How I feel about your post is below.



Overall, I like it. But sometimes, what I see in the post doesn't really click or make sense with me. I'll just list them out and explain what I don't get.

1. The Tsar is responding to the Cycuiian monarchy when they haven't sent out any pleas for assistance yet.
2. The random Ardkonian interest in Cycuiian affairs is kind of strange. We've never met each other before and apparently you want an ally that is on the verge of pummeling itself for some period of time.
3. Grammatical and typographic errors are present; but even for I, whom have had English as a first language, I mess up plenty of times. So really, for English as a second language, you're doing well. Hell, I probably used 'whom' wrong. I also may of have used one of the 'I' wrong. Oh well.

It's all good though. I'm sure if you keep at it, you'll get better. However, don't look to me for above Vapor's average in the standards of posts; look to the Amplectorian posters for that. It's great that you joined the civil war thread, just remember that a lot of my stuff may not make sense to you because I'm not at the top of the posting quality hierarchy. Like I said, take my RPing as if were a restaurant dish, and pile some road salt onto it.

1 i've thought that you've really sent out pleas for assistance since Servoth also somehow made himself notified of the happenings, and since i can have some people in the west (not particularly political spies but just the immigrants who agreed to tell some of interesting stories or the conditions in the country, and if you dont want it then it is absolutely okay with me)
2 We are interested in an alliance with the eastern guys but never were able to because all of you guys are/were socialist and communist and we have quite an Amplectorian Mentality for these two ideologies.
3 I know i can mess up and i try my best to achieve the best results.

2. Well, it's 1907 and his nation is hundreds of years old. It would be illogical to assume he has had no contact with your nation ever. Just maybe a long diplomatic hiatus, not too unlike the US and Cuba. Just a suggestion.
3. P'shaw! Have you seen the way Ino punctuates, or his fondness for the non-word "alot," or his constant confusion of "rouge" and "rogue"? Us native speakers have plenty of problems of our own; as Pav pointed out, your English is better than most native speakers. Believe me -- I'm an English teacher.

Basically what i changed was: the titles, (changed them for images with a nice font ), the Roleplays section, (made it neater with the list code) and some smaller formating details

note: the red colour is just to call ms. fanaglia's attention

I love it! The RP list looks great (so much cleaner) and I really like the idea of using pics for the headings instead of regular text to make them stand out more; I'm just not sure how I feel about that particular font. Also, while your post's background is gray, the OP's background will be white, so I'll have to change that. But, like I said, I love the idea! I think I'll try the same thing, but with the same font I used for the main heading at the top.

EDIT: I'm dumb. OP backgrounds are gray, not white. Looks like I'm going to have to change the background color on the banner.

Of course, if a nation were to deem the FIN Constitution no longer legal for some reason, then there'd be a paradox, and so long as the nation in question had the firepower to deter the other nations from attempting to force a re-integration into FIN, it's still arguably possible to leave with some level of legality.

@2. Perhaps. But I could also say the same things with Pav. Both of us were in V-land, yet there never had been any notable relations until SAW. Although, in the same way that I used the war to take an initiative against Pav, Ardkonia is taking the initiative to get to us during our civil war... I guess it's not so strange after all. Although, there's still randomness lurking around...

Article II-II

The Ruling Council is comprised only of acting heads of government of Union members.

Article III-I


1. The ruling council is made up by 500 seats, that should be filled by representatives from the member nations. Each representative has the right of one vote.

2. Each member nation is responsible for choosing and sending its own representatives to the council, appointing one person to be the High councillor of the mentioned nation. One nation may not send more than one High Councillor.

3. The High councillor's function is to ultimately represent the member nation, he is encharged of presenting new motions and proposals to the council. He is also tasked with announcing important events and officially representing the head of state of the member nation. The High councillor's vote is worth 5 votes.

4. The 500 seats should be divided proportionally amongst member nations, and should not exceed 200 seats per nation.

If we are going to use that specific constitution, we have to decide if we agree with Article II-II or Article III-I, first.

FIN can't. Of course, cars aren't generally considered military goods.

After discussing the matter with Wirbel, the region founder, we decided that we should create a new OOC thread with myself as the OP, to make updating things like the map and the National Info Table a little easier. Vapor is a steampunk RP group, as well as a region. The world we have created for ourselves is semi-realistic, though some fantasy tech is allowed.

Our story begins with an international conference on a continental railway system, hosted in Ticciano, Fanaglia, in 1885. Of course, as you should all know, time is not a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey...stuff. Therefore, our narrative at any given time may be taking place in 1885, 1910, 1935, 1795, or whenever happens to suit our fancy (list of active and past RPs below). We have also agreed on a natural progression from steampunk to diesel/decopunk or even atompunk, depending on what year we're RPing in at that time.
