Preamble: We the people of C.S.A have voted and decided it is best to go to war with Palmouth. Below we will explain the reasons and clarifications of war.

Article I

The Reasons for going to war include the following.
-Breaking a verbal bond between Allys
-Manipulation other nations into an alliance, only to help support your own nation's needs.
-Manipulating other nations into sending innocent soldiers to die in the bane of Palmouth,

Admiral Sam Kingston peered out his Zumawalt-Class Destroyer's window. He was leading a navy armada of five Nimitz class Aircraft carriers loaded with F/A-18E/F Super Hornets, FB-22s, and AH-1 Sea Cobras, and Twenty Zumawalt Destroyers. They were escorted with 4 B-2 Bombers, and ten F-22s.

His mission, break through the Palmouth Naval defenses and make room for the invasion force to land.

The Imperator placed his cup upon a silver tray held by a imperial servant. He rose and a sword was given to him by another servant. It was a sword quite long and heavily decorated, clearly not used for combat. The Imperator unsheathed the sword and rose it towards a decorated round window opposite of the throne.

"Then we shall go to war." The imperator said. Not long after he sat back down again as a screen rose from the floor. It showed several detailed maps and statestics. A map of Palmouth and a map of CommunistSovietAmerica each one with height of both land and sea.

"Prepare the Southern Wind fleet for immediate launch, Have the First Expiditionary Army of Venus Legion and Mercury Legion come along with them. They shall head out towards CommunistSovietAmerica, Go to Ameriicat , there have them do what must be done according to imperial decree 666. Have admiral Harverton take command of the general forces, we shall make Ameriicat our base of operations from where we shall exterminate them.

Secondly have the Norhtern Wind Fleet go towards Palmouth under the immediate guise of our treaty we shall protect them.

Thirdly send in a Clerk; it is time for the next move upon the chessboard."

In light of recent affairs we have but no choice except to declare war upon CommunistSovietAmerica. There complete lack of evidence regarding your declaration of war against Palmouth makes it completely invalid. you choose to attack based upon lies and deception. For the Greater Good we must stop your actions even at the cost of your own sovereignty. As such we will fight you till your death or until you will sign the disclosed treaty.

Would you sign this treaty then we will immediately halt our military action against your nation and even aide you upon restoring your nation back to former glory.

However we are not a benevolent nation, if must we will turn your nation into a wasteland. We urge you to sign the Treaty or begin writing the last page upon your history book.

The Treaty of Enlightenment

Signed nations are hereby defined as nations whom have signed the Treaty of Enlightenment.

The signed nations will agree to the following:

1a: The Signed nations will loose their right to take any military action against other nations.
1b: Only the Holy Empire of Tybra is allowed to take military action on behalf of all signed nations
1c: Signed nations must, if they feel military actions are required, request these actions through a private channel with the Imperator of the Holy Empire of Tybra.
1d: Military actions contain the following rights and obligations of nations: The right to declare war, the right to make peace, the right to embargo other nations, the right to give military passage, the right to obtain military passage, the condemning of nations based upon an ideological point of view, the rigt to make military alliances, the right to give support to other nations.

2a: The signed nations must give at least 20% of their tax income to their military budget.
2b: The holy empire of Tybra is allowed to take an unlimited amount of the military budget whenever they please to do so.
2c: The Military forces of the Signed nations will gain a Tybran training and will be stationed within the signed nations wherever the holy empire of Tybra pleases to do so.
2d: All military forces will remain under the signed nations control, however if an official request is made by the Holy empire of Tybra regarding all military forces, the signed nations must obey the official request.

3a: The signed nations are not allowed to meddle within the internal affairs of the Holy Empire of Tybra.
3b: The holy empire of Tybra will not meddle with the internal affairs of other nations.
3c: Signed nations are obliged to aide each other within times of war as well as times of peace.

4a: The Imperator of the Holy Empire of Tybra has the right to add, remove and edit any section within this treaty
4b: Signed nations do NOT have the rights of 4a but are allowed to request any editing removing or adding sections within this treaty.

Admiral Shawn Boatwright was checking to make sure all his ships were in order for his Nimitz class ship, The Spawn . He was a very cautious Admiral, he knew the battle coming at hand would not be easy. His forces included, twenty Nimitz Carriers, Fifty Zumawalt Destroyers, Thirty patrol boats, and ten Ohio Class Subs. The Carriers were loaded down with F/A-18E/F Super Hornets, FB-22s, and AH-1 Sea Cobras. They were escorted by ten F-22s and five B-2s . Admiral Boatwright was ready for war.

There is plenty of evidence for the motivation behind this war against Palmouth. The Alliance of Grittonia was created for and initially directed toward the rebuilding of Oxen City, a major Palmouthian city, after a controversial story of an earthquake. The nation of Palmouth completely disrespected the alliance's purpose, objecting to irrelevant details such as the name of the alliance. As part of that alliance, it is frustrating to think that the time, money, people, and effort put into the alliance and the rebuilding was wasted.

This is a war of principle. This is a war of letting nations know that they can't drag others along by a rope. This is a war of respecting diplomatic actions taken by the international community. For the moment, we do not join in, but we feel that fighting this on the side of CSA and their allies is a just cause and will not intervene to stop the war.

Principality, ideology and religion. Those three now matter how much be disagreed upon may never be a cause for war between two sovereign states. All three are part of a deep-rooted culture most dominant within a sovereign state. The government merely represents the most dominant form of culture with a state, would this government change then it would be due to a change of the dominant culture no matter in what form. Another Sovereign state has no right to interfere with either 3 of the previous mentioned parts of the cultural of another state.

The Southern Wind Fleet had finally left the harsh Tybran Waters. The latest additions of the fleet meant a massive expansion of the fleet and it's logistics. Admiral harverton was by all means not amused by this delay. She knew the logistics machine was a fine-tuned machine calculated to handle the exact amount of ships of the Southern Wind Fleet, yet the additions meant an expansion of 50% of the fleet. A drastic and rapid overhaul was needed to deploy the fleet as fast as possible. Now the 180 ships counting Southern Wind Fleet had finally left the Tybran Sea, a though warm quite stern master of Tybra with an occasional furious storm and powerful currents.

"Your Ladyship, we ought to arrive near CommunistSovietAmerica with some slight delay, it appears some of the al barakeshi rookies upon one of the ships had some serious delays due not understanding the Tybran well regulated procedures."

"Typical' Admiral harverton said annoyed, she could care less, they were a day delayed and now off synchronization with the sister fleet the Northern Wind Fleet.

"Currently all 6 avalon class cruisers are operational and all systems are green. All supply ships are currently fully loaded and able to supply for multiple days. the 8 virginia class submarines are at the outer rim of our fleet standing ready to attack incoming enemy submarines and are using active SONAR. The majority of the 60 AEGIS class cruisers are ready, there are some logistics problems, but those should be sorted out within 48-hours. The 90 muta class destroyers are fully operational and all systems are green. The majority of the JAS39 grippen NG fighter planes are ready for launch but several are still with a near empty tank. Most AgustaWestland AW101's are still being readied. "

Maybe it is the culture of Palmouth to do their actions. We respect that for what it is. However, their culture violated our international communal rights and our ideology. Perhaps Palmouth was allowed to object to the alliance's actions, but it is the culture and belief of these nations, including our nation of Delaclava, that we will help nations in need, and the needy nations only need to pay back with an eternally grateful manner. Our nation feels that our beliefs have been violated. This passive support of the war is merely a defense of our beliefs, not an attack against theirs.

Principal, ideology and religion all three form the very resistance of our society, yet they are but ideas at which we try to live upon. They are dynamic, yet static they are ideas which float and yet carved in stone. They are not easy to grasp and to explains, which is why war does so easily come from them. Actions, though allowed within the sovereign state, do not comply with the very reasoning and aspects of culture which are the focal point of this exchange of letters.

Within the international community and so outside the sovereign state, actions must not come with the barrel of a gun. One must not necessarily accept them, but one ought to tolerate them.Through debate and sufficient arguments one ought persuade the other not through aggressive actions no matter how passive they may be. As we can see by the to your supplied evidence Palmouth had only given such debate and arguments, no matter how petty in your eyes this may be.

It is also so that we have here certain statements made by Gritonnia which would immediately destroy your entire basis of reasoning.
