Fighter planes are scrambled and intercept the Japanese aircraft however little has changed in the cities with many supply packages missing and those that do hit their mark are stolen by soldiers before any Tyberonians can receive them

Meanwhile, the government is prepared for war and is arming its military. All Eurasian television from the mainland has been cut, so only the government can view it and the public will not panic due to the massacres.
