I did When you said about reading the captions I thought perhaps I'd missed some hint because the picture's called 003b, but there's no model with a 'B' in its designation. I may have overthought at that point.

It's just that VIP or Passenger seemed like the obvious ones for a hijacking. Combi or Freighter would work just as well admittedly. If someone managed to hijack an Airborne Command model then that truly would be Bond-esque heights of super-villainy.

• January 2003: [Earth II] After an exhaustive government review, the Layartebian government concludes that the Cottish Flu Pandemic of 2001 has claimed the lives of approximately 475 million people, caused the collapse of the Fourth Reich of North Germania, nearly caused the collapse of the Realm of Cotland, solidified the power of the Goodrule Third Spanish States, and drastically damaged the country of Monaco forever. The hardest hit is the Realm of Cotland with 300 million deaths followed by the Fourth Reich of North Germania with 75 million deaths. The Soviet Union suffers 50 million deaths, the United Eastasian Republic suffers 20 million deaths, the Goodrule Third Spanish States suffers 15 million deaths, and the Roman Empire suffers 5 million deaths. Contributory to the large casualties in Cotland, North Germania, and the Soviet Union was ongoing political turmoil due to internal and external, military conflict. Between Layartebian Ireland, Monaco, and the rest of Europe, another 10 million deaths are recorded. The highest estimates for deaths related to the Cottish Flu Pandemic are 525 million, suggesting that 20% to 25% of the populace of Europe and China were killed.

Problem there is that Gary Oldman is the Minister of the Interior and Harrison Ford is just Harrison Ford. It cannot be done in Earf2 Layarteb.


MAY I NOW INTRODUCE

The LDC Model 003 airliner. It is fully written now with specifications and stats. It is for sale to just about everyone (even you HNM - but only if you post) for civilian models. Military models will be restricted to Tier I and Tier II allies only. If you're looking at it and wondering if it's even realistic allow me to provide you with these tidbits:

• The original design of the Boeing 747 had a full-length upper deck
• The tail would be tapered and on a downslide (use whatever word you want to describe it) like in real life aircraft but I personally like the straight back look of the B-52 better so artistic license takes over for realism.
• The A380 is bigger, heavier, and flies too.

Side note is I have 31 aircraft to sell still to get to the 300 currently ordered. Anyone want to buy some aircraft?

It'll be known IC that the Emperor has not been seen for the time period of June 1 to June 9 and I plan to do a news article to that effect. Pay very close attention to the cues in the posts though as to what is known IC and what is unknown IC. Also don't ask me for OOC hints and information, this one is that monumental I give nothing away. It'll change the world people... One                    at a time. I can't really see myself posting in it to be honest, either the La Plata-RSA war will still be going on or it'll be over and the post-war reorganisation will be taking place. Either way La Plata is going to be so heavily focused on domestic affairs that it would take something really drastic to bring their attention to Layartebian domestic politics. Same goes for Escorpión Azul, Felix and the boys will have a lot going on (besides the wedding).
