Following the decisive victory of the Russo Spanish Empire in its invasion of USEA, the Democratic League was inclined to support its Triumvirate member state no matter the odds of the situation. With determination and combined efforts, plans were drawn up for the rescue of the fallen state in the face of countless odds by the democratic League and its allies. But with Euro Asia no longer determined to continue waging its defensive campaign against the Russo-Spaniard armies, its allies could no longer sustain its defence for Euro Asia if the host nation no longer felt compelled to defend it sovereignty. And so the events following the Treaty of Saint Ark effectively handing over USEA to the RSE saw the dissolution of Euro-Asian and DL relations that were only beginning to worsen by the day for both parties as talks of co-operation collapsed one by one.
With USEA no longer committed to preserve its prior status as a member of the Democratic League and honouring her previous relations, the Middle Eastern Coalition and the Federal Republic of Eslovakia became the first nations whom were previous allies of USEA to address her activities and her negligence of certain obligations. Following the unfortunate turn in events with the ending of Operation Rubicon; Rostil geo-political atmosphere has been shaken to a new phase that poses many new challenges and obstacles of diplomatic relations between the Russo-Spanish Empire and member states of the Democratic League. I am writing to you now, directly, because what is at stake demands that no opportunity be lost to avoid what would be a certain calamity for the people of both the Euro-Asian Republics and the Russo Spanish Empire. It is also to note the negligence of the financial burdens that the previous United States of Euro Asian republics government possessed that were tied to several states with the biggest contenders being the Federal Republic of Eslovakia and the Middle Eastern Coalition. We find ourselves in a position to judge the turn of events which ultimately will lead to the worse if not addressed in a professional manner. I reinforce the need for you to face your financial obligations and eliminate any uncertainty or ambiguity that might exists in your government about your next moves in this tense diplomatic period.
The key for the Euro Asian provisional government and the Russo Spanish Empire is to address the ultimatum presented henceforth to embrace the financial obligations of the previous government of the Euro Asian Republics where negotiations can and will be assumed to ensure the payment of the debt within a suitable time frame and manner for the benefit of all involved parties. We wholeheartedly prefer a diplomatic outcome. However, anything less than full compliance with this ultimatum is unacceptable and there can be no reward for this financial provocation nor will there be any negotiation. Principle cannot and will not be compromised in the face of criminal acts of financial negligence to its legal debtors and sufficient necessary action will be undertaken to ensure the issue is addressed by the involved party.
The sum of debt the Euro Asian government is legally obligated to pay the totals of $87,533,625,000 for the Middle Eastern Coalition including interests and $167,000,000,000 for the Federal Republic of Eslovakia. The colossal sum of money provided to the Euro Asian government in their interests to rebuild a shattered state which no longer seems to be the interests of the provisional government, The governments of Eslovakia and the Middle Eastern Coalition demand a sufficient answer within 24 hours of the dispatch of this letter or further actions will be explored to address the issue at hand at a more severe level to reinforce the urgency of this matter.
