Alright, for those of you who know of the Black Cerebrum, this is a perfect oppertunity for you to get in on the action that is going to take place. for those of you who dont know of the Black Cerebrum, they are a ruthless, terror Organization that operates in small, well trained cells within the target nations, and will live and work and develop a life within these nations, some even join the military, and work for their governments. They also operate under the code name "Jackus Sanctum" a puppet oeganization which owns a line of banks called the " Credit star", along with other various busniesses which help to fund that groups effort world wide. These busniesses make weapons, armor, and combat equipment that is normally sold to the nations who engage their organization. These fronts however make special weapons and armors not seen by legal buyers and are used in attack and raids world wide.

I have a plan for a good Rp concerning the Black Cerebrum if your interested in being attacked or if you wish to send a merc whos looking for work your invited to sign up.

1. Target Nation A develops a new type of radiological reactor that could potentially power hundreds of cities, however this new power source also has a more dark background as the reactor was first developed as an enrichment system for a new type of radiological war-head. This warhead could kill thousands of people and animals, but leave everything else completely unharmed and untouched by radiation.

2. Jackus Sanctum ( Black Cerebrum ) learns of the reactors ability and inserts operatives to steal plans and Reactor waste ( warhead material ) and create a weapon that could kill millions.

Thats the plot in a very small nut shell.

calm down everyone...

I am very much aware of everyones willingness to begin the Rp, but first we need a target nation to be willing to be attacked in a major way. I am glad however to see a good number of Operatives willing to work for our little Organization.

I will have a secondary Thread opened up for those who are willing to be a target. Also I will post the Black Cerebrums equipment list that will provide some insight on the organizations ability to openly engage targets when needed.
