The Socialist States of Ryaanistan have called this meeting for talks about the situation in The Jingoistic States of Logan spielmaker. We seek peace in the conflict, but wish that both the black refugees and Logan spielmaker nation find an agreement that will benefit both parties.

To the Nations involved in a peaceful arrangement with the principality of Logan:

On behalf of Her Majesty's Government, I have dispatched my Foreign Affairs Minister, Malachi McAdams and his aides to represent Durvya at the talks. Preemptively, I would like to say Her Majesty's Government will not negotiate to continue the oppression and slaughter of these innocents. Ethnic cleansing and slavery is a clear violation of human rights, and Her Majesty's Government will not compromise on these points. We of course hope for a peaceful resolution, but will use any means necessary to ensure the safety of those in danger

Quentin Trembly, the representative from Unovia. As the nation that bought most of Spielmaker's people, let us say that Solmakia has offensive views. Ethnic cleansing needs to stop. There was a time when it occurred, even in Unovia...part of our civil war was based on that issue. Slavery is offensive and needs to be stopped. I am working on a proposal to stop slavery in its tracks. After all, more and more nations are coming around to the idea that it is wrong. Lets stop it now while it has the attention of the international community.

What elements do you think would be necessary to create a balanced proposal Ryaanistan?

Money seems to drive a lot of these oppressive regimes, money could be given to these nations where discrimination is commonplace, but at the same time we shouldn't reward nations for harming groups of people. Instead we should aid refugees who have no place left to go. Sort of in a way like the U.N. we should form an organization that promotes and upholds many of the laws of the W.A. but the World Assembly has hundreds of laws and we can't be expected to keep the entire world safe. Therefore, we should pick 10 of the most important WA resolutions to uphold to keep the world of Nationstates safer. This organization will function mostly as a non-violent organization, but will have a small amount of armed forces from it's member nations, and therefore able to uphold the laws of the World Assembly.

But then, considering my nation has a massive military and enormous industry it wouldn't be wise to try and take advantage of that.

Malachi McAdams, Foreign Affairs Minister. These proposals seem fair as long as they do not seem to reward dictators and tyrants who would slaughter their own people. Her Majesty's Government will not negotiate with such leaders, but to offer them an alternative would first exhaust all options before military action is taken. We would be willing to take on refugees and give them new lives as part of our society

I understand your proposition, but giving nations money in exchange for committing genocidal acts may not work as intended. It might insight nations to commit genocidal acts regardless of the other punishments for the sake of monetary reward. I propose that we fine nations who commit such barbaric acts. The money would go to displaced individuals in the form of a human rights violation fund. If they do not pay this fine then they will be sanctioned, blockaded, or be punished with further economic prevention methods.

This is a good proposal. Sorry about the bit of Ethnic cleansing nonsense. That was delivered by the Prime Minister who is now in jail for war crimes in the V-2 American war.
I, Emperor Song, wish to announce my full support for this proposal.
As such, Solmakian troops will join this international force, and we will dedicate on of our colonies in which to protect these people.
