They glide through international waters unopposed. This fleet is regarded in the highest esteem in the Cerodian Navy, the soldiers aboard the elite of the elite, the aircraft the best in the airforce.

The soldiers readied for battle and the beach landing to await them, for the Oireachtas, the promise of new lands and possibility of attainable resources was too-good to pass up. With the MexSpanish troops stretched thin fending of the alliance attack on their eastern colony, the troops were expected to be relatively unexposed.

The Imperial State of MexSpain does not take this threat to the highest of levels. The northern claim will have its defenses at the ready with a force of 72,000 Spanish Imperial Marines, 800 tanks, 500 artillery pieces, 300 AA guns. Our artillery guns will defend the coastline from Cerodings forces. Our Imperial Navy will send a fleet to confront the Cerodings naval fleet. Our fleet will contain 6 destroyers, 12 cruisers, 10 frigates, 8 submarines, and 1 aircraft carrier.

On the Beaches...

Seeing Cerods landing forces coming closer to the beach, our artillery guns begin to fire upon them. Our marines at the ready to attack the aggressors. The first enemy wave lands on the beach being ripped apart by machine gun fire and artillery fire. Land mines begin to go off as the enemy force begins to push up the beach. Our Spanish Marines radio for air strikes. Our Imperial Air Force sends fighter-bomber planes to confront the enemy soldiers on the ground. Success on the beaches, as enemy forces begin to fall back to the sea.

Naval Front.....

As the Spanish Imperial Naval Fleet begins to get closer to the claim they spot the enemy naval fleet and engage.

The Federation of Patriland Colony from the mighty country of Kuhlfros would like to express severely that Kuhlfros will not be responsible for Cerodian actions and Any actions done to provoke the United States of Kuhlfros from any of these nations will not be taken lightly at all. And may include military actions.
We would also like to note that Kuhlfros troops and ships will now evacuate the Cerodian land. Although it was believed forward that they would remain for 48 hours, has been altered due to the change of events.

We in no way hold Kuhlfros responsible for the actions of other nations, and will not seek hostilities with neither Cerod nor Kuhlfros unless provoked. Rubian sniper teams would take up positions in nearby hills and forests, using heavy camouflage to remain as undetected as possible. Now overlooking the Navorgskan defence line, they started mapping out exact coordinates for artillery fire. Soon Navorgskan defenders would begin to notice artillery fire being much more precise, targetting the automated anti-air defences in particular, but also locations where large formations of infantry were gathered in the open. The constant artillery fire from 3 positions would soon begin to severely weaken the amount of air defences present at the line. Meanwhile the invasion force would begin to fortify themselves, taking up defensive positions, as they would not risk loosing a great number of troops considering they had no acess to reinforcements.

In addition to this Rubian fighter jets would deploy a new strategy, using JSOW missiles in order to engage the defence line while being out of range to the anti-air defences. However there are only 20 of these missiles available with the troops and thus they would only be used on the most vital parts of the Navorgskan defences. Lancasteros' armada in the colonies received new orders to bombard the new Navogskan defence line with more missiles while stealth bombers continued the relentlesss bombing, but this time they switched targets to the defence line

Lt. General Rachel Wente stood at the Command room.Her and other commanders had been arguing for three hours straight. They had been arguing over carpet bombing Old Beringia Colony. Men and women yelled for what they wanted. Many of the older battle scarred vets wanted the carpet bombing to take place, Younger less experienced generals argued that innocent civilians should not be included in this war between governments, While the older generals countered that it was the governments own fault to bring civilians into a war and prices must be paid.
Both made good points, this argument was going to take a while. At least they agreed to allow other nations consent on the subject.

[Navorgska]

Simply using the trenches for protection, there were few casualties from artillery fire. However, several automated anti-air guns were directly hit by artillery, and several others suffered heavy damage. The remaining automated anti-aerial defenses remained untouched or lightly damaged.

An unexpected tactic however, caught many soldiers by surprise. The use of AGMs decimated certain (and vital) portions, and heavily damaged others. This left certain gaps momentarily in the defensive line, although they would most likely be reinforced within hours.

Seeing this as a chance for them to strike, the troops of the Empire and Lancasteros launched an assault at the line, targetting the weakened portions. Heavy assaults would commence against these portions of the line, aiming to breach them and rout the rest of the line by force. The attacking army consisted almost entirely of infantry, and some tanks. While the troops attacked the line they recieved covering fire from the sniper teams in the hills, picking off troublesome defenders in their line of sight. Rubian infantry would use several smoke bombs to cover their advance, making it very difficult for the defenders to see them. Several Rubian soldiers were also equipped with bulletproof shields in order to cover themselves as well as others. While others gave covering fire.

With the weakened Navorgskan air defence, bombers were also sent to do bombing runs on the trenches, the bombing runs were planned out so that any debris from shot down planes was likely to land on the defenders. Artillery fire would still be raining down on the defenders as sniper teams took the time to target troublesome anti-air defences. Some stray artillery shots would even hit the advancing friendly forces, but this happened rarely.

Meanwhile the previously mentioned MexSpain force would advance into occupied territory, they would use several scouting teams to avoid meeting heavy Navorgskan defences. They advanced in the direction of the defensive line in an attempt to join up with the ally forces. However they were unlikely to arrive at the line before the battle ended.

Regardless of the weakened state of the positions, the attacking forces met inhumane resistance. Often, soldiers would see their comrades fall to landmines. The tanks would barely be able to maneuver efficiently due to the heavy presence of anti-tank fortifications, and were often picked off by anti-armor weaponry. If they did manage to break through, many of them often met the fate as many of their fellow infantry; landmines. With the enemy armor being unable to provide and real support, it was left to the infantry to attempt to seize the trenches. Thinking smoke-grenades would protect their advance, many infantry charged blindly to their deaths as the Navorgskan infantry simply switched their helmets to use thermal vision. Although sniper teams became an issue, MV-9 Multirole VTOLs were often called to perform bombing runs on their positions if they were spotted.

Although a portion of the anti-aerial fortifications were destroyed, much of it remained intact for use, and as such, the Navorgskan military still maintained a policy of aerial superiority. Flights of Mw-300 fighters would be sent to intercept any bombers that were heading to unprotected areas, with their speed and stealth capabilities allowing for precise and quick missions, preventing most missions from managing to even reach their objectives. Some bombers had managed to break through however, although their payloads often made no effect on the battle at hand, even sometimes hitting their own troops. Simply using the same tactics they had before, artillery strikes as well often made little to no impact on the battle, although casualties from artillery strikes were more common than aerial bombardments. Behind some of these lines, mortar teams would bombard the advancing forces.

The infantry would have a hard time getting through, the tanks would remain mostly in the background when the landmines were discovered. However with the cover of bulletproof shields many groups of soldiers managed to reach the trenches. Considering the areas that were assaulted the most had been heavily damaged or destroyed many soldiers here got to the line. The soldiers began to storm the trenches. The Navorgskan defenders, occupied with fending of waves of infantry, were often taken by suprise when Rubian troops attacked their side, many of them being shot down before even being able to respond. The aireal defences of Navorgksa would be weakening more and more as the battle goes on and more artillery is fired at them. Rubian jet fighters were dispatched to escort the bombers as soon as the first Navorgskan fighter was spotted, often being able to defend the bombers long enough for them to reach their destination. More and more Rubian infantry would be in the trenches as 14 of the 20 damaged portions of the trench were now under Alliance controll. The Sniper teams would be extremely difficult to spot with their heavy camouflage, providing vital support for the troops. Meanwhile missiles were shot from Lancasteros ships at the parts of the defensive line that still had no alliance soldiers, most likely destroying any living thing in the area. anti-air vehicles would also be placed in the background behind the minefield, shooting down any gunships visible while remaining out of range from the anti-tank defences. This would make bombing alliance troops as well as the sniper teams highly difficult.

To the south troops from MexSpain would have advanced without much trouble. There was an occasional Navorgskan patrol, but they were dealt with by the superiour army.

As the battle rages on with Navorgska's forces, behind the scenes of the war, engineers of MexSpains Imperial Construction Unit have begun to develop unman drones capable of detecting landmines and maneuvering through them like a knife through butter, and engaging hostile units. With this new advancement in MexSpain's arsenal, we begin to send them into battle against Navorgska. We will also begin Operation Shock and Awe, with our Imperial Navy and Air Force bombarding Navorgska's forces non-stop with cruise, ballistic, and air burst missiles ( chemical missiles maybe used if need be).

As the war with Navorgska continues on, we begin to build up naval and marine force, with the objective to launch an ambitious assault on Navorgska's bay southwest of our claim. Our force consists of 5 destroys, 10 landing ships, 8 frigates, 6 cruisers, 10 amphibious assault ship, 1 air craft carrier, 6 submarines. Our landing force would be 72,000 Spanish Imperial Marines, 200 amphibious assault vehicle, and 300 tanks. With the invasion in way, we begin to send forces from our western claim to engage Navorgska forces close to the amphibious assault site. We dispatch 7,250 Spanish Imperial Soldiers, 325 tanks,150 apcs, 200 artillery pieces, and 50 mobile anti-aircraft vehicles with the goal of pressing on into Navorgska from another front.
