goals in the Floribbea war was a failure although the nation was saved, somewhat, that wasn't New Tyrans goal. The capitol ship "Hellraiser" that tangled with the 3rd and 4th fleet near the Floribbea southern islands was. New Tyran wanted to know more of Hellraiser tech and if possible nab some of it for study and maybe replicate it but first they needed to find a reason to get into a fight with Hellraiser to obviously have a chance to loot their weapons. After Lucius had a meeting with the Volvek Autarch about invasion plans of Hellraiser that was the chance, New Tyran pledged their support for the Coalition initially telling the Autarch that as quoted "Hellraiser must be stopped for the sake of world security!" and all that bollocks when New Tyran really wanted to see what was so special about Hellraiser technology.

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th fleets with a contingent of 90,000 soldiers drawn from several armored regiments were sent to the rendezvous point where all the Coalition forces were gathering. Their arrival will be expected in four hours.

Garan stood aboard the deck of the Hellraiser, the flagship. They were in strike force Alpha, made up of Hellraiser, Arrogence, Devastator, Robbins, Armstead, 10 submarines, 10 frigates, and 10 destroyers. They were the front of the ships going home, behind were the rest of the ships split into two more strike forces, Delta and Firestorm. Firestorm was made up of mostly firepower, while Delta was the fastest. They were in a triangular formation, spread apart. In the middle was the landing crews, many many landing crafts, and many transport ships and cargo ships.

It was a cool day, and a clear one, too. Not a ship, plane, or thing in sight. Not a single cloud in the air. For now, nothing had, or would, happen for a couple of days. And as protocol, everything was loaded. The 24 inch guns on the breaker, the 16 and 18 inch guns on the flagship and Battleships, and every prototype Railgun that they nearly perfected. Missiles were loaded into the modules, each capable of going Mach 7, 3, or 4.

The planes were refueled and ready to go. Almost everything about the fleet was ready and technologically advanced in some way.

But they were far from trouble and home, and wanted to get back as fast as possible.

The SS listened to the debates from the military commander, the majority wanted to declare war on Hellraiser-Army, while the vast minority wanted to help him. In the end, the decision was made.

The Lt placed the chip on the desk then left.
Once the LT had left, Admiral Korralis inserted the chip into the computer and waited for it to activate.

Admiral, The war on hellraiser is starting, as of █████, HighCom has ordered battlegroup Epsilon to form up with Volvekian forces to assist the invasion, the following forces will be at your command.
Carrier squadron 9, (Dauntless, Trident, Xian, Fènghuáng, Sovereignty)

After 3 hours, the fleet departed for the invasion. Admiral Jim "Crusher" Korralis stood at the bridge of his Carrier, the Infinite Potential. They would win this battle.

On the bridge of the peoples heavy cruiser Ryazan Admiral Wickstien paced the deck. He had just received news of the Slipspacia Imminent attack after long thought he made up his mind. Wickstien picked up his radio and radioed the Slipspacia fleet "This is commander of the People's Socialist Navy how may we assist."

[Slipspacia]

"Admiral Wickstien, This is Admiral Korralis, we would appreciate it if you formed up aside us. Once you do that, I'll send a message runner to your flagship, detailing our ORBAT."

[Communists for the people]

"Admiral Wickstien, This is Admiral Korralis, we would appreciate it if you formed up aside us. Once you do that, I'll send a message runner to your flagship, detailing our ORBAT."

"Rogar that Admiral Korralis."

Wickstien switched to a different frequency, picked up his radio and said into it "All CFTP ships pull alongside Slipspacia ships, repeat...."


The CFTP naval ships sailed swiftly alongside the Slipspacia navy.

A Slipspacian VTOL took off from the Korralis' ship then hovered over Wickstien's ship. A rope dropped out of the side and a courier rappelled down it. He walked into the bridge and handed Wickstien a file.

Slipspacian Aggression will fall behind the fleet, once the enemy fleet is in range. The following ships will accompany it.

I humbly request that you leave a few ships with heavy anti-aircraft ability with this.

Later, when the rest of the fleet comes closer to the enemy, submarine squadrons 2-5 will engage full stealth mode and sneak under then enemy fleet. When that happens, Slipspacian Aggression will commence bombardment, emptying 61 celled VLS 1-40. While that is happening, the submarines will engage the enemy, launching their SLBMs from directly under the enemy ships while the bombardment is occurring, and then retreating. If they fail to retreat, the subs will arm all warheads and surface, charging the nearest large ship, ramming them. The other subs will continue to retreat to the fleet. (we would appreciate it if you sent some of your submarines to assist ours.

Once the bombardment is finished, the rest of the fleet will open fire with their missiles, hopefully finishing off any survivors.

Note, at no point in time is any ship, other then the submarines, allowed to go within 35 miles of the enemy.

We would appreciate it if you followed this ORBAT, however we completely understand if you do not.

OOC: if anyone else other then CFTP find out about this, I call Bull, this is not an electronic file, it is a paper copy that was handed directly to him.

[Hellraiser-Army]

As part of an old project, a massive four foot thick, twelve foot tall wall is being constructed 10 miles from the main Capitol. It will be filled with Anti tank guns, Anti infantry Flak, Anti Aircraft guns and missiles, guards, barbed wire. In front, mines were placed, barbed wire layed down, trenches dug, flamethrowers readied, And anti tank guns dug into the ground. This was a long planned project to increase security in the Capitol.

Behind the wall was naval guns and artillery, tanks, and men. In the wall, bunkers with naval guns, machine guns, and missiles were being constructed. The entire thing was in the beginning phases. It would take a bit for it to be completed.

A Slipspacian VTOL took off from the Korralis' ship then hovered over Wickstien's ship. A rope dropped out of the side and a courier rappelled down it. He walked into the bridge and handed Wickstien a file.

At █████ RAATs detected an enemy fleet near us(time is blacked out, because I have no idea what the time scale is in the RP)
Slipspacian Aggression will fall behind the fleet, once the enemy fleet is in range. The following ships will accompany it.
1st cruiser squadron
1-3rd frigate squadron
1st submarine squadron
Carrier Dauntless
I humbly request that you leave a few ships with heavy anti-aircraft ability with this.

Later, when the rest of the fleet comes closer to the enemy, submarine squadrons 2-5 will engage full stealth mode and sneak under then enemy fleet. When that happens, Slipspacian Aggression will commence bombardment, emptying 61 celled VLS 1-40. While that is happening, the submarines will engage the enemy, launching their SLBMs from directly under the enemy ships while the bombardment is occurring, and then retreating. If they fail to retreat, the subs will arm all warheads and surface, charging the nearest large ship, ramming them. The other subs will continue to retreat to the fleet. (we would appreciate it if you sent some of your submarines to assist ours.

Once the bombardment is finished, the rest of the fleet will open fire with their missiles, hopefully finishing off any survivors.

Note, at no point in time is any ship, other then the submarines, allowed to go within 35 miles of the enemy.

We would appreciate it if you followed this ORBAT, however we completely understand if you do not.

I will leave the following ships with you, The cruiser Mozhaisk under the command of Captain Uben, The missile frigate Red Union under the command of Captain Richmond, The destroyer Sturmovik under the command of Captain Tillz, the cruiser Rebirth under the command of Captain Reanyo, and 4 subs under the commanded of Captain Kevin.
These men have been personally briefed by me and have my utmost trust. Please they are yours to command I will withdraw with the rest of my fleet until needed.
