Two Lynx class transports flew away the blue burn of their ion jets highlighting everything below them as well as their grey paintless hulls. The two Armitin diplomats they dropped off and the gifts were being recieved by the Rike people and human like alien that lived West of coalition space. For months now they had been working with the race to uplift them and bring their people who were on the edge of FTL travel anyway into the Coalition for mutral portection. This wasnt the first time the Armitins had show their good side either months ago they did the same with the yin people, and their trade company Aurora had already network 6 other speices with a trade networj and had begun uplifting them into the coalition. Clearly when compared to the other members of the Coalition the Armitins were saints.

The teverian warships glowed from the electric discharges that were jumping betwern the cooling down railgun, these were of harmless voltage but they were bathing the ships in an erie glow. Down below the reciepent of those railguns ammunition were all dead or well on their way nearly an entire city of some spieces the teverians and called durt layed in ruin from the brutal attack. All over the world Teverian raiders were taking control as conquering warlord and barbaric kings siezing what the wanted and making the Kal people their slaves. this wasnt the first time this had happened either teverians had raided one other speices as they overtook three northern constellations.

being shuffled towards the open hatchs of Tiger class transport nearly half a million Clones Soldiers marched off. The plan was to seed them slowly though out the ranks of the nornal soldiers so the other nations wouldnt take offense. In side the facility millions of clones trained and awaited their own shipment while millions more were being grown in vats. This base represented the beginning if an Alidinan Clone Army that could rival the martial might of Tever and take the pressure off the sorely out numbered superpower.

Orders for Terra Novam provisional government

Postby Terra Novam » Mon Feb 04, 2013 7:22 am

From: Terra Novam Central Command
Recipients: Travis Wolfe, Secretary of Defense
Lewis Blackburn, Secretary of Internal Affairs

We at Terra Novam are glad to report that all is well and colonization is progresing, albeit slowly. We shall endeavor to increase our rate of expansion.
We are about to make first contact with a power known as Acroticus, will keep you posted on progression.
We are sad to report that a sizeable portion of the provisional government has been executed on charges of dissent, but a permanent Imperial rule is being established as we speak.
Construction of warships and the formation of a professional military force is going much faster that we'd expected and we will soon be able to counter any agressor in this galaxy.
Request orders on how to progress.
- James Mason, governor of the Colony of Terra Novam

From: Wolfe and Blackburn, Imperial Government.
Recipient: James Mason, governor of Terra Novam Colony

Good to hear that all is proceeding well.
While we are surprised that the colonial government has dissented we agree that their execution was justified. In order to prevent such an event from reoccurring we will dispatch a BPA division which will forthwith answer to you personally.
Your orders are as follows: you are to capture, vapidize and colonize all systems two grid blocks around your current holdings.
Imperial Military forces will arrive in a fortnight; we want the colony's war machine fully operational by then. Do note that the will not replace the Colonial military but serve as backup. This being said, the Imperial forces will answer to you unless specified otherwise, and you will retain full command of the colonial forces.

Finally, we're picking up some speed!
Mason sighed with relief as the full extent of his orders sank in. He had been a field marshal fo centuries and knew how to read between the lines.

Personal log, James Mason. After reading the orders from Command, the Emperor's intentions became a lot more clear to me. While I personally think this is a risk we shouldn't be taking this lightly I have no doubt this will work. At what price; that is what bothers me most, but as always onl time can tell. End log.

Warships landed on foreign planets yesterday, concluding Solmakia's colonization rush.
Over 70 new planets have been colonized, and as we speak, millions of colonists are moving to inhabit them.
LONG LIVE SOLMAKIA!

-Admiral Gork

High Admiral Kyran read this from his hotel in the Confederacy.
So, things were progressing well then...
Well, with new allies, he supposed that Solmakia could never fail.

Meanwhile, on the planet of XX092, Mobs stormed a government building, falling in the thousands as they were strafed by droid fire.
However, they were driven by pent up frustration of decades of low wages, lack of worker's rights and fear of death.
They were the Solmaki liberation movement, a movement to toss off the yoke of Corporate and Mafia dictatorship.

They sent out a proclamation via ansible waves to all kn own sectors of the galaxy, hoping for foreign aid, following the downfall of the Government offices on XX092.
Hello
We in Solmakia have been enslaved for decades.
Help us, Please!
The Corporate warlords keep forcing us to live in increasingly horrid conditions
give us... hope!

Message to Solmakia

Postby Terra Novam » Tue Feb 05, 2013 3:01 pm

From: James Mason
Recipient: High Admiral Kyran

"Democracy leads not to freedom but to slavery. Democracy leads not to happiness but misery. Democracy leads not to power but to weakness. We must stand, undivided, under a powerful leadership that does not negotiate but fights to defend that which is theirs by right!"

We have intercepted a message from planet, Solmakian designation XX092, and found its contents to be somewhat disturbing.
Should you require reinforcements, I will be happy to lend military aid to eliminate these ungrateful plebeians.
Both Colonial and Imperial drone forces can be ready to dispatch within the hour, by the hundreds of thousands in neccessary.

Regards,
James Mason, Governor of Terra Novam

3 months later

The sun was rising on the small planet of Aer-4. The day before saw the 3rd Fleet, a total of 30 vessels with over 200 fighters and 100 bombers. All ready to take the 3 new star systems to the north of the central "line" of systems. The Empire would then look something like a "_l_ "-shaped object. Some even jokingly called it the "Midfinger Plan", for it looked much like when the middle finger of a human hand extended. The 30 vessels, all fully armed are top of the line. The Heavy-1st Rates, armed with a devastating broadside of 100 Gaussian Plasma guns on each side. These ships were protected by a net of drones with gravity generators, attracting enemy fire to them, sacrificing themselves in the process. This, along with the usual repulsors, gave the ships an uncanny ability to withstand fire. But its greatest weapon, the 100cm Gaussian Anti-matter Cannon in the middle of the ship, could easily render half of Aer-7, one of the smaller planets, into nothingness. Only one Heavy 1st Rate was built with this, the rest had 4 powerful 75cm Gaussian Plasma Guns, bigger than the conventional 25cm ones. The ships with plasma guns instead of the planet-killer are the 1st Rates, or battleships. These would rotate to deliver their deadly payload of plasma.

The destroyers were no different, armed with a total of 100 25cm Plasma Guns and 200 25mm Plasma guns in 100 turrets. Fighters, the legendary T-Type that won the civil war, are armed with 4 Rotary Plasma Cannons, essentially a Gatling gun firing plasma. Coupled with 12 missiles built into the 2 revolver bays in each wing, squadrons of these aircraft have taken out entire battleships. The Frigates were also well armed, basically a destroyer with less AA and more guns, totaling 120. Armored Frigates has 200 guns total, 50 each side of the ship. All these vessels had a 500cm Gaussian Plasma Gun in the middle, much like planet-killing weapon on the dreadnoughts.

All of these were paraded over the skies of Firzalgrad, the capital city of the Empire, which was named after the first Emperor. The crowd let out a resounding round of applause, the the Emperor began.

My fellow citizens of our great empire, I thank you for your support in the raising of this fleet which will lead us on a grand crusade to tame the vast cosmos. For far too long have we been relegated to these paltry system, now after hundreds of years almost devoid of resources. We know not yet of other races and empires, therefore trade is not a possibility. Only one thing remains: Conquest. We shall go on a campaign heading straight north, never stopping unless we need to shoot. And shoot we will, for yesterday, we have discovered a race of sentient arachnids in one of these systems. They are capable of space flight, and have developed FTL. We must crush them, once and for all. For the Empire, Hail Aerugo!

The crowd, along with billions of others watching on other planets, let out a resounding cheer. The Emperor walked back to his office, waiting for his butler to deliver his lunch. As he waited, he pondered, "What if we are inferior to these arachnid warships? What if they invade?" Those questions will continue to disturb the Emperor in the days to come.
(OOC: Cruisers are now called Armored Frigates, sorry for that mistake in my app and last post)
The amount of people watching is proportional to the stupidity of your actions.

North, Teverian Roaming grounds
Thane Rigor was one of millions of murraders moving north as the Teverian expanded north. His Finrir battleCruiser had already seen some fights with the Tever Spatial Force and he wasnt to keen on doing it again. three Tyr sanctioned Marches had taken place in the north and dozens of systems were now under Tever control. Well the territory was mostly be used for mining some worlds were inhabitable or almost inhabitable these were rapidly being turned into farmimg worlds to feed the growing empire. Thane was letting his men rest before they headed to Rovanoke, the only place of note in these ten new constellations.

East, Empire Company's Claim The Empire Company was already establishing Mining and Farming worlds all across their new territory but their primary attention was the Stargate route being built towards the Toishima Empire. Their new trading partner. Entire worlds worth of goods could be moved back and forth and for that reason the Empire Company was being fairpy merciless in Anti-piracy operations, Already dozens of Wreaks littered space and three Pirate ports had been glassed into oblivion. The Empire Company was actively working in 6 new constellations. In another three constellation they had set up waypoints and Scanning arrays to keep an iron hold of their new territory.

Western Zone, Armitin
the Armitin people had been transplating dozens of species to relieve overpopulations from the recent boom they created on worlds. Billions of Aliens were being taken to to new worlds that had been rapidly built up. These species were being transplated across half a dozen constellations spread out around Armitin Space.

South, Alidina
A sizeable chunk of the Alidina 5th fleet was patrolling its most recent claim while Contractors built Farm worlds, Mining Colonies, Stargates and Military Cloning Facilities everywhere they could.

The New City
Rareonce

OOC: I roleplay in 1st person through the eyes of the viewed-upon leader 'Resoula'

In my large palace in The New City had arrived Rageus, my first and best friend ever, and also my second in command when it came to the big decisions the rest of the Weavers trusted me with. "Any news?" I asked curiously.

"Since replication of the Susceptora Pondera's technology has been a complete success we've looking deeper into their methods of mass-production in order to be able to advance our expansion throughout space. Using their technology we should be able to speed up the production of ships, whether they be for mining, settling, or fighting." Rageus said, stretching out his white wings a bit before continuing. "As you know we Weavers do not reproduce often, but we have a small amount of settlers on each of the planets we've deemed to be habitable in the three solar systems we've laid claim to, and we are currently looking deeper into the Susceptora Pondera's technology to see if we could somehow make any of the others located in our systems habitable. As you have requested, mining facilities have been constructed in asteroid fields, and quite a good idea that was might I add. We are finding resources by the dozens among those rocks, so ship production should be accelerating soon."

I nodded as I let my wings push forward a slight breeze as I thought through my mind. "The Susceptora Pondera were a space empire according to their logs. They owned an entire galaxy." I said, getting up and pulling out a group of ancient maps created by the Susceptora Pondera. "And this is one the we are in." I said, showing one specific map to Rageus. "It is huge. We are less than a spec on this map, just imagine how much there is to find out there. Sadly it's nothing we can rush into as fast as we've rushed into the systems we already know of. We currently simply don't have the population to really need to expand even beyond the three systems we already have, but doesn't it just interest you? I mean we're here, the Reavers were here. The Susceptora Pondera were here. That has to mean there's more than just us to be found still out there. What has me so interested in all of this though, is what happens when we find them?" I asked, looking at Rageus with a smirk on my face. "Or when they find us?"

Rageus had to ponder over the thought for a few minutes before he finally replied, "Well seeing as the Reavers tried to destroy our entire race, and the Susceptora Pondera were an empire that owned many races that were lesser to them. It is likely that whoever is out there to be found, will not be friendly. Which is why I am glad you've organized the mass-production of the ships that the Susceptora Pondera have abandoned the designs for. And I am sure Käend is very happy as well, seeing as he has a lust for battle, he'd probably hope whoever we run into is hostile."

I shook my head slowly but steadily. "We would not be ready were they to be, we are only powerful on-planet. We barely understand how to use the Susceptora Pondera's military ships efficiently yet. While we will learn in time, I suggest a more immediate solution. Just in case. Something to focus all these space volunteers we have on. A project, if you will."

"Oh, and what would that be?" Rageus asked, beginning to look intrigued.

"While reading of all the races that existed during the time of the Susceptora Pondera, I found logs of a purely robotic race. I have no idea of their name, but some code that has to do with them was called M2H110c. I have not yet found any records of who created them, or what they were created for, but I did read that they were purely robotic, and were mass-produced on a massive space-ship known as the Mother Ark in the logs. There were no records of them after a specific date, but that date includes a location."

"And..?" Rageus asked, squinting his eyes a little bit as his wings tensed up out of interest in what I was saying.

"I'm thinking that Mother Ark might still be out there. And due to the fact us Weavers don't reproduce enough to really expand into space as quickly as You, Käend, or myself would really like to be possible- well...what if we were to find the Mother Ark? We could have a robot-making machine at our disposal! And we could use them to operate all our mining facilities and the things that we don't necessarily need to have Weavers manpowering themselves. What if we can accomplish that? Then we will finally be able to explore space and see first hand, all of the amazing things that the Susceptora Pondera have written in all of their records." I said with an ambitious grin on my face. "We can surely raise enough support to do this. What do you say?"

"What if it's a dead end? What if we search for this 'Mother Ark', and there's nothing there?" Rageus asked, leaning back against a wall with his wings folded up behind him.

"Then I guess we would have been chasing a lost treasure, and will simply have to make due with the population problems we currently have until we can think of another solution." I said.

Rageus nodded and after a moment of silence said, "I'll see what volunteers I can scrounge up for such an expedition. If this works, perhaps we will no longer be as helpless as we currently are while in space. It's a good plan and I commend you for it. Lets just hope it's not all for nothing." He said before leaving the palace.

This 'Mother Ark' was all we needed to finally break the atmosphere and truly reach out into the stars like I had dreams of seeing. Truly experiencing the universe that the Susceptora Pondera had written about all those years ago when they populated this region. For we needed to put our full effort into understanding their technologies before we could ever be ready. And if we were still focusing on the most primitive of matters ourselves such as resource gathering, we'd never have time for that. I clenched my fist together as small sparks of essence circled around it momentarily before disappearing. "I hope this works." I said in a quiet voice, for I had a feeling if it didn't? The first race we encountered in the stars would either annihilate us, or try to enslave us.

Main Bridge
Project Ark Exploration Fleet

After all the volunteers had been gathered a fleet of ships was sent out to investigate the marked coordinates in space of last contact with the M2H110c. Rageus was leading this exploration fleet and after a journey of accelerating through space, the fleet had finally arrived at the coordinates. Once Rageus took a clear look out of the bridge to what was around them he was astonished. In front of them was a very large structure that seemed to be a very large ship. Time had somehow left it almost untouched, and it seemed abandoned and either turned off or just disabled. "I want a team to get into that thing now. I think we've found what we are looking for." Rageus commanded, and a group of volunteers hastily hopped into fighter ships and flew them towards the giant structure landing at what seemed to be hangars when it was once active.

As the team got out of their fighters they noticed a bunch of scraps of metal laying around, and even more interesting, they noticed a lot of this metal was attached, some making what looked like bodies, but they were all in different shapes. Some humanoid in nature, a lot more shaped like different things. It was quite a puzzling find for them at first. So as they explored deeper into the ship they eventually found what seemed to be control rooms. "Command come in, we've found what appears to be a control room of some sort. We're starting to think this huge hunk of metal is a ship." One of the Weavers on the team reported.

Rageus watched the supposed ship from his bridge in wonder before replying, "Very good. See if you can turn the power on and get that thing up and running." He ordered, receiving an acknowledgement in return.

After a few minutes of them looking through all the controls and some of the other rooms, one Weaver finally stumbled upon a room with large metal cylinders inside of it, and a control room overlooking them. When he reached the control room he was puzzled by all the buttons and switches he found. "Command, I think I found what appears to be the control room for the power generators, but everything in here is labeled in some numerical code or language of some sort."

"The Suspectora Pondera's records showed that they communicated through a code language which can be seen and translated through numbers. Just read them all off to me and I'll see what If I can get any translations for you." Rageus said, taking note of every label he was told, and then getting on a com with another Weaver that was overlooking The Archives. The Archives were a great library full of written and many other forms of non-physical stored logs and records that the Suspectora Pondera had left behind. It took a little bit of time but eventually they got some translations from The Archives which were then sent over to the exploration team.

Once the Weaver in the generator room got the translations, he flipped a switch which then restored power to the ship. As it started up another Weaver who was in the main control room began to explore the ship's main systems. "Nevermind on that assumption that this was a ship. I mean in essence it can move like one but this is...a factory!" He said, seeing logs of robotic creations and building records. "This thing has produced ships and robotic creatures alike, and is currently disabled, but there's no historical logs to be found anywhere to explain why it is in this state or why it's out here in the middle of nowhere to begin with."

Rageus pondered upon the report before responding. "Is there any jump systems? Can we get this hunk of metal back to our space in one piece and then possibly turn it's creation systems back on?"

"I see here how to turn it back on and a bunch of priority measures and command sequences. We can get this thing up and running to produce robots, and even ships who's blueprints have been left in the machine-however our own Suspectora Pondera ships are better in every way than the ship blueprints left on this machine. Jump capabilities I have no idea of though, I see nothing of any flight controls here." A Weaver reported back.

Another got on the communications and said, "I'm in this room with a giant core that started glowing the moment you turned on the power. And from what I can tell, it seems to be some sort of A.I. For I have a control panel here with commands to give it. Flight included. It seems this thing is what controls the entire ship. But it's some sort of advanced A.I. I'm assuming, for the Suspectora Pondera records have never spoken about something like this. It knows we're here. I'm watching it actively track, scan, and makes notes of us right now. Yet it does nothing."

"See if you can get it to jump to the set of coordinates which we originated from." Rageus said.

"Alright I'll try now." The Weaver responded. After a minute of silence, the Mother Ark was finally noticed to be powering up.

"It's working! Everyone set coordinates to our origin, we're bringing this thing home." Rageus said, as he then sent a message back to Resoula over everything they had accomplished and how the Mother Ark was coming back to their space in one piece.

The Old City
Rareonce

I walked quietly through the ruins of The Old City, going back in time with flashback after flashback of the great fight that was fought here between the AngelWeavers and the DarkWeavers. As I walked, I pulled out a small chip which then projected a screen with the message that Rageus had sent me. It was one of several ways to communicate with someone you weren't near in our community. I was amazed at the report. So the Mother Ark was there, for whatever reasons I do not know yet. But I did know that this was very good for us. We would be able to use their robots to work our mines and help us run and understand the Suspectora Pondera's ships.

After I finished reading the message closed it and continued walking through The Old City into The Ancient Temple. It was where the essence of every other element of Weaver was held and stored after the first Great War between the elements that had almost destroyed our race. I was here when one of them, Rage, was broken. When the RageWeavers, the most aggressive and formerly the most powerful type of Weaver in existence, were brought back into the world by the DarkWeavers in an attempt to gain an ally to help destroy the AngelWeavers. Käend was the one to unleash them, and in the process gained their powers himself. He is the only cross-breed in existence between a RageWeaver and a DarkWeaver. Just as I used to be the only cross-breed between and AngelWeaver and a DarkWeaver in existence. The first HalfWeaver. However since then Käend has infused some of his essence into me, sharing with me the power of the RageWeavers, which I keep locked away for the most part, since their power causes more harm than good normally.

As I stood there, pondering upon all the things of the past, I found just how different our past would be from our future. I sounded very ambitious and excited recently I noticed, and it was all out of a great surge of interest I have recently gained. I am simply just, so curious as to what is out there that we had somehow not even noticed during our entire time here on Rareonce. I am curious to see the universe that the Suspectora Pondera had written all about. And to see how different it is now to us than it was back then to them.

However all these things on my mind began to decrease in importance, not even finding the Mother Ark was all that exciting. I outstretched my wings and flapped them forward a few times, picking up some dust. It is because finally I had a dim realization. The Suspectora Pondera was the most powerful race to stretch outwards, and now they are all somehow gone. The races they wrote about may all be gone too. The Reavers were a great race too once but then their evolution path led them to being ethereal beings, and something wrong happened to them for they all lost their minds and simply tried to consume any organic life they could find with Stardust inside of them, so..all organic life they found. So what happens when and if we get big in space? Will we go mad like the Reavers? Will we just disappear like the Suspectora Pondera?

So many bad thoughts came with the good that it began to make me sick to my stomach, so I pushed the thoughts from my head and summoned a temporary portal rift to the plane where the RageWeavers summoned their Daemon servants from, and began fighting, just to get my mind off the possible future of our race. I now wanted to ignore it as long as possible.

6 Days later, Sector +4/0

The 3rd fleet suddenly appears in the alien star system. After 6 days of FTL travel, they have reached their target, the homeworld of the arachnid race. Their guns bristling, aimed at the capital city of this alien race.

"Status report!", shouted out Admiral Volkov to one of the junior officers.

"No signs of enemy ships yet, enemy planetary defenses are probably activating now. Engaging repulsors, sending out gravity bots".

"Excellent. Prepare the Apocalypse Gun on the Hammer, I want it to start aiming at their capital."

"Yes, sir!"

Sector +2/0 and +3/0

As the 3rd Fleet began their subjugation of enemy worlds, another type of conquest was being made. 9 planets found suitable for life and/or rich in resources are now being colonized, and more are being discovered. These planet mark the beginning of a new era for the Empire, an era of heroes and conquest. Biodomes are now being erected, on average 10 on each planet. On Junger-5, one of the planets nearest to the arachnid system, a large defensive system is being built. Then a blinding flash of light is seen.

3rd Fleet, Sector +4/0

In an instant, the Armored Frigate Dauntless disappears in a flash of light, killing all 60 souls on board, along with some 500 droids. The entire ship is gone, destroyed by the alien defenses. The entire fleet is in shock.

"WHAT IS GOING ON?" The Admiral shouts as the droid reports that the Dauntless is gone.

"Enemy planetary defenses concentrated fire on it all at once, overwhelming it's shield and defense systems. It's CIWSs can only handle so much."

The Admiral, even though he stood at a lowly 5'3, normal for an Altherian like him, shouted out in his most commanding voice, " Order the each battleship and the dreadnought to fire 5 Oblivion Torpedoes at 20 major cities on enemy planets. The Armored Frigates and Frigates shall fire upon the enemy homeworld, each aiming for maximum devastation. Destroyers will form a defensive ring around the fleet." Oblivion Torpedoes have a 5mg antimatter warhead, incredibly destructive. The thought of one of these hitting you planet would make you cringe.

"Yes, sir!"

The Admiral felt confident that he would subjugate this sector within a month, maybe less. He would return home a hero, with fame and fortune waiting for him. And not to mention women. "This is easy", he thought. Too easy. Then they came.

"Sir, we've detected a large alien fleet just leaving hyperspace. Around 26 vessels, along with 5 larger or equal to our battleships in size. Orders, sir?"

The Admiral thought for a second, then blurted out. "I want 5 torpedoes to each of their capital ships, buy don't cancel the strikes on their planets. All frigates shall fire at each of their smaller ships, along with the destroyers. Armored frigates will continue their attacks on enemy planets. Carriers, launch fighters and bombers NOW."

The entire fleet was not in a frenzy. Each ships, in a moments notice, quickly turned and aimed their guns at enemy vessels. Then every ships, at exactly the same moment, a moment that will mark the beginning of a new era for the Empire of Aerugo, fired their guns.

It was a massacre. At least, on the enemy planets.

"What is the status on the torpedo attacks on their planets?" the Admiral asked.

"Over a billion enemy citizens on 4 planets are now dead, and their industrial capability is probably crushed. We can expect less resistance when we land our troops, but we will find not much when we actually land."

"Excellent."

ASNS Fortitude, 3rd Hangar Bay, 3rd Fleet

Uriel was now strapping into his suit, reading for his first ever battle against an alien race. He knew he might not come back, seeing the Dauntless being destroyed just minutes ago. He got into his black and crimson, the standard color scheme for all Aerugon spacecraft, colored FT-64, the latest in a long line of T- type fighters. He got in and took of with his squadron, and his new friend, Yuri. Yuri was a poor man, much like Uriel, who lived in poverty on Melith-2. He joined the Fighter Corps so he could find a hot meal and a place to sleep.

"Seems crap's hit the fan for the guys on Dauntless", said Yuri with a Russian accent
"Yeah. Hope we don't end up like that as well." replied Uriel.
" See you in space!", said Yuri with his trademark grin.

After a few minutes, the two finally met up with each other and their squadron. They proceeded to fly towards the enemy fleet, knowing not what was in store. They knew some of them would not come back, it only mattered who.

The New City
Rareonce

Once Rageus had arrived back we had immediately reactived The Mother Ark and learned how to control the robots which it produced. The AI inside seemed to not care about our interference, which was quite interesting. The robots it produced could be given any set of orders and could use their own parts and the parts around them to change their shape in order to meet the requirements of any situation. So we immediately had these robots get to work on the most trivial tasks such as mining, and then bit by bit even got them to learn how to assist us in piloting our spaceships, and once they got that down it wasn't too long that we learned how to get them to control a whole spaceship all by themselves. So as they were produced we assigned them via priority.

1.Trivial tasks.
2.Spaceship piloting.
3.Spaceship constructing.

It is in this order because I much preferred the idea of sending spaceships full of robots into battle rather than Weavers. Weavers were like a flame on a planet, capable of causing destruction . In space they were simply an unlit match in a room with no oxygen. It was a waste to send any of our kind into space. However it would take time to completely construct new ships and fully man them with robots but the mother ark proved to be good at constructing. So we were very close to reaching a place in space as an actual power. This left me much more confident on how our first contact with an alien species would go.

It took a lot of Weavers to control one spaceship, and were something to happen and the spaceship to explode, then that's a lot of Weavers dead. Every birth of a Weaver is a celebration due to how little we reproduce, meaning every death was a horrible and tragic even to mourn. This left me more than supporting the idea of letting the M2H110c robots control the spaceships for us.

So now that we've reached the point that we have reached today, all there was to do was wait over time for our military capabilities to expand, and explore until we find something we don't like. Until then though, I decided to go to The Archives and read more about the universe the Suspectora Pondera lived in. Perhaps it would lead us to more Reaver Crystals. If so, that's where we needed to go exploring.

[Central Quadrant]
System: Prime-A
Planet: BAL Prime
Hyper-Atmospheric Docking Station

Above the lit up essence of BAL Prime sat the largest Docking Station in possession of the Balamican Empire. Navy ships sat docked at port, being refueled and rearmed, frigates were taking their relief breaks in patrols, and merchant ships were unloading supplies gathered from trade routes and Balamican colonies. Transmissions went back and forth between the port and a fleet which could be spotted just a few kilometers out in the distance, the now blue anti-matter shield enlightening their presence.

"Confirm BAL-DS2, permission to disembark granted? Over."
"Confirmed A-Prime-3-12, you have permission to disembark on according missions."

On the display screen, a message popped up:

Mission Assignments for [A-Prime-3-12; Admiral Bani]

Primary:
  • Locate and obtain control of AWOL droid fleet
  • Bring droid fleet back to possession of BAL Prime

Secondary:
  • Investigate reports of distress signal at [288:9200:22]
  • Destroy hostile pirate vessels or espionage vessels from outside factions

Tertiary:
  • Disrupt outside unauthorized trade routes and seize possession of all goods

Admiral Bani looked down on the display screen and sent it out to the other vessels within the fleet, before speaking into the intercom.

"All vessels, all vessels, this is Master-Admiral Bani speaking, we have been cleared for departure and have recieved duty assignments, assignments are being sent to all officers throughout the fleet and should arrive with haste. Please follow the fleet-command flagship and stay on the selected course. May the Emperor's light guide you in these travels."

With no more time to be wasted, the entire fleet took off, leaving a large white streak through the stars as the fabric of space and time bent around the light-speed. Inside the cockpit, only a blank gray could be seen, the fleet stayed on course, it would be some time until they caught up with the rogue droid fleet.

Orsica, Corvasi Space

Orsica a world shrouded in death and mystery, the very homeworld of the Corvasi overlord species it was once a thriving paradise world which's natural beauty old not be compared was now a desolate tomb world a symbol of the horrors of war itself and the site of the birth of the Empire. The ancient rain forests that'd once oversee this world were gone turned to the red dust which now stretched across this now red world of death. It's once cool and refreshing lakes, seas and oceans to had disappeared replaced by great canyons as red as the very sands themselves. Indeed this was a dead world however it was also a holy site, here the bodies if the Corvasi dead were hurried in stone carved tombs or for the poorest of the empire placed in the very sands themselves, indeed here billions laid hidden beneath the sands. However at one site another type of dead were burried, in the northern hemisphere burried at Mount Hedrek was were the bodies of the Emperors and their families were interred. And today one more was to join the descendant of the god emperor , Hedrek the Emperor Seraj the Zealot.

The funerary procession was simply enormous thousands of officials, priests, generals trudged for miles to reach the great mountain from the holy sanctuary of the god of death, Cothias were the imperial corpse had undergone the mummification process and were an official funeral had been held. Now though those in attendance marched no slaves were allowed, nor food, nor water this was the time of burial and mourning. At the head of the column the high priests of the gods carried the sarcophagus of their emperor, following them came the imperial royal family led by the crown prince each holding a piece of the emperors armour to be interred with him so he might do battle in the afterlife. Behind them other officials, lesser priests and generals helped carry the imperial treasures all to be buried with the emperor. And finally came the imperial harem, hundreds of concubines who'd served the emperor in life they would be buried with the emperor to serve him in death indeed a great honour.

The procession soon reached the site of the tomb carved into the great mountain it's massive entryway was flanked by two images of the late emperor one of him as a warrior in battle the other a humble worshiper in prayer. As they entered the great tomb the procession came deeper and deeper into the great tomb, its walls adorned with pictures of the Emperors life, ranging from his birth, his conquests, and so forth until they reached the room were he would be buried here images showed his death and afterlife, his passage into the underworld, trials, judgement by the gods and finally entrance into paradise. While the high priests placed the emperor in a great stone coffin to protect his golden sarcophagus his family and those attending neatly placed his treasure about the room. However in another room the lesser priests gathered for a more sinister cast as they began to ritually murder the harem, none screamed however the eerie chanting could be heard throughout the dark tomb.

Finally they emerged and soon all but the Imperial family helped push the great stone door into place and once it slammed shut all bowed in silence offering prayers to the emperor and the gods for his safe journey and entrance into heaven. And with that they began to march once more towards the holy sanctuary were they would feast in his honour and then gather on Corvasia the capital world to crown a new Emperor. However who they would crown was up to debate for all knew murder was not uncommon and a Crown Prince had to be on his guard in fear of assassination.

The Forbidden City of Zahqar, Corvasia

Zahqar the city of the emperors the very centre of the empire itself, here the Emperor resided over all, here he decided the destiny of systems and species as he relayed orders to the imperial armada which delivered death and conquest as it went. The city was built following the grand conquest of Corvasia's original inhabitants however that species was long gone along with any trace of the civilization that preceded that of the Empire. Within its interior at the very centre of the imperial sanctum stood the Hall of Conquerors and at its very centre a throne stood awaiting an Emperor and today it would receive just that.

The Crown Prince, Ardok had received the ancient rituals and now emerged from the temple of Hedrek the Liberator, god emperor of the Corvasi. Abd there had been marked as Emperor with a religious tattoo seared into his forehead with the use of acid by the high priests. Ardok entered the Hall of Conquerors were all court had been assembled by imperial proclamation, the various leaders of the empire whether they be Corvasi or slave species had assembled to witness the coronation of a new emperor. The great doors soon opened and all eyes turned to watch Ardok step forth to which they all bowed refusing to rise until he reached the pedestal followed by his mother the Dowager Empress and his chief consort the soon to be Empress as well as a retinue of relatives and priests.

Finally he reached the throne and the entourage stood before him until the high priest of Hedrek stepped forward in his hands he bore the ancient Crown of Conquerors worn by every emperor since the god emperor, Hedrek himself. The priest then bowed the crown in hand and Ardok reached down lifting the crown from the elderly priests hands he then held the great symbol of power high and then lowered it onto his head. And with that all kowtowed before him. And with that Ardok spoke, "I am your Emperor the sacred heir of Hedrek the Liberator, Defender of the Corvasi and Conqueror of all. I am Ardok III and I am your Emperor." With that the new autocrat and supreme leader of the empire took his seat upon the throne of Conquerors, he smiled with his coming to the throne many more worlds will fall.

Imperial Armada, The Frontier

Fleet Master Revus Nun looked out onto the space that lied before his armada, vanguard fleets were being deployed to herald the armada's arrival. He and his subordinates from the highest commander to the lowliest slave had undergone an hour of religious prayer and meditation to herald the death of one emperor and the coronation of another. "Fleet Master a communication has arrived from his majesty the Emperor. He requests your presence immediately." Turning Nun found Commander Seros Argov commander of his prized flagship the Heretic. "Very good Commander you have the bridge." Nun nodded before turning to head to his quarters.

As he passed through the halls past an assortment of species, Corvasi officers and warriors, Sinosu Spec Ops, Jeh'ghol berserkers, and Fergozi grunt troopers before reaching his quarters guarded by Corvasi Zealots the elite soldiers of the army who's discipline, brutality and sheer zeal made them beyond dangerous. Stepping into his quarters Nun reached the holo throne which activated. Before him sat the ghostly Emperor Ardok III bowing Nun spoke, "What is your bidding my liege?" He asked humbly. Ardok smiled, "Fleet Master Revus Nun indeed my finest commander, I have need of you commander. Indeed I feel we should begin an expedition into the quadrants to the south of our territories as my father Seraj the Zealot had planned before his demise." He said the last word with grimace. Nun nodded "As you wish my liege is there anything further?" He then asked keeping his gaze low and remaining ever prostrated before the hologram of the Emperor.

Ardok paused a moment indeed actually I do," waving his hand another image soon appeared beside that of Ardok sat on the great throne, "This is my cousin and Grand Vizier and High Zealot Prince Cohor he is to join the armada with his own fleet and assist in your conquests furthermore he is to establish Imperial government on said conquests and acts as my voice and eyes on your campaign, is that understood?" Ardok demanded "It is my liege." Nun replied. "Then you are dismissed." And with that the communication ended and Nun rose. Indeed the arrival of this Prince was interesting.

"All matter is the servant of the Omnissah, His clay upon the potter's wheel. It is our sacred duty to mold it following His will, to refine it into the forms and use it in the tasks that please Him." - Techsin Finnius Dar Ameral

Above the solitary world within the system, within the quadrant of space designated Constellation 0:3, the Fist Malika hung in quiet introspection. Her sensors roamed the world, assessing its density and mass composition. Below her, in closer orbits to the planetary surface, a flotilla of smaller Eyes operated by the Praternum were ensuring that the world was devoid of the stirrings of the spark of the Omnissah; to erase an inhabited world by beings not yet fallen to decadence would be a grave offense against the All-Sire's purposes. Even though this was a large operation by the Praternum, involving nearly a full century of Fists and a non-negligible tithe of the Chosen Empire's strength, theological deviations could not be allowed. Heresy was a cancer, to be excised, not promoted.

The scans came back affirmative; the world, and thus the entire system, were devoid of any form of life, rendering them fertile ground for the creating of new material for the Empire. From the underbelly of the massive space vessel a few objects fell towards the planet, shards of the eldritch material known as flowmetal imbued with the consciousness of some Techsins who had been nominated to oversee the defabrication of the small rocky planet. Through the atmosphere they burned, shunting aside thin methane clouds during their descent; large fireballs sparked at the points of their impact, a beautiful blossoming of heat and light as seen from the immense vessel hanging motionless beyond the last vestiges of air.

Within a rotation the silvery tendrils of flowmetal were visible from space, as the transfiguration process ensued, guided by the minds of those caretakers that had been assigned to this system.

Near the star an even larger craft, a Worldeater, slowly lifted chunks of the stellar body from the immense surface; this procedure would take much longer, as fusion energy was siphoned off of the enormous furnace via gravitics to fuel the gigantic ship's Fabrica and complete the transition of this system from useless to materiel of the Chosen. But time was something the Praternum had inabundance.

Across six Constellations similar operations were underway upon all worlds devoid of life; where Potentials flourished they were allowed to remain, but Relays were constructed in orbit and submerged into the Dive to monitor the progress of the Omnissah's children.

The New City
Rareonce

It had been awhile now and we were now ready for whatever space threw at us, but little could any of us had guessed, what was thrown at us wouldn't be a first contact with a young alien race, but another hunt for an ancient robotic race from the time of the Suspectora Pondera, but this one with good reason. Just the other day while adding the M2H110c database to the Archives I found an interesting piece of information. There was at one time a fleet of drone ships called the Aleandro drones. They were multi-purpose. Back in the time the Suspectora Pondera owned them and had their settings set to mining minerals, along with dealing with first contacts of races they encountered when exploring, and they used a small percentage of the resources they mined to create replicas of themselves, as to have an ever-expanding fleet of these drones. They were even armed for combat, they had electromagnetic pulse drives on their ships in which they could 'shock' enemy ships, disabling their shields and inner systems for a period of time, and some laser drives along with a small amount of missiles they could dish out at them during this period of time. So they were very multi-purpose, and I decided it would be in the best interest of our race to get our hands on at least one of these drones. The only question was, where were we going to find one?

Luckily the archives helped with that. Turns out, were weren't going to find any. We couldn't. They were all sent to a far away galaxy on a mission by the Suspectora Pondera, not too sure what- but that simply stated- there were none around here to be found. Luckily! There's evidence of before the Suspectora Ponder disappeared, they had hidden the blueprints somewhere. They left what seemed like a very blunt description of where it was located. It translated to, "It shall be hidden at it's own conscious core, upward to the nearest core." So after a few days I think I had finally figured out what it meant. I opened up a flat map of the galaxy, assuming the center of it to be the 'nearest core' they were speaking of. I then held a a picture of what the drone looked like up to the map. The 'core' of the probe should be similar to a brain if it had to do with 'consciousness', which in standard humanoid case, would be at the top. And then as I examined the map, what did you know? All alone by itself right there the core of the Aleandro was, lay a solar cluster. That had to be where we would find the blueprints. That was when I ordered the expedition to prepare itself. We would find those blueprints.

When this new exploration fleet had arrived at it's location they first had to scout of every solar system in the cluster to figure out possibilities of where the blueprints to the Aleandro drone could be hidden. One by one each planet had to be scanned and considered for the possibility of the blueprints being there. But eventually after a good few weeks, a revelation occurred. Everything in the hint that the Suspectora Pondera left revolved around the word 'core'. This always led to the location being north in measurements at a hotspot of something. So when the cluster was re-examined one solar system at the north end was examined in particular. This solar system had but one planet, a gas planet with extreme conditions, and when the planet was scanned, a metallic structure was found inside. This object was then beamed towards the fleet, but it was too large to bring aboard a ship so an exploration crew was sent towards it. The structure was similar to being a miniature ship, as it had an entrance and everything. So some M2H110c robots were sent aboard to search it, and when they returned they had found not just what they were looking for, but also a note left behind in some sort of never-before-seen language. Both of these things were to be brought back to Rareonce for examination.

When the blueprints reached Rareonce they were put into immediate use and the first group of Aleandro drones were constructed. 10 were created and sent in opposite ways into the universe to mine, reproduce, and transport minerals back. This was the very beginning of the Weaver's effort into exploring the unknown space around their territory. The note was put into several deciphering attempts before it was figured out to be a very small message hidden in a word-wall of coding. The message said simply, "The mistakes of the precursors will create a home to welcome their children.". It was a confusing message and an interpretation had not yet been made. However it was put into the Archives for study.
