Hearing about his brothers assassination, F. Humble jumped with joy. Maybe now he could escape and try to govern what little land was left.

Thank You for killing my brother. He is rude to me. He sort of locked me in an underground prison that broke down on day 3. I'd like to propose a truce, I govern what little land Hyperion has left and you are recognized completely as the owners of the former land of Hyperion. Also, you could break me out of this mass guarded hell hole full of Communist nut heads and Chinese Communists. So, break me out, blow up this prison, and let me govern what little land is left of Hyperion and ill make sure Hyperion's mainland completely recognizes your invasion and doesn't send in any forces. Or call some of its allies. Yeah, through civil war we got some powerful dare I say oppressive allies. Also, I do however like my brothers idea of a WA. Could we do that too? It But with abit of balance based on colony size.

After hours of fighting, finally, the last person of the group died for his first time. after an hour of rest, it was time for the second attack, already, could see the effects of extra experience on the troops, they would move faster, react quicker, and most of all, had more experience on how to survive the battlefield, and how to operate as a team better. As the Hyperion Defenders saw the exact same group, the same group who they though they had already killed, charge through the city, ripping apart defenders while only getting hot occasionally on the shield, their moral plummeted, however they kept fighting. Wave after wave of the Invictus force came, After the 5th wave, there was a noticeable difference, the solders would move with a fluidity not often see out of professional martial artists, they could react at speeds that would seem instant for normal humans, and they knew their equipment, and tactics. The once large Hyperion of the city was torn down until there was only 200 of them left, with their armor torn asunder by either the soldiers of Zeus, in their desperation, they tried to do suicide attacks, however, through the experience gained from their multiple deaths, an their skills and reactions, which seemed to only get faster, the suicide bombers were eliminated without a threat. As the surviving 150 troops started to disappear, one by one, the Hyperions broke, and started to shoot in every direction, lobbing what explosives they could get their hands on. However, through all the fire and death, in rode Invictus force, streaking in with their jump jets. in those 10 minutes that followed, every last Hyperion soldier was killed... The battle for Fort York was finally finished.
After hours collecting dog tags of the fallen Hyperion, and sorting the bodies, a final count was made.
Roughly 16 thousand Hyperion troopers lost their lives to the Invictus force, and another 4 thousand lost their lives to Zeus' mechs.
On the side of the SWoD/NA forces, 2 of zeus' mechs were lost, and every soldier had died atleast 4 times.
York had been conquered, and both the flags of NE and SWoD had been raised, as the force left for the SWoD FOB for some much earned R&R SWoD Peacekeeper and engineer units started to drop into the fort. Now it was time to wait for news of the other invasions.

The Minister of Defense had flown with J. Humble to watch the events. He stood there, and watched as his president was pushed down, rifles aimed at him, and triggers were pulled. His instinct told him to run, to try and save him, but logic told him it would get them both killed. He watched in horror as his childhood friend was shot dead repeadidly, assassinated. No, he wasn't just his president, but his friend. His brother to him. It was cold murder. A murder just for greed and land. He stood there, full of anger and hatred. He shook, ran back to the helicopter, and they took off in an un-identified plane to flee to the Mainland. He cried in the plane, as his friend was dead. He had spent countless hours with him, in their family yard, climbing the trees, picking apples, racing, riding bikes, discussing subjects, even translating languages to practice their classes. He had spent so much time of his life with him, he was his only friend. Because he was afraid to lose Humble. And now he was dead.

In a rush of hatred, he remembered the missile system. He grinned. "At least I can still nuke NAE."

In a shocked and shaken voice, wavering and full of hate, he recorded and transmitted to NAE:

You bastards. You killed...you killed my only friend. My childhood friend. Our president. You will pay. The Hyperion Colony Missile Defence System will launch 4 Thermobarack warheads at your capital, 7 times. If it's detected not one missile hits, 12 standard missiles will be launched. Then it's over. However, they are closer than you think. Do you really believe the power supply was just for tribes? Good luck finding the silos, otherwise your Capital will be quickly nuked. Also, you'll have to get a warrant to search New Emphillion land since it's now there. Or most of it. Alot is outside of there. Round 1 has begun. Expect more missiles. Also, if your wondering, these were shipped in from one of our rich allies. Go to hell, and fuck you.

He then stopped communication, and told the pilot,"Change fuckiing course and speed into fastest possible. Keep the course looped, but heading as far from here as possible. They may try to use the signal to track us."

Meanwhile, 4 Thermobarack missiles thrusted to NAE's colonial capital.

OOC: Some people were moved to the oil rigs before assassination. And sure, most of the armies dead, but we did at least kill every soldier afew times. More than you've done in kills...AND I CALL THAT FT! I MEAN REVIVING THE DEAD? FUTURE TECH OR GOD MODE!

Viktor merely grinned. "She is pretty good. But I doubt she will replace me as Chief of Security," he whispered. Edward returned his grin. "No one could replace you, Viktor," he said. Which was true. Viktor and Edward had been friends for years and Viktor had saved Edward's ass more time than Edward wanted to admit. All of those times during the civil war that created New Emphillon. Those were dark days, Edward remembered. He remembered what a young rookie he was, picking up the gun of a dead soldier and fighting with the separatist army along side Viktor, who was a good sniper at the time. Bad days, but good times. As he was drifting, Athena drew him back when she said,"Looks like Hyperion has some missile silos in your territory." Edward froze for a moment in surprise, but that was thawed by his sudden anger. That backstabbing son of a... "I give you permission to search my territory for those weapons. New Emphillon shall not tolerate traitors such as Hyperion," he not only said to Athena, but said to all the nations of the Ardentes fighting Hyperion.

Due to Hyperion's threats of Nuclear Warfare, the Senate was debating what to do. A majorty said for a nuclear strike on their colony while the minority said to just strike them with regular missiles. The Senate agreed to attack New Hyperion City with nuclear weaponry. They also agreed that napalm missiles will strike the oil rigs of Hyperion aswell, and turn the seas in to flame.

And then another study came through the military analyists: The EMP missile that was launched to the peace conference came from a Hyperion Missile Silo from New Emphillon Territory.

Edward was taken aback by the news that missle silos were in his territory without his knowledge. Then a sudden chilling thought came to mind. "He tried to frame us...," Edward whispered to the point that Athena could only hear him. Then more loudly, he said,"Hyperion wanted to make that EMP missile look like it was launched by New Emphillon, so that a loose end could be tied up before he began his attack on the other colonies. And with the amount of resources we gave him..." Edward simply looked down at the ground, clearly feeling like a fool for being played in such a way. You idiot, he thought. When President Wolfe hears about this... Edward didn't want to think about the consequences.
OOC: Yes it is. Why else would those silos be in MY colony? To try to FRAME ME!!!

beforehand, we tried giving power to NAE. When they denied, missile silos spruced up incase we were ever invaded. And as for Fort York's fortifications, its a port town and the colony's civil war reinactment capital. That's why we built huge walls, for rp in the city.

Edward looked up to see the remaining members of the conference staring at him. In his greif, he could not tell whether the looks he were getting were of pity or of accusation of his idiocy. But they all seemed to agree that it wasn't his fault and that he was at least fighting against this menace. But Edward was not convinced he was doing everything he could. He used his phone to call General Ramses, to whom he said,"General, this is Folkner. I want five of those B-52Hs that the NAE sent us to go attack those Hyperion oil rigs off the coast of Hyperion's coast. I also want you to send our two Ticonderoga-class cruisers to assist in the assault. And I want those orders fulfilled within the hour." Again, Ramses didn't seem to argue against Edward's orders and moments after ending the call, the orders were sent. The Glorious and the Triumph, plus five B-52Hs were sent northeast to eliminate the oil rigs, containing the Hyperion government. ETA for destroyers- 5 hours. ETA for B-52Hs- 1 hour and 6 minutes.

Athena shrugged and stretched the body she was using to protect Edward, bio-mechanical bodies always tend to get stiff if you didn't stretch after awhile, anyways, the search for the silos wasn't happening, but the system was on full anti-Missile mode, all they had to do was wait for a missile to launch, and then a kinetic strike would go straight down the silo, meanwhile it was time to try that ice cream shop they passed about 2 minutes ago. Athena did like ice cream :3
Besides, Edward should be fine for now, she tagged him with a Personal Kinetic Barrier and a teleport beacon. Now for ice cream.

[Neo-Assyrian Empire]

The nuclear warhead struck New Hyperion City, creating a large plume of black smoke, ash, and radiation. All of the remaining B-52s in the area were incinerated by the instant heat. It was impossible to survey the damage done to the city, as the radiation was still to deadly and the ash was still too thick.
Oil Rig, Hyperion Coast
The incendiary missile struck a massive rig off the coast. The flaming oil spread about the rig fast, spewing the flaming crude oil about the rig itself and it poured in to the sea. These attacks were a final warning against Hyperion. If they didn't stand down and shut down their missile sites, they would launch more missiles at their territories

As she was about to walk away from Edward, she changed her mind, it would be a bad idea right now. She turned around and send one of her other bodies to fetch her Ice cream. "Edward, remember, this is HYPERION talking, (insert sarcastic voice her) I mean, they're never wrong(stop sarcastic voice). Dont worry. Want some Ice cream? that might make you feel better."

Then, the Prussians, tired of Hyperion, decided to bomb the ever-loving shit out of it, with over 100 MIRV Missiles, which has been the GREATEST Military Attack with Missiles on Ardentes ever since the destruction of the first NAE Colony, which should still haunt civilians of the NAE to this day. Then, all the 100 MIRV Missiles were launched STRAIGHT AT Hyperion, and they all have the power of the MOAB. The Hyperion Colony was going to be blasted RIGHT off the map, and possibly even literally. Satellites were then sent several miles outside of the atmosphere, RIGHT above the Hyperion Colony, just as close so that Cameras can capture the Destruction of the Hyperion Colony.

The Prussians then send a message to all men on the Ardentes that isn't part of Hyperion.

Men. In World War 1, British Soldiers help change the world, and Geography, by laying down huge explosives below Enemy Lines, and now, I will change the course of History and Geography Again. Expect MASSIVE Explosions, and expect your satellites to see the Hyperion Colony get blasted right out of the world as we know it if that happens.
