Any cultural or other biographical details that would be helpful to RP your volunteer force and its leader (much appreciated): A highly jingoistic and indoctrinated group. See desert storm for optimal doctrine for these guys, the FRS-11s can launch cruise missiles. RSFs can carry 12 missiles each with two ARMs, while the Falconer can spoof enemy radars and locate radiating radars. The Torchbearer is a combination of the Rafale/Eurofighter, while the RSFs resemble the F-15ACTIVE.

During the liberation of Cuba and the island of Hispaniola they were reformed and spearheaded the aerial assault and were noted for their aggressiveness and surprisingly tactical planning. Their current commander General de Brigada Frankie R. Reyes was noted for his aggressiveness against the enemy combatants and his use of aerial reconnaissance and ground attack aircraft.
