The Hyperion president rented a room in the hotel and then rented one for his minister. He posted on his country's social networking site and then on Facebook:

With that, he texted all the leaders he had arrived and went to his room, next to the ministers. 2 of his royal guards who came in through the suprisingly un-guarded back delivering bay guarded the doors.

he went out of his room, knocked on his Defense ministers door, and they together walked to Room 1. The Minister knocked on the door, and they waited.

"Onyx" landed at an airport and lowered its ramp. Out poured 6 of the 12 Kommandos and thoroughly searched the area. "Clear!" Said the Kommandos into their helmet comms. Then stepped the Autarch himself..



His metal boots clanking on the ramps along with the Kommandos. His red cloak blowing in the wind. They offloaded an armored SUV and climbed inside. They drove to the hotel and stopped. 8 Kommandos piled out and sweeped the area, then the remaining 4 and the Autarch walked to the door, hand on the hilt of his ceremonial saber. The saber was coated in onyx giving it a black appearance. "I am the Autarch of Volvek and wish to attend this peace meeting."

The Guard said to Onyx: "Uhhh. Go right in, but please put all firearms in this bag. It will be marked, and will be returned." He then let Onyx go on in his way.

The President of Hyperion knocked on the door harder. "CAN WE COME IN YET? You let in Volvek when we've been standing here forever and close the door on us..."

"Thank you sir" The Autarch nodded to the guard and walked inside, he didn't carry any firearms. His Kommandos however.. Didn't like handing their XM29 OICW's and USP .45's. They wuoldn't be as effective at defending the Autarch now. But they still had combat knives which they held closely, still sheathed.

OOC: And mine are armed with assault rifles with over-the-barrel 25mm grenade launchers.

After a much needed shower and a shave, Colonial President Folkner dressed himself for his first peace conference in the Ardentes. Hopefully this will be the last one, he thought. He knew the results of the last after reading news stories from every major colony and even his nation's own newspaper, which picked up on the war in the region through tip offs in the NEA. As he fussed with his tie, Viktor strode towards the president. "The conference is in room 1, Mr. President. All is secure in the building." Edward nodded approval at Viktor as he finished adjusting his tie. "Thank you for the update, Viktor. Will you be holding my hand to the meeting?" The chief of security laughed at his old friend's comment. "I'll even help you to the bathroom, if necessary, Edward," he said with a grin. With that the two men left for room 1 in the hotel. As they approached, Edward saw and greeted the delegate from Hyperion, then noticed a very attractive woman down the hall. She appeared to be scanning the corridor for... What?, Edward thought. She was probably the Slipspacian delegate, given her very thorough examination of the hallway and its inhabitants, including himself. Something told him not to cross her. When she looked at him, he merely smiled, nodded his head and waited patiently for the Kaiser to open the door and for the other delegates to arrive.

The Guards let the Hyperion representatives in, and the Kaiser all welcomes them, and then, he just went ahead and just waited in his seat, while one of his guards were going to open the door for him.
