EID Fleet also hit the shores as well. They continued to take off the chains of the prisoners, as other agents guide them to the ships. Once on the ship, they were ordered to take their shirt off and throw it on the beach. They were given new clothes and meal. The head of EIDNS Barge left the payment to a soldier who is standing not so far away.

Sitting on a rooftop, above the world, was a man of forty years of age. He had a dark brown head of hair, which covered his ears sometimes, and once in a while, got into his eyes, which caused him much grief when it did, yet he would not cut it. He had a calm face, which known to many people, could turn into the face of the Devil himself when needed. He wore not the normal Military Uniform, with the gold bars and stars, large red tipped hat, and big trench coat and armor, but instead some more... casual clothing. He wore fading jeans, a white shirt, and a pure leather bomber jacket with gold stars on the epaulets, a symbol of authority. It was brown, somewhat blonde colored in the edges where it faded, and had warm wool around the neck to keep out the cold. He left it open. His name was Jacob Robbins.

Fuhrer Jacob Robbins liked watching the sky. He loved to look out in the sky, stare at the world, take it all in, and let out a sigh. The deep blue of it reminded him of the sea, which he and many others were very fond of. But what he liked better was staring at the dark night sky. It was the most calming of everything, and tonight was a beautiful night. It was a clear night; not a cloud in sight. And it was cool, very cool, for the spring wind had just blown in from the cold winter sea, bringing along a splash of salt, which filled the air with the most pleasant aroma. Jacob, on this very night, was standing outside the palace, about 10 floors above the ground, his feet dangling over the edge.

In front of him was the great city sky line, now over 30 miles away, but still wonderful. Dots of yellow and white stood out against the black of the nightly steel, illuminating very little. Below him was The Wall, with Broadway, the gate to his palace, with the Great White Way, a road of white stone. And above him was... heaven. He had a cooler next to him, filled to the top with ice cold beer. He hadn't taken one out yet, but he so desperately wanted to, which soon drove him to accept his craving, open the cooler, and pop the cap on top. He took a long drought of it, emptying nearly half before setting it down to condensate. He tipped his head backwards, and stared into the sky.

It was a deep, deep black, with a small hint of the blue of the day sky, but no sight of it. Punctuating it was yellow points of light, stars burning as bright as anything, but he could not see it up close. A shooting star, a comet, to be exact, shot across the sky, a trail of frozen, and yet at the same time, melting, ice left behind to dissipate. It reminded him of the closest thing to him: the city. The stars were windows, shining bright, but illuminating nearly nothing but their own space, leaving a dot of light for him to see alone. The space was like the night steel, dark where no light was, but the fading yellow near a light. And the comet's trail was like the soft rain that came down, drenching the ground, and quenching the plants' thirst.

Which reminded him: why wasn't he drinking more of his ice cold beer? He picked it up to drink, but had forgot that he left it there in the cool, but yet warm, spring night. It was wet with condensation, and slipped from his grip before he could catch it again, falling onto the street below, shattering, and spilling that wonderful beer all over the clean street. He was devastated, but remembered that he still had the cooler, which he took no time to open once more, this time, more careful about what he would do with the still remaining beer.

Below him, where the bottle fell and shattered, walked the Chief of Exploration, a retired Field Marshal of the army, about seventy years of age, with a dark head of hair, and saggy skin. He noticed the bottle on the floor, the shattered glass, the perfectly good beer that now ruined the gorgeous street, and looked to where it came from. He saw a pair of brown leather Allen Edmonds dangling from the rooftop, a pair that he knew well. He shook his head in disgust. Why would he play such a mean trick upon the old man? Or perhaps, he thought, it wasn't a trick, and simply an accident which looked like a trick.

Which ever it was, he didn't care much. The man was known to many as Keith Rogers, the father of the Air Marshal Max Rogers. Both were respected men, but one was more known than the other, and had more class as such. And today, he was bringing news of war, for someone threatened the old empire.

"I come with news, friend," Keith said, and showed a telegram.

"Come in, come in, sit down, make yourself at home, or in this case, welcome back home!"

Keith walked into the palace, and a flood of memories came rushing back to him. He used to own this house, and as such, loved it dearly, but hated to see it go. He liked what they did to the place.

A picture of all the famous people, mostly military officials, including himself, hung on the walls. A massive painting of Jacob Robbins hung above the teak mantle, in which a fire, a good fire, burned brightly over the marble walls. Six plush leather chairs, with golden bolts in them to keep the leather on, lay in front of the fire. In one was Sea Marshal Garan, a battle worn veteran of many wars. He sat reading a book, a book about, well, he knew not. Above was, many, many feet above, a golden chandelier, which was off this pleasant night.

Keith sat down, spread his papers over the mahogany tables, and began to speak.

"Friends, I have found the most interesting thing. It came from two people who we know nothing of at all."

Jacob slowly walked down the stairs to the war council.

"So, there is a war that is happening? What are we to do with it?" Sea Marshal Garan asked.

Ic: meanwhile, the ships readied themselves. They will come by sea and by land, and will be equipped with 9mm automatic assault rifles, mounted .50 machine guns, and grenades. We will send our tanks, ranging from 120mm to 220mm high velocity cannons, and our ships, with 8 inch guns, to 24 inch Battle Lord Breaker class ships.

Our newest ship, the Battle Lord class Breaker, Armstead, is armed with a 500 missile cell, two 24 inch gun turrets, torpedoes, and a submarine clamp.

Garan was smart. As soon as he received the message, he acted contrary to the plea. Instead of going to their capital, he would change course and set sail for the enemy's capital. His mission: wipe them out with naval artillery, plane bombardments, strafing, and finally, an assault on their beaches.

The Breaker would get near the enemy capital first, and began firing her guns. Followed behind her was the rest of the fleet. They fired all their guns at once, once every hour. Large explosions littered the coast line. Many ships were sent to blockade their ports, and destroy anything that tried to get out.

After the artillery, Garan planned the assault. The first wave would be of planes, first dive bombing their defenses, then strafing the men. The ships blockading the enemy ports would fire upon the ships stuck in the port, before turning their artillery and missile fire to the port. After all this, the armored division, followed by the artillery division, would assault the weakest part of the port, covered by heavy artillery and plane fire, effectively stopping any defenses. After that, the full assaulting force, the First and Second armies, around 400,000 soldiers, would assault the beach heads, while paratroopers would silence the artillery and missile positions, and as one, crush the defending forces at the beach. After, the second wave, the Third and Fourth armies, 400,000 soldiers, would assault again, and on the other side, the Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh armies would assault, 600,000 men in all, to destroy the defenses on that side. Heavy duty artillery and missile fire would be directed to that place from the blockading ships. In one move, they would crush the defenders, and hopefully win the war.
