Realize we need these troops for protection against pirates, terrorists, and for expertise such as explosive matters, protecting major and vastly unstable areas, from just the population. Without soldiers to guard a nuclear plant, for example, cold mean anyone could waltz in and blow it up. Not only that, but as Volvek has, use them as aid for bringing resources, filling holes, and as others have shown protecting allies from those who wish to invade. We need the Defence we have! And if you say take away the soldiers, you say take away SWoD. It's not just a "police." It's a defensive and offensive system used to enforce treaties, and has its own intelligence that can produce mood and therefore make its own actions. It can attack us, or be used by Spacelandia by its orders as a weapon. its not just a ROBOT, its aware, has emotions, can make assumptions and figure out independently what an order mean. I do not mean offend you somehow Athena, by the way. And taking away SWoD means allowing troops better chances of breaking a treaty, THIS treaty. So that action is contradictory to the treaty's enforcement.

The Hyperion president yet again stood up. "I agree with this. Combined with his idea and mine, we can make a diplomatically peaceful union that also enforces it's peace by surrendering a small section of its army for the greater good. I say part of this treaty involve these 2 ideas, of military reduction, and neutral weekly/bi-weekly ground meetings on the continent as well as at minimum slight open trade."

The Minister of Defence stood up and the president sat down.

The president thanked Seriph's agreement. "Thank you. I myself am willing to give up some of our land, however, it should be in the continent's center to ensure it's equal to everyone. Otherwise, it is almost land on loan. The area should be completely independant of anyone, and only be land for peace talks. It will be something that survives and strengthens our bonds. No one can say they are unfairly distanced from it if it's in the center, because it's then as centralized as possible.

"Now," said Seriph calmly, "You and I both know that at the time of the attacks on the colony of Pheonix, I was nothing but a civilian. Not a president or government official of any kind, but a civilian. You could only blame Oplekson, and you've already had your revenge on him. But, enough about the past. This is the present. I second Athena's motion to construct a colony within that area."

"here, take these microcomputers (they project the screen and keyboard) and use them to access the internet, your home network, ect, and upload what you want it to look like, then we can decide on the looks, that is if everyone agrees? Also, Zeus suggested that we should make it look like a greek temple, I told him no."

"I too agree with a centralized colony. But said colony will also need to be defended.. I think we all should pitch in one or two divisions for the colonial defense force. I will place two infantry divisions and a panzer division, totalling some 8,000 troops total. Counting the tankers and etc. I won't supply any aircraft as the airfield at Citadel Feinstein is within flying distance." Autarch Radec said firmly. He handed the disc back politely. "I don't mind what the building looks like, as long as it's not underfortified."

Seriph then responded saying "The missiles were launched while the Kaisar and Oplekson were talking about a possible peace treaty, unless if you were talking about the nuclear missiles. In that case, it was Reilark's decision, not mine. I had no way to communicate with him inside of a bunker." He then used his micro-computer and pulled up an image.
"I believe that the building should look similar to this..."

"Also, about the military force stationed, I believe that no singular nation should have more then 2 thousand troops stationed at the place, however, I propose the we make several outer perimeter walls, filled with defensive armaments of our respective nations. Besides, it wouldn't cost your nations anything to build, other your embassaries and armament maintenance, because no matter what we choose, we, the SWoD system will construct the main buildings and any other structures. Also, the structure would be made out of alloys and the "glass" out of TranspariSteel"

It could be made out of glass, transparent steel, anything they wish. And there could also stand one, large international building that houses affairs that effect the entire continent. What do you all think of this idea?"

It could be made out of glass, transparent steel, anything they wish. And there could also stand one, large international building that houses affairs that effect the entire continent. What do you all think of this idea?"

"I second the motion. But shouldn't we wait for the Kaiser to respond?"
Athena went and lightly poked the seemly sleeping Kaiser.

Mark X-5 HyperionCo™ Nuclearized Laser Defensive Turret, which can shoot lasers powered by HyperNuke™."
