Katahdin fears an attack from Uieurnthlaal, even though they have a non-aggression pact. Therefore, Kannap constructs Fort Boone and Fort Asheville along the Katahdin-Uieurnthlaal border on the same strip of land as the town of Welcome.

To prove that Uieurnthlaal has agressive tendencies only towards Malolos Philippines and not towards Kannap, Uieurnthlaal has just passed a law that would prohibit any attacks on Kannap under any circumstances, using a special legislative procedure that requires a unanimous vote to overturn, and is therefore practically permanent. In a further demonstration of Uieurnthlaal's desire for peace with Kannap, Uieurnthlaal has completely disarmed any military equipment that might be near Kannap, and instead moved them towards Malolos.

In any case, if Uieurnthlaal attempted to attack Kannap, the result would be disastorous, since Kannap is four times Uieurnthlaal's size.

I wouldn't mind deploying more expeditionary forces from the mainland to my federal state here. And perhaps, repointing my Nukes, and HAARP weapons. Any act of belligerence towards the Federal republic will make the Federal government pass trade sanctions against the belligerent opponent. And most of the natives already migrated to the Overseas Federal state here in this thread, and some are now living in the mainland as normal citizens living in peace and harmony with the natives in the mainland Greater Philippines(RL current Philippines with the marianas, guam, and other western pacific isles that are once part of the Spanish east indies). Imperialists that are belligerent towards The Federal Republic will perish.

I would like to add the cities of Silang in the tip of the peninsula(the middle part of overseas federal state of la dominggo), and Dipatuan in the other side of the river. the 2 are progressive cities of the overseas federal state of la dominggo.

With this information, Fessleria learns much more about what we can use with these people. The Owe Otakuye (native: many kinds) are a union of six different tribes. They don't share borders, but they're very close to each other. However, that wasn't always the case.


History: The Owe Otakuye were once a single tribe known as the Tohanl. When a tribal leader passed away, the people couldn't decide which one of his six children would lead. There was a fight. Afterwards, they all split into six tribes, each lead by one of the six siblings. During the centuries, the tribes settled their differences and became excellent people.

The six tribal leaders, known as the Six Oyates.

Strengths: Acceptable to other races, good hunters, good at adapting, good manners.
Weaknesses: Prone to alcoholism, known for family feuds.
