Dear Mr. Lascaris,

Thank you for finally announcing this visit of your Emperor as we have been preparing for his visit for the past month, reinforcing major airports, ports and highways and implementing the Gun Ban. We are pleased since we have grown worries of the visit deal being broken. But anyway, we will provide a van, 5 OBOT FareCards (kinda like credit cards but the bank won't give money, you put your money inside the card using Exchange Machines, found in banks, malls and subway, bus and taxi stations)(five for other people in his party, flexible) with NSD 1000 and a hotel stay for one to seven days in Hotel Thetopiat, located atop Samisaihan Central train station. Any other requests may or may not be granted.

The Emperor is on his way to the colonies in his private plane, accompanied by his bodyguard. He should be arriving some time tommorow. Preparations are being made across the northern Rubian claim where the Emperor will be landing.

Emperor Dmitri Kane will make his way towards the joint claim in the north by tomorrow. He will be flying in on his private jet as well with 10 Imperial Guardsmen who will protect him. The new governor Francisco Chavez will be meeting with the emperor afterwards. Military bases in the area will be on high alert.

The Imperial State of MexSpain is currently evacuating the government body of MexSpain , due to the zombie outbreak in its mainland. The government body will be residing in MexSpain's western claim in a classified area of the claim. The Armed Forces of MexSpain is currently trying to put a end to the infection. The emperor will be meeting with the Rubian emperor to discuss the matters of defense.

Governor Francisco Chavez has requested to the emperor to begin military exercises using the governor's private army. The military exercises would be conducted to see the military's efficiency.The emperor has begun to assemble small air and naval forces to hand over to the governor. These forces would be used to defend the claims coastline and air space. The military exercise would involve 12,000 soldiers, 120 tanks, 80 armored vehicles, and 75 artillery pieces.

Greetings, This is the Colonial Council of Kuhlfros, We are the leaders of the allied colonies and territories the United States of Kuhlfros has acquired. We are here to introduce ourselves and tell you what colonies Kuhlfros has acquired:

Together we formatted a council of 23 to manage the colonies but remain under Kuhlfros Law
From each Colony 4 Men/Women represent, this includes The Governor of the Colony and 3 Diplomats or Ambassadors and then Three Kuhlfrosian Ambassadors to ensure the Homeland's Law is not violated and also to bring messages to the council.
They usually meet every Monday via Laptop or Computer and then on Solstices and Equinoxes they depart for a major council meeting onboard an Airship... We now have a semi-government to run the Colonies mostly free from interference from strict or stubborn Senators from Kuhlfros thinking they know whats best for a place they have never been.

The Emperor would arrive on the Northern Rubian claim. Thousands off people would have gathered in the streets of New Ruby to greet him. The national anthem was playing on all speakers across the city. After a brief parade, he would immediately head to the joint Rubian/MexSpanish claim.

We will allow if you accept to bring an escort as large as you want to protect but just remember that there is no civilians or terrorists on Aresia at the moment.
Once again we must imply that this is entirely white flag, and that we hope that you may meet us there. We will have an escort to guide you to Aresia Capitol building where this meeting will take place.

The Duke of MexSpain ( son of the emperor ) will be arriving in the claim to oversee the building of the new grand city in the claim. The Duke will be meeting with Secretary of Urban and Rural Planning and Works Daniel Volton and Secretary of Infrastructure and Transportation Dempson Burns to discuss the lay out of the city. The grand city will be used to symbolize the financial stability of MexSpain and its presents in the region. The city is expected to be constructed within three years.

With the construction of the grand city underway, the duke will be traveling too different parts of the claim in order to meet with military/civilian personal and the governor of the claim. The claim will be put on high alert in order to insure the safety of the duke. Emperor Dmitri Kane will also be making his way to the claim to meet with the governor to discuss matters in improving the claim. As military personal are being withdrawn to make way for the governor private military mostly made up of security contractors. The total number of marines in the claim is set to be 72,000 with 15,000 being withdrawn in the past week. The remaining force will withdraw when the full number of security contractors have reached the claim. Security contractors main objective is to defend the claim.

After a Patient and Extended period of waiting for response, The United States of Kuhlfros officially annexes Azakia Colony of the Fascist Theocracy of Old Beringia into part of the Nations Allied in Stradia shared Land on the continent of New Stradia,
A parade shall commence in the previous capital and then slowly our military will be shipped home while new soldiers will be brought in to be stationed in NAS shared land.

The city of New Straaz now number 307 758 in inhabitants and is a large central political and logistical hub for the whole of Faander, here also resides the local imperial government of Straall.

Also is mining of silver, iron, oil and coal in full processes, also is the agriculture if full production, most of Faander is used for farming to provide the empire with food.

And the largest prison in the empire has been built in Faander to hold the main prison populous in the empire, the main objective it to use convict labour.
