The authority of the World Assembly, its Security Council and any other organs and any attendant rights or privileges heretofore assumed relevant within the territorial bounds of the Pacific Caliphate by the members of the aforementioned organization are presently and eternally denied any validity whatsoever. The illustrious, free and sovereign Sultanate of the Pacific Caliphate shall never bow its knee to any foreign interlocutors or agents without question. We do invite you to our lovely casinos in order to lose your money after which we expect you to get out of the country forthwith respecting our laws barring any speech detrimental to the society and injurious or slanderous of our most respected Caliph and rightful Sultan, the Wise and Generous Hippocrates II, our savior and our national light. If any nation wishes to test the resolve of the Caliphate we will not hesitate to unleash the full force of our considerable arsenal at even the slightest provocation.

The Imperial Territories respect your right to sovereignty and right to not be a member of the world assembly, but will advise its citizens to stay clear of your nation due to your nations belief in barring the right of expression and possibly other rights.
