"Ok." said the Kaiser, In case of Terrorists, we should bring in 1% of our Military Forces in our colonies, but they are not allowed to go past the border, and they will only shoot terrorists, and people that harm them. And we HAVE to have a place for a WA for Ardentes.

Edward had been quiet up to this point, mainly for the fact that his nation had no intention to start a war in this region and for the fact that it was mainly between the big players in the Ardentes. But he had to speak up here. "I agree with everyone else. New Emphillon's troops will not use such unstable weapons." With that he sat back and continued to observe the meeting.

"Also," said Seriph, "We have been talking about locations and other things for this group and yet we don't have a name for it. I propose the AINU, the Ardentes Inter-National Union, as the name for this orginization. Also, I think that 1% of the military would be better, say that a major attack on a colony were to happen."

"My embassy will have a division of infantry along with a few support vehicles. No more, no less. I would also like a military base close by the colony incase of an attack. A quick reaction force if you will" Autarch Radec said.

"I second this motion, however, I hope that this modification will be acceptable, instead of SWoD providing many troops, we will outfit the whole force, retraining them to use advanced weapons and armor. No, you will not get the technology for the armor, that is the whole point, so if somebody decides to break the peace and attack this place, they will be countered with, hopefully, a better armed, and trained force. Also, we will station 200 human looking combat chassis in the place. With AIs of course. Also, autarch, what I and Seriph propose, is to sacrifice part of your military to help form the AINU defense force."

"Yes, I understand. But I will supply them with their own Commanding Officer that they know and respect."

"I have few military units at my disposal, at the moment, but I shall send a portion of what I do have to this new colony to support those who do have personnel there. A few tanks and artillery should be ceficient, I hope," Edwards said to the members of the conference. He would have to have a long chat with General Ramses about those units leaving the colony to defend what that bonehead would call a "waste of time and energy. Not to mention personal security."

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT send equipment with your soldiers, unless this council votes otherwise, the SWoD will be providing weapons and equipment + training for the AINU defense force.

The stare from the AI nearly made Edward cower in his chair, but he simply just replied,"I'm terribly sorry to have upset you, ma'am. I simply just want to have the New Emphillon colony help the Ardentes in any way possible, since we are the newest arrivals and want to help in any way possible. But I understand if you do not wish for us to be in the defense force. I will not send any troops, unless the conference says otherwise. The offer stands." With that, the Slipspacian ambassador turned away from Edward, but never really lowered her gaze at him. Edward Folkner ignored her/it and simply continued to listen to the conference, while wondering what in the hell the NAE did to Slipspacia that caused its AIs to act like that, aside from a few hundred nuclear warheads and chemical weapons.

Athena used a softer voice this time.
"Im sorry if that startled you, I ment that if you do send troops, do not send the equipment with them ok? We'll need every soldier we can get, since we all know somebody somewhere if going to attack us. so send troops ok?" Athena ended with a smile. "just don't send equipment with them."
Athena pats Edward's shoulder then moves back to her spot.

The President smiled. His idea of a continental WA was actually a success so far. He was so happy that people agreed with him, instead of his senate full of loud mouths just trying to make the majority happy with tax cuts and nothing that actually improves life in every area to be re-elected, never agreeing because it meant slight salary cuts to pay to make the country better. He felt good to of at least made a real contribution.

He stood. "Ehem. I believe the Union should be able to place a blockade, embargo, or sanction on any colony that tries to invade or perform hostile actions towards another. For example, if they invade for resources, place an embargo so they can't ship them to us. We can set up a blockade, and force them to surrender economically and give up the other colony. Sanctions can be used to put up a cold shoulder to someone, cut off money, and everything as well as troop reinforcements until they surrender. Doing this, we can ensure that war is lowered by pitching in on all of this, unless your military is...lacking...like mine and New Emphillion. We rely on the slight sliver of aid Volvek offers us if we need help developing and filling in the holes. But, as I was saying, this can help. Of course, I suspect we may in some cases give economic aid after embargos to ensure they don't...DIE OUT. Otherwise, we basically invaded economically and absorbed them.

The president then took out a phone and texted his Minister of Armed Forces, his Commander in Chief below him, the one who was mainly in charge of Military. He texted him using Hyperion Encryption and encrypted to be in Hyperish, the secret language of Hyperion that was local and unknown to any other country. He doubted even SWoD could figure out its crazy phrase-based dialect.

Can we alleviate 100 soldiers for the defence of the new Artenes WA? Also, move the pending order for the Mark X to New Hyperion City on its walls instead of the borders.

"Hyperion, as good of an idea that is, I have to say it would be basically useless. our nations have extremely limited trade, and, as seen before blockades are not exactly the best of ideas.... especially for the blockader, its a good concept, but practicality wise, it wouldn't really do anything. For example, if Volvek or Neo-Assyria, pardon for the example, go to war against someone, the embargo wouldn't do anything, and the blockade may annoy them a little but, but they could just detonate a MOAB or something underwater to wipe out the blockade. Now as for cutting off reinforcements, they have the capability to hold a pretty large siege, enhanced with the recent "zombie" outbreak. Now with them, it may do something. Now if Prussia on the other hand, decided to go to war... well, the sanctions wouldn't do jack shit. Now lets talk about what would happen if you or New Emphillon tried to go to war, in all honesty, you are the only two nations this would actually effect, both of you are small nations, with a weak military, who import the most in this land. This would devastate you two, completely. so in all honesty, its a good idea, but ineffective."

Athena detected a signal leaving the room, originating from the Hyperion President, in a flash she had him pinned on the floor, with his hands behind his back and his phone in her free hand.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING. Who did you call, are you sending a strike against this meeting, ANSWER ME."

"Agreed," said Seriph, "those two colonies are the only ones in which resources from the outer world is needed in order to survive. It would be too time consuming and a waste of time, effort, and money for the other colonies."

"I was texting my Minister of Warefare about defence arrangements for my cities. It's private matter, so it's in my Country's language. Which is not known by any foreigner, and you couldn't even decipher it. Not a language god could if they weren't from Hyperion.

Edward was a little taken aback by the AI's (Athena is her name I think, Edward thought) action, but still he agreed. New Emphillon's military, as small as it is, is also very well trained after several years of fighting a civil war. "I agree with the Slipspacian ambassador and I shall instead send in about 150 soldiers, which is about the best I can do at the moment. More shall arrive over time," Edward said. As the Hyperion ambassador ended his proposal, Edward said,"I agree with this plan. I will benefit all of the colonies in the Ardentes. However, as a two days ago, my colony has found a large deposit of raw materials in the mountain range that rests in the middle of New Emphillon's territory. These raw materials include iron, lead, silicon, some minor gold deposits, mercury, beryllium, and tungsten. I am now proposing that anyone who wishes to begin trade for those resources should inform me before this conference is out. I feel that this will not only benefit the colonies in this region economically, but also relationship-wise. With that, I leave the floor open to the next ambassador." He sat down, feeling that he had just truly contributed to the conference. But as Athena screamed at the Hyperion ambassador, he jumped and called Viktor over to confirm the AI's accusation. Viktor nodded and whispered,"A signal had been sent from his cellular device, but our decrypters can't make heads or tails of it. We will continue to look into it." Edward turned toward the delegate from Hyperion and stared at him with cold eyes. "What did you send, Mr. Ambassador," he asked coolly.

Athena glared at the Hyperion President.
"very well, I'll believe you... for now." She hissed.
"you're lucky I was trying not to harm you too much, this body can snap a MBT in 2... But just encase you're planning to send a strike to any of our nations while we aren't watching..." Athena partially unsheathed the katana that was hidden in the massive shield she wore in her back, then slid it back. "I'll end part of the problem.... Personally."
"Oh and for the language? everything is crackable, it just takes time, assuming you don't have any grammar structures similar to known languages, then it'll take about a day or to to crack. We have a AI network for a reason, simpleton."
with that, Athena turned around and addressed the rest of the meeting in a pleasant, cheerful voice.
"sorry about that president, Kaiser, Autarch. Little Hyperion President here, decided to call someone and speak in a secret language. I think the problem is solved." Athena glares at the Hyperion President, before turning back to the rest of the meeting. "for now."

You can't make heads or tails because even if you decrypt it its a complicated language that takes years to even speak somewhat fluently. And I just said what I sent.

As soon as Athena tackled the Hyperion President the Autarch stood up quickly pulling out his saber, his Kommandos pulled out their knives at the ready. After the scuffle was over they sheathed their weapons and the Autarch sat. "I think these rooms should cut off all forms of communication from here on henceforth."
