Nennik looked over the area. Fortunately, due to the Merickian defense budget, an entire army, it appeared, was guarding them and the Ruols, but mostly the Ruols. However, if that was what peace required, so be it.

We cannot agree to the withdraw schedule. What if the Hazardese still remain after 9 months. With your nation in such a mess now, the more foreign support, the better. We have seen construction work going on, but the peace is still tenuous. The entered Palma Arbor proper. Previous to this, there had only been the occasional group of protestors yelling Anti-Socialist propaganda at the Lollohian limo as it passed, but now things were starting to get tough.

The convoy pulled out onto Victory Avenue proper, and a large crowd had gathered infront of the small shops and restaruants and were yelling more anti-Lollohian chants. None of the few guards seemed to be disturbed or even notice the loud screaming and even the few gun shots that went off into the air.

Ahead in the Ruolnikian limo, things were extremely relaxed, citizens were cheering on the limo which had two Ruolnikian Flags attached to the front, and all the spectators stayed behind the rope lines that had been set up, but after the Ruolnikian Limo passed, things went to hell. Spectators pulled out guns and fired into the air, they rushed over the rope line and banged their hands and rifle butts on the limo's side. Dispite this nightmareish terror, the DO agents were completely unmoved. They continued to look forward and remain clam even when a spectator ran forward with an AK-103 and started firing shots at full auto into the air... They had been through worse anti-socialist protests and were frankly confused why no one had attempted to fire upon the limo yet.

-5 minutes later-

The Ruolnikian Limo, which due to the complete lack of protestors, had arrived at the capital building with help of a police escort. No attempts were made to free the Lollohian Limo from the crowds of armed protestors, and it made it's sluggish move forward as the drivers dared not go faster than walking speed.

Finally, after minutes of hellish terror, the Lollohian Limo made a turn onto East Capital street and started to head forward (still followed by protestors)


54 West Capital Street, Sand Palm Hotel and Restaruant

A young man stood at the rear of the a room balancing his BPS-3 Sniper Rifle on a small table. He had backed up to pervent detection from the ground or a high vantage point, but had perfectly coordinated his shot. He knew his incendiary 7.62×63mm round would not break the armor of the Lollohian's limo, and had thought ahead.

He also knew that I.L agents would have cleared all parked vehicals for bombs, and had planned accordingly.

He aimed at a small BMW and zoomed his aim in on the end of a small scratch. He had filled his car's gas tank with Liquid Nitrogen, and even went to the lengths of reinforcing the rear and sides of the tank with extra metal to force the blunt of the blast into the Limo and not into the crowd. It was all planned perfectly, and now he waited.


The Lollohian limo crawled slowly towards his car, and he waited and waited and waited.

Finally the movement arrived, and at the last second before the Limo's siloette covered the scratch, he fired.

The round flew out of the silenced barrel, across the massive parade field, and found it's target on the other street.

The car's left side exploded and a giant fireball ingulfed the Lollohian Limo. Several citizens, who were promptly smashing on the limo were injuried and 5 were killed immeditely.


The man peered through his scope. He knew people would be injuried, but it would be worth it. Ridding the world of another demonic dictator would save thousands of more lives... Atleast he thought.



Inside the limo, the great span of heat and force threw the limo sidways, but did not flip it. Several windows in the mid section were destroyed, and 2 agents along with 2 Lollohian Security gaurds and Hyvar Nemrok were burned by the blast, although their wounds weren't fatal. 3 DO agents jumped out of a lead car and started walking aside the limo where the windows were blasted down. The limo was burn wreck, but it still ran and it was still bullet proof, so they continued forward. Medics would arrive behind the crowd to treat the wounded from the blast, but for the 5 who had previously been pounding on the right side of the limo, it was already over.... And the blame was put on the Lollohians.

The man who had fired the shot was furious. He saw the limo pause, and keep going. Although the crowds were now completely enraged and were starting to throw rocks down onto the roof of the limo from above and trying to bust down left windows, the limo had carried on, and his job was not complete.

He stood downstairs in the restroom, thinking about another plan for the return of the limo through downtown Palma Arbor, when 2 men dressed in black suits busted down the bathroom door and ripped him away from the sink. His shot didn't go unnoticed.

With 8 other men taking up positions in case of any tricks, they immediately informed the police, telling them the situation.

However, she soon realized his condition was too bad, and called for an ambulance to take him to the nearest hospital, under LIS guard, of course. Hyvar and two of his agents had suffered injuries, and, in the typical soldier fashion, had fixed them up themselves. Eventually, she called room service, and had a lovely steak sandwich and white bread (gluten free).

Just one day before the war, the Lollohian Financial Index (LFI) had been 25.896,4. After the RLA War and the subsequent Elescu Conflict, the market had plunged so sharply that even the computers that ran some of the stocks had trouble keeping up. Now, the LFI was a mere 13.876,7 the highest of that month. Suddenly, a newsflash popped up: Attack in Palma Arbor, Prime Minister Hospitalized, three Lollohians injured, 5 die in blast. Immediately, the numbers began to tank. Nenmak picked up his phone. "Sell, goddamit! Sell, now!" As he said these words, the LFI had already fallen 245,4 points, and continued into freefall. It only stopped when the government abruptly closed the exchange, and, by then, the stock had fallen to 10.431,9 or the lowest in Lollohian history, a more than 11% negative change.

O.O.C: Ok really? I didn't want to really hurt anyone besides a gaurd or two. It was really just proof that the I.L Defense Forces had strong vehicals and kept their heads on even in a bad situation.

The LIS invaders busted down the door into the room and faced a wall of lead. 5 DO agents started firing their AS-240s and AKSUs into the agents. The man who fired had already been caught, and the DO was examining the room where he fired from when Alpha Control reported the LIS intrusion. Due to the fact that the LIS has managed to sneak (not undetected mind you) into I.L, the Defense coordination Office set the code to Code Periculum, which set the defense forces into Counter-Invasion mode.

The Airforce launched jets from most all airbases and they started heading out to desigated locations. The navy started its move towards Defense Line A, and all SAMs were activated and online in all 3 defense zones.

Meanwhile, back in Palma Arbor, the DO went on high-alert, and together with the Republician Gaurd (divisons from the army that are home-defense only) deployed more men towards the LIS. Snipers on 56th Street readied their Barretta-50s and BPS-10s as they awaited the order to fire.


Oddly, due to this massaive force movements, the Lollohian Limo finally started to get moving again. LAV-IIIs cleared the road ahead, as they took the Lollohians to the Capital Building. Upon arrival, they were to arrest all security gaurds, and move the diplomats into the Negotiation Room.

Palma Arbor Post

Invasion!!

Security forces went on high-alert today after several Lollohian armed forces were located in Palma Arbor. The military has gone into counter-invasion mode, although it is unlikely a large force will come. Government agents and Republican Guard units have Palma Arbor in lock-down as they hunt down Lollohian forces.

This follows an explosion that was set off on East Capital street as an attack on the Lollohian Diplomats, although only I.L citizens were killed and wounded. Government officals have come forth with proof that the bomb was probably set off by Lollohian Forces as an attempt to destroy any diplomatic movements forward and to peg the blame of their "deaths" on the I.L.

The plot was defeated by the Secret Service, but the House and Senate have approved a state-of-war against Lolloh. The 14th Infantry Battalion has been readied for action, along with the 18th Support Battalion. I.L Generals estimate that the Divison will depart later this evening once President Gurage signs or passes the Declaraition of War.

The agents gave up without a fight. Their mission was to turn over an assassination suspect, not heroically blow up the DO. No immediate military action was taken, as it would likely result in a Mericki declaration of Lolloh's intent to start a war, and would only result in more buildup to conflict. The LIS agents, roughly 25 in number throughout the city, went to police stations and surrendered behind the doors, rather than leave themselves at the mercy of the mob. They also brought in the assassination suspect.

National Court order extradition!
Palma Arbor, Isle of Lost- Today, the National Court of Lolloh has called on Mericki authorities to authorize the extradition of John Wenmar, a suspect in the recent assassination attempt on the Prime Minister. After he was apprehended by the LIS, the fascist dumb-bolts of the Diobolus Umbra (the Mericki intelligence thugs) brutally arrested our agents for taking a threat to society off the streets. The man, who undeniable evidence suggests fired the shot, has yet to be formally charged and arrested by the brainless lackeys who run Isle of Lost. However, in a surprise announcement from the decorated prison in which she is now being held, LOFA Director Nillary Hinton said that "we are optimistic that our ally will help us in the pursuit of justice against a perpetrator of such an infamous crime." The Republican Gaurd had a day in the field tracking down LIS agents and taking them into custody. James Simon was in Room 213, in the basement. He had a total of 10 gaurds on his cellblock alone. His court date was set withen hours of his arrest, and now he awaited the upcoming day.

A total of 25 LIS agents were captured, but all 25 were sent to Cocoes Island Maximum Security Anti-Terrorist Prison.

William Gurage stood with Martin Devaile and several other Ruolnikian and I.L diplomats. The Lollohians had insisted Nennik be hospitalized, although only a small blast of fire had entered the Limo and caused only slight burns, so the Ruolnikians were alone with the I.L diplomats for the time being.

The Ruolnikians were given time to relax, then discussions began over what to do with the captured Lollohian Prisoners.

LIS Apprehended!

25 LIS agents were taken into custody today by I.L Republician Guard soilders. Due to their easy surrender, the government has backed down from declaring war, but has plegded not to let Lolloh get away scratch-free from the situation.

In other news, Lollohian propaganda has incorrectly stated that they captured James Simon, and have declared that they should put him on trial. I.L government figures are outraged, saying that I.L citizens were killed, Lollohians were BURNT. It is unjust to send him to Lolloh.

It has also come up, that John Wenmar, acctually spelled Jean Wénmoir, is an Inyourfaceistani tourist who was staying at the Sand Palm Hotel, was captured by LIS agents prior to their surrender. Lolloh claims that Wénmoir is the bomber, but I.L Secert Service agents have already pegged James Simon, as he was caught on the scene of the crime, and his finger prints have been tracked back to the gun he used to shoot the car.

Devaile took a breath in, and relaxed in his chair.

As soon as the diplomatic mission was out of Isle of Lost, or if Ruolnik made the first move, the men, now 3.000.000 in number (drawn up from reserves), would unleash an attack on the men below them. Total manpower was 5 million, plus the Rombergians and the Firmadores, which would mount to at least 7 million, outnumbering the Ruolnikian-Mericki forces at least 2 to 1.

The Ontorisans, relatively unscathed, had begun to prepare defences for the incoming invasion, digging trenches, setting traps and setting up support.

Fortunantly, due to the prepairation for invasion thanks to the LIS securtiy breach, the two Battalions were already almost done being loaded, and were soon shipped out to Southern Ruolnik withen 2 hours of getting the Green Light to deploy.

Elescu, Ruolnikian Fortified Line

They hadn't had very long to build their defenses, but it would make do. Already, trenched, minefields and killboxs dotted the NZ line. Queit a few Fortified bunkers had been finished, but many more were needed to stop an invasion. Ruolnik and I.L soilders had been given warning from Satalites about the movement of Lollohians from the former battle ""Lines"" with Hazardland. (O.O.C: I am assuming this because your army is almost annilaited so if you were able to send 4 Million soilders at us, they would HAVE to come from somewhere.)

All that Ruolnikian command could wait for, was for Lolloh to invade the NZ. They had agreed absolutly no shots would be fired untill the Rombergians and Firmadorians were overhelmed... Unless Romberg or Firmador requested assistance ofcourse.

The lovely Ruolnikian Airforce had gotten a ""mighty"" boost when Lolloh surrendered all their aircraft over to them. Their airforce was already decent, but now it had numbers. And numbers it would need.


Fort Palm Prison Camps HQ

The officers of Fort Palm had gathered to discuss a new order sent by Bulregard. The order stated that if the Lollohians attacked, all POWs were to be deported to Inyourfaceistan. If Lolloh broke through the Elescu DMZ, and SOMEHOW managed to break through the Ruolnikian-Elescu defenses before all 2 Million 300 Thousand + were deported, they were to be shot on site. It was not a lovely thing to do, but it would HAVE to be done in order to pervent the Lollohians from helping their comrades.

Also, Infantry Battalions include Tank Cores and Helicopter CAVs. I COULD list out the numbering of each tank Core for you, but it is A LOT easier to just say 500 so and so tanks.

The Hazardese fleet continued towards Lolloh. They had heard from reports on the ground that Lolloh was sending a fleet to interpret them, so the order was given to launch an AWACs aircraft in five directions to locate the enemy fleet before they were discovered.

One was dispatched for the directions east, south-east, south , south-west and west. Each carried an escort of twenty-four Su-35 fighters, and large numbers of Su-34 attackers were ready to launch in a moments notice.

Small engagements with the enemy were common, and those encounters with enemy professional soldiers were taking their toll, especially the Romburgers. Of course, the poorly-trained Lollohian conscript-recruits were far outmatched by the Hazardese paratroopers, especially in severe hazmat conditions, an environment which the Hazardese were well-accustomed to.

Roughly 65,000 total soldiers remained spread out across Lolloh, mostly in the north and central provinces, but some had managed to sneak into those regions bordering the south.

Lolloh, you realize I'm moving north to stop the Hazardese, right? But if you want to throw drafted recruits with little training or combat experience against my highly-trained professional army who all have had combat experience in multiple conflicts, be my guest...

O.O.C: I would like to state that Ruolnik never returned your POWs due to a lack of communication, and we did not return any equiptment either (I like owning your entire airforce)

Northern Front, Lolloh
The paratroopers were now scattered across the irradiated landscape in the north. Enemy forces were estimated at 150.000 still alive, and, being paratroopers, they would be easy to defeat. 800.000 men, decked out in hazmat suits and holding geiger counters, roamed across the land, looking around for any surviving forces. The Hazardese presence was virtually estinguished from the ground, but they remained in the air. Recon estimated 800, maybe more. The entire air-force of 500 planes was scrambled to crush the forces, now flying over Elescu. The info was radioed to the OICAO, which they expected to radio to the Coalition forces below. Already, replanting had begun, and many were celebrating the end of the Hazardese menace.

The bombings killed about 15.000 men of the 1.500.000 stationed in the NZ, while peace meant that a withdrawal plane had already been slated.

Quevril, Firmadores Army HQ
Hyvar sighed. "The powerful always resist, don't they? And, of course, we can't hide what's going on from civilians. We're a free country, and that means you have to show people the truth. Of course, your peacekeeping forces are more than welcome. However, we'd like that you stop at 250.000 men, for security reasons."

[Mitheldalond]

Humanitarian aid had been pouring into Lolloh for the past few weeks, and more was on the way. A fleet of 20 Liberty Ships had just crossed into Lollohian waters; 10 of the ships carried food, medical supplies, and decontamination equipment including pesticides tailored to kill Hazardese parasites. The other ten carried a number of Global Village Construction Sets designed to quick-start the replanting of farms and redevelopment of the devastated areas of Lolloh. There were now five Mitheldalondian hospital ships in ports around Lolloh, and many Liberty Ships had been configured to carry passengers. Together, they treated thousands of Lollohians a day, and evacuated a steady stream of refugees to safety in Mitheldalond.

The Royal Palace in Ciryalondë, Mitheldalond:
"The fleet is ready for deployment, Your Majesty. The Ossë has been shadowing the Hazardese fleet for several days now, and their latest reports indicate that we'll arrive slightly before the Hazardese if we dispatch the fleet now." reported Admiral Arendil.
"Thank you, Arendil" King Eldahir nodded to the Grand Admiral of the Navy. "We'll send out the fleet immediately." A thought struck him. "The Ossë hasn't been spotted, has she?" he asked, concerned for the submarine's crew.
"The Ossë is an Astute-class attack submarine, Your Majesty." Arendil replied. "The Astute-class is arguably the quietest class of nuclear powered submarine in existence, and the Ossë has been maintaining a distance of over 100 miles behind the enemy fleet. I can assure you Sire, they remain undetected."
"Good" said Eldahir, satisfied. "I would hate to lose such brave men and women. Is there anything else we need to discuss?"
"If I may, sir" Air Marshal Vilyatari spoke up. "There may be a way we can put the information from the Ossë to more use. We know where the enemy are, and the war in Firmador demonstrated the effectiveness of long range air strikes against enemy ships. It seems to me that the same tactics that proved so effective in Firmador might work again here."
Both Arendil and Eldahir leaned forward, listening intently as Vilyatari continued.
"We could load several B-2s with air-launched cruise missiles, and have them launch the missiles toward the Hazardese fleet. Using targeting data from the Ossë to update the missiles path in flight, we could guide them right onto their targets. The bombers would never get anywhere near the Hazardese, and would be undetectable at such long ranges. They would therefore be in no danger, and the strike would come without warning, leaving the Hazardese no time to ready their defenses."
When she finished, the King and the Admiral sat silently thinking over Vilyatari's plan. After a moment, King Eldahir spoke. "It sounds like a good plan to me. What do you think Admiral?"
Arendil stirred. "I like it" he said. "A strike like that would allow us to take out high importance targets like carriers and troop transports, and would ultimately reduce the strength of the enemy fleet our navy has to take on." He looked at Vilyatari. "It is an excellent plan, General" he complimented her.
"Very well, Air Marshal." said Eldahir, rising from his seat. "Carry out your plan. And may the Stars shine on both your paths."
"And the Heavens guide your feet." Arendil and Vilyatari returned, saluting.

Several hours later,
550 miles North of the Hazardese fleet:
Ten B-2 stealth bombers soared through the sky like shadows. The bombers flew ten miles apart, and each was surrounded by a formation of four smaller shadows flying a mile out. They had left Mitheldalond at dusk, and now, flying through the black of night, they had reached their mark. The bomb-bay doors of the ten Spirit bombers swung open, and out of each bomber flew 16 AGM-158B JASSM-ER semi-stealthy cruise missiles. Twenty missiles were launched at each of the Hazardese carriers, and two were launched at each of the transport frigates. Armed with a 1000 pound penetrator warhead each, the missiles would penetrate deep into the enemy ships before exploding, hopefully sinking their targets, or at least putting them out of action.

Once their payloads had been delivered, the bombers and their ghost-like escorts turned and flew back to Mitheldalond. On the way, they passed over the Mitheldalondian fleet on its way to meet and destroy the rest of the Hazardese fleet.
