My anti-Amplector propaganda is consistent and prevalent both OOC and IC, and has a reason/backing behind it.

Destroying the peace of a region by having a shootout between cops and some unrelated characters because you're bored with a conference is an entirely different situation, with no rhyme or reason to it.
