Oh man I wish Malik was here, he'd probably say something about toying instead of killing you, but it's so fun! What's the matter? Did a bug bite you and now you're slaughtering them ALL? Hahahaha."
The Assassin forced joined her and watched as their enemies warred with nothing, when Selina held it up again. This time the effects were not visible to them, but only to their foes. The Shadow forces saw every other Shadow as an Assassin, and were compelled to attack. "Watch this one, this is my favorite!"
The monsters where not that intelligent to break the illusion spell. They began to tear each other apart.

One of the Bureau Leaders shook his head in worry. " No no no! That damned thing! Extorting its own will over hers. We have to stop it, but we can't touch it, or it will kill us. It takes a certain bloodline to hold it... She needs to regain control of herself!"

"Well, letting one bad thing from your past wreck the rest of your life seems a bit silly, doesn't it? If you enjoyed fishing but had one nice fish escape from you right before you caught it, you wouldn't let that discourage you so much you never went fishing again, would you?" replied the blue-blood, reassuringly smiling a tad. "It might not be the most eloquent way of phrasing it, but I'll be honest in admitting the fact that I'm a soldier, not a therapist or matchmaker." Alberrat added, still expertly dancing with the music right up to the end of the song.

For creatures with a higher range of hearing than the humans commanding the machines, they would notice a high-pitched squeal at frequent, regular intervals, as the factsphere sensors of the Scionis-class Mecha scanned the surroundings of the vanguard for the Sixth Regiment of the Imperial Landforce. Behind the V-formation came a sight that a generation ago would have been unheard of in a Constannian army: tanks. Seeking a cheaper way to modernise their anti-infantry capabilities and to support the advanced, albeit expensive Knightmare Frames, the Imperial Landforce, under the recommendations of Lord Hallsian and the Crown Prince himself, had begun developing tanks for its needs. While the steam-powered Neo-Thunderfists and Mercutiads, and the other various steam-powered fighting machines weren't immediately scrapped, they were being gradually phased out of front-line service, being refitted for support roles, military base security, and heavy-duty police vehicles.
Prince Winston Jeremiah Von Constannia sat in the commandant's seat of his Scionis Grandant-class Mecha, the larger, more powerful version of the Scionis-class Mechas, with thicker armour, more missile launchers, a higher top speed, and it was simply bigger than its predecessors. It was still technically classified as a next-generation prototype, but Prince Winston had taken a liking to the Mecha, even going as far as to name it Desert Lion. In a way, it was a fulfilment of a childhood dream for the prince. As a boy he had been fascinated and awed by battleships, wanting nothing more than to serve on one. However, Winston unfortunately discovered he got horribly seasick with terrible ease, dashing those hopes. But now he got what he had wanted, in a roundabout sort of way. While it was officially classified as a Mecha, to Prince Winston the Desert Lion was more than that, since it didn't walk the way other Mechas did. No, in his opinion the fighting machine he was aboard that glided over solid earth as easily as loose sand was a landship, a technological triumph unequalled by anything in the Aluvean.
"Your Royal Highness, we're approaching the Blood Elf kingdom," one of Winston's crewmen reported.
"Very well. Increase the frequency of our scans, we don't want the enemy catching us off guard," the prince replied.
"Shall we disengage the Sonic Filter, Your Royal Highness?" Asked one of the crew.
"No, we'll save that for when we make enemy contact. I doubt they know we're here yet, so hopefully that shouldn't need to happen too soon," Winston responded, stretching a little as the Desert Lion continued to travel forward, passing through the Blood Elf's borders.

The land was eerily quiet. As they cross the border they notice there was a beautiful flowing river just across the border. It waters were crystal clear and inviting.

While he still valued himself as a good warrior and an excellent commander and field strategist, Francis knew that during the course of this particular war he was feeling the added weight and pressure not to die or become seriously injured as he now had a large family and many wives to care for and as such, he didn't want to become a disappointment onto himself or those around him. However, as he lied their in his bed, Francis knew he was already several months behind because of the surgery and other matters he had faced during this war. As he was thinking to himself on his bed, Francis heard several soft knocks on his door as it seemed he had company wanting to talk to him.
Little did Francis know but Akordia had snuck out of the castle and followed her family. She open the door to her father room and poke her head inside.

"Well this certainly throws a wrench into the gearworks," he said, sighing and rubbing his forehead. "Well, complaining about the situation won't do any good. There'll be some difficulty with regards to incorporating these troops into our existing strategy, but that won't stop us winning the war. Carry on lads," Winston said to his crew as the Constannian landships continued onward.
Up in the sky, however, the Constannian in charge was less cheerful about the new arrivals. Princess Cassandra Elizabeth Van Constannia XVI looked at the holographic display of the area, with her flagship, the R.C.A.S Infinite right in the centre.
"Brilliant, did none of these Valoronians or Horse Elves think to bring artillery with them? Brilliant, now I'll have to deal with hordes of allied troops wanting direct combat with the enemy forces and getting in the way of just bombing these Blood Elves until they give up. I suppose the dragon can be useful, for demoralizing the enemy forces and causing generic havoc. The only problem with it is how it can possibly get in the way of the armada's guns. Well, hopefully it'll be sensible enough to get out of the way of our shells and rockets," the woman said, a tad irate.
When night fell, the Constannian force of Scionis mechas and tanks made their camp a good distance away from the Valoronian and Elven camp, not wanting to be so easily spotted by the Blood Elves.
