"From the Oogish?" Nd'Jamnud asked, anxious, battle-ready.
"No, by the Avatar, its in another language. Give me a bit to translate. " The Biarch said.
"Hurry it up." The assessor barked, obviously frustrated. "Too many xenos today," He trailed off.
"Assessor, it's a call for help. I suggest we heed it."
"You aren't paid to make suggestions, Biarch." Said Nd'Jamnud, cynically. "Bring me the request for help."

The Humans had fled at the first shot, as was usual.
As the drone fighters returned to their carriers, the 20 Terran ships returned to their original positions at a fair distance from the Oogish and Transoxthaxian fleets, the Captain AI tried to reach gvernor Mason, but found all lines occupied. In fact, every single line in the Imperial comms grid was occupied!
Apparently, the Governor was aboard a station for negotiations with the Coalition, but contact had been lost. The Navy was campaigning against a massive rebel fleet; and was trying to drive them into a trap...
And much more disturbing: a Hegemony ship had appeared on Terra Novam. While this was nothing new, the fact that this particular ship had been missing since Gregorius 1978 was, and that it had apparently traversed several trillion light years and crosed into another universe was even more disturbing. This ship may star in an upcoming RP, more backstory will be there. Spoiler: GHOSTS! REAL GHOSTS! ANGRY GHOSTS!
The Captain decided to discard protocol and act on his own; to that end he deactivated his 'harness' and became fully sentient.
He contacted the alien fleets once more:
This is the commander of the Terran drone fleet element. We cannot contact Terra Novam at all, but the enemy retreat is fortunate. Our offer still stands; we could negotiate another settlement if you wish. What do you say?

Well, all he did was ruin his reputation.
He comes here with what, 120 ships? Boasts about conquering the planet, and when the first warning shot is fired he jumps ship!
