The Churds natives of Churdistan where once a nomadic people living a peaceful life in the small region of Churdistan. There culture was similar to the mongols in a way and they where expert horsemen. But everything changed on 1854 when the Zeinbrad armies marched into the country. The Churds fought hard in a guerrilla campaign with the Zeinbrads using their knowledge of the terrain and vast forest of the region to their advantage but the war end in Zeinbrad victory on April 1st 1855. Every since then the Churds have been oppressed by the Zeinbradians and have been forced into years of Hardship. From the Got'a massacre of 1924 to the Mass rape of Churd women in 1957 they have always hated the Zeinbradians. In fact revolution is not a new thing in Churdistan in 1925 the Churds rebelled using smuggled in Weapons they fought the Zeinbrad Armed forces in guerrilla warfare.But atlas the Rebellion was crushed the year it started but it did force the Zeinbrads to bring in foreign Mercs and form the Internationale Troopers a very elite corp of foreign troops. And now another rebellion is waiting to happen.

Chernogorsk Harbor
Churds worked day and night in the Chenogorsk harbour,day in day out,the worked for minimal wages and had minimal rights,housing and working standards and a standard of living.
But during the day many dock workers where working and suddenly police came in to arrest a few of the workers,this usually happened to show that they where in authority and to make Churds feel weak and pitiful.
As the two police men handcuffed the two men,three dockworkers pulled pistols out of their coat pockets,as if it was planned they shot the two police officers,then shooting the Zeinbrad dock owner,who was a racist pig,who always tortured workers for not working hard enough.
The rest of the dockworkers picked up weapons such as bricks,stones,glass bottles or anything that they could use.
Suddenly it seemed the fires of revolution had started to burn...

Soon police arrived to quell the riot. They where decked out in riot gear and where armed with Shotguns with taser rounds. They formed a shield wall and marched slowly to the Rioting Churds and when they got close enough fired their taser rounds. Then the riot cops armed with batons and riots shields charged in.They expected that this would be other easy riot to handle but they would be wrong.

The riot police in the line had no idea that some dockworkers where on top of the transport containers,suddenly as the dockworkers charged at the police,men armed with pistols jumped up and began shooting at the riot police.
Some of the rioters began to phone other people looking for armed back up as some of them where part of the CLA or better known as the Churdish Liberation Army.
These,though few in number where supported by all Churds and armed with much better weapons such as AK-47s and Uzis.
They would soon arrive

Rioters fell as bullets hit them,some ducked inside shipping containers.
Suddenly,two jeeps pulled into the harbour,passengers firing a heavy machine gun of the roof rack,it was the CLA backup,they then threw a grenade into the back of the seat vans,say the gunner turned around firing behind here as the grenade went off.

SWAT and police officer fell as the Heavy MG bullets hit them. Soon most of the Officer where dead as the truck blew up killing anyone near it.On the ground was dying or wounded officers as the one that where not hit ran for the police station. Once they got there they barricaded themselves and waited for the rioters. Sniper where on the roof waiting to shoot anyone with a gun. Civilians ran into there homes locked there doors and hid inside until the fighting ended.

Ten TPz Fuchs drove quickly towards the harbor within Chernogosk City, the government of Zeinbrad had finally called upon the 22 Anti-Tank Selskap to deal with a rising rebellion of the Churds at the harbor. As the ten TPz Fuchs reached the harbor, VSUR soldiers in the passenger seat popped open the hatches and grabbed the mounted MG3s and began to fire at Churd rebels and their allies. While the men in the ten TPz Fuchs continued to fire the mounted MG3, the drivers formed a blockade around the entrance of the harbor. As the drivers finished making the blockade, the 200 men from the 22 Anti-Tank Selskap dismounted with weapons in hand and ready to be used. Squads consisted of 5 soldiers: 2 riflemen, 1 support gunner, 1 Anti-tank/Helicopter, 1 Medic.

As the squads took up position behind the TPz Fuchs for cover, the squads primary focus was to use suppressive fire on enemy forces and eliminate anyone trying to escape the harbor.

Amelia van Stegen was walking down the halls of an underground base, when a bureaucrat from the Awesomite Espionage and Intelligence Agency (AEIA) walked up to her.

"Presidenta van Stegen, I think you might want to come here." Amelia turned and walked into his office.

"What's the matter? Are those pesky Native Nationalists about to blow my car up?"

"No, but we've gotten some serious stuff going down in Zeinbrad."

"Zeinbrad, huh? What's it this time? Are they raping Churd women again? If they are, maybe we should send them a message. And by that I mean a good old fashioned carpet bombing."

"No, but Churd dockworkers began rioting this morning. They were led by the....Churdish Liberation Army. They killed many many police officers and riot police. Not even their SWAT could stop them."

"And this is happening in Novigrad?"

"No, Chernogosk. It's a port city. So we could easily get naval forces there."

Kora Gurta walks up to her desk and sees an envelope, with a note on it saying: "Urgent! Please read!" She immediately sat down and opened the envelope and laughed when she saw who it was from.

"Amelia van Stegen, huh? What the hell could she want?" Her laughter quickly turned to worry as she read the letter's contents. She faced the risk of war. But she refused to give the Churds any liberty, and much less their land back. And she was certain she would have some allies, so she put the letter aside, took a piece of paper and wrote back:

If you want the Churds to be free, send your soldiers over here and you free them from our cold, dead hands. We aren't afraid of you or any of your little threats. We will defend our land with everything we've got and you can expect many casualties from your side. Bring it.

"*laughs* Wow, she really thinks she has a chance, doesn't she? Man, this letter is going to make me feel so good when we crush them. So since she so nicely invited us, we might as well accept, no? Zawadzk! Get over here!"

Ante Zawadzk, Minister of Defense ran in. "Amelia? What's wrong?"

"Nothing. Just mobilize...I don't know, 25,000 soldiers. Maybe a few fighter jets, as many as you see fit. We'll need some destroyers and frigates too. To Chernogosk, a port city in Zeinbrad. We've been challenged to a duel."

President C.S Parnell sat at his desk and listened to a number of his security advises on the developing situation in Zinbrad. He was handed a folder with the relevant information in regard to what was happening by his security advisor Mark Church. "As you can see Mr President the situation is quiet em.. delicate to put it mildly."

"And what options do we have" asked President Parnell.

"Sir i believe the best option right now is to establish diplomatic connection with both side and urge restraint. Considering our situation with the South West Kerry Region are we in a position to dictate to others" said Church

"That is very different" said Pranell. "But you are right we must not just jump in to the fray lets observe for a while and se what happens. But be clear I will not tolerate an human rights violation from either side. Send a message to the CLA leaders tell them we are will to help in a negotiated settlement and provide medical aid. And then contact the Zinbrad Government saying we want to see a peaceful resolution and urge them to exercise minimum force and maximum restraint".

"Yes Mr President" said church as he left the situation room and headed to the foreign office to draft the telegrams.

How ever we in the interest of regional and wider stability encourage you to seek to achieve your goals through diplomatic means and we are will to act as a mediator in this endeavor should you so choose. How ever we will offer military support to you should the situation further deteriorate and the need for outside support becomes necessary for the protection of the civilian people. But for the time being we offer medical assistance instead in the from of aid that we will transport to you. Again we encourage you to enter diplomatic talks and try to find a peaceful solution.

We would like to say that we realize that your government is going through a difficult time at the moment. How ever we feel compelled to protest against the harsh measures taken by you security forces. We under stand that they were indeed fired upon but that they responded indiscriminately. We would like to act as a mediator in negotiation between the CLA and your goverment how ever be warned that we will not sit ideal by and watch your government carry out mass murders. You must no come to the realisation that Churds must be given an independent state. Your action have made this inevitable. And as further warning we are moving a naval Task group with in 500 km of your coast line. They are simply there as a stabilizing presence and consist of Two carriers with destroyer, frigate and submarine escort.

The rebels took cover in the containers and fired back at the troopers. One of them threw and grenade and another fired a RPG-7. The ones that did not make it layed died or dying on the ground. Meanwhile a group of rebels (about twelve rebels with a T34-85 entered the city. Thousands where joining the CLA.

Entering Churdistan Airspace from the North

Twenty RAH-66 Comanche Stealth Helicopter and Four Osprey enter Curdistan airspace late that night flying in four separate v-formations, an Osprey in the middle of five Comanches. The two lead Osprey each contain one military cargo crate and 40 Armed Personnel of the Forest Patrol Guard. The two rear Osprey each contain four military cargo crates and 20 Armed Personnel of the Forest Patrol Guard. The Comanche are each armed with a M230 Chain Gun and eight AGM-114 Hellfire Missiles.

As the lead Osprey crosses over the Curdistan boarder it relays this message on an open frequency:

"This is NSASF-FPG Joint Security Transport Asset 77 of the Imperialist State of Nu Sparta. We are transporting goods on behalf of a privately owned Spartanian company. Travel through your airspace will be temporary. Any aggressive action taken against us would be considered a strike against the Imperialist State of Nu Sparta and its assets and thus a declaration of war."

After ending that message another was sent out on an encrypted frequency to the CLA:

"We have entered the Curdistan boarders and are heading to the delivery destination now. Our ETA will be an hour and twenty minutes. Do not contact us. Just arrive on time at the destination."

After relaying the messages the JST Asset 77 continued on its destination to the Stery Jobr. The pilots monitored the open frequency as well as well known frequencies. The FPG soldiers in the Osprey steeled themselves, they were veterans from before Nu Sparta's change to an Imperialist State. They had been specifically picked due to the high risk of possible combat. Each squad was equipped by standard protocol: two riflemen armed with SM61V2s, a marksmen armed with a SM75ERR, a gunner armed with a SHCA70SFS, and a grenadier armed with a SM61 with an M203 under mounted. Though this was the standard issue each soldier had also been free to customize their weapons with personally bought accessories and many had equipped holo sights, red dots, scopes, and other attachments they found suited their needs. If everything went according to plan they would arrive on time without incident.

The call had come in and command had snapped to it. It was not a full mobilization, but two companies, Kappa and Iota, of the Schwyz Regiment would be seeing immediate action. The C-10s and C-17s were gassed up and loaded up on the base airstrip. Meanwhile, at the Scauri docks, transports were loaded up with FAVs and Piranhas. They were not immediately called for on the contract, but they wanted them inbound, just in case, ready to land at the Chernogorsk docks. The flight would not be that long, to the Caucasus region, but a KC-135 was readied just in case.

Kappa and Iota company men arrived at the airstrip with their gear. Some of them were fresh recruits, from their advanced camp training. They were veterans of other conflicts, but this would be their first contract with the Uli-Schwyz Regiments. They had their assault rifles slung, an assortment of SG 550s, H&Ks and Stoners, per personal choice.

At the other end of the strip, two squadrons of Vipers and Agustas were readied, as well as one squadron of F-36s and Gripens, which would also act as escort for the Globemasters and C-10's. The gunships would be arriving by their newly equipped naval transports partway, flying the rest of the way in.

Colonel Moller, General Tell and Captain Ouelt were in a hangar, doing a quick briefing. General Tell opened,
"Lay it out for me, Rene. What are we looking at?"

Zeinbrad, Churdistan territory. CLA, the Churdistan Liberation Army, is trying for open resistance to gain independence. We're to block them. Secure Chernogorsk and then move from there to block the spread of the rebellion. There is some outside support, we will have more detailed info that we broadcast on the secured channel to the transports. Plus the files I've given to the Colonel. We can't land directly at Chernogorsk right now. We will be landing further down the coast, new uniforms and truck transport will be provided."

The men were almost finished loading up as the planes revved.

Colonel Johann Moller hitched up his gear, slung his SG 550 and re-shifted the valise with the files. "Got it. Pretty straightforward. We'll be in touch, Sir, and Captain."

"Give 'em hell, Colonel."

"You know it, Sir." Moller saluted and trotted to the plane.

The naval task force was steaming to with in 500km of the Zienbrad coast. But ahead of that was a modified SSBN. MS Ceria. Instead of carrying missiles it had been modified to be able to deploy special forces. And on board were 2 teams of Navl Special Action Team's (NSAT) and a team of the Tier One Special Operations and Countor Terrorist Unit Gray Wolf. The sub would approach the coast and establish contact with the Rebels before deploying and helping in any way they could. This was a black operation only the president and a few close advisors along with a few generals actually knew about the mission. The sub has 2 hours out.

Mean while Para Commandos had HAHO jumped on to Utes Island on a recce mission. The island would be an ideal base from which to conduct "peace" missions in Zienbrad. And so far little if any enemy activity had been spotted by the commandos

The Utes was a training base for the Zeinbrad ground forces. It was defended well for a boot camp and when scouts in training reported that Enemy paratroopers where landing the trained soldiers got in defense position to fight. The fresh recruits can away and hid in the boot camp and the village of Jober as Soldiers fired at the paratroopers.

The rebels where waiting for the Nu Spartans to arrive. They played card games and played the Utr and traditional guitar dating back to the medieval ages.

The three small teams para commandos on Utes island had started to come under heavy fire. They returned fire and then broke contact. Moving back towards an evac point. Will doing so a forward combat air controller attached to the unit radioed for air support. "This is Bravo 1-9 we have come under heavy fire and are attempting to break contact. We need immediate air support to cover our evac over". "Roger that bravo 1-9 we are sending a formation of Refal Naval Strike aircraft to cover you evac. Proceed to evac point and try to avoid contact. Our birds should reach you in 15 mikes". As the mission operator finished his reply 8 Rafal aircraft armed with ground attack weapons and air to air missiles and an F-18 escort scrambled from the aircraft carrier to cover the commandos.

Mean while the commander of the task group attempted to raise the Zienbrad commander on the Utes Island. He sent a open message reading. "Please break off contact. Misunderstanding. If you peruse our forces we will be compelled to respond."

RPG-7 missiles slammed into the side of the TPz Fuchs but the blockade still held, the 22 Anti-Tank Selskap made a pact to not falter in the face of the enemy, they would hold the line. As the soldiers of the 22 Anti-Tank Selskap continued open fire on the rebels, a lone grenade was able to roll underneath one of the TPz Fuchs, the explosion was loud and causalities were taken. While the 22 Anti-Tank Selskap continued to fire at the rebels they noticed that the rebels were relentless, it seemed that the rebels were growing in numbers but this did not falter the 22 Anti-Tank Selskap. Soldiers mounted on the MG3s were relentless in the barrage of the rebels, round after round were sent towards the rebels at the harbor. "Vi er menn av 22 Anti-Tank selskap! Overgivelse er ikke i denne selskaper vokabular!" shouted the soldiers as the poured on the fire, their motto would give them strength and the courage to hold of the rebels.

The soldiers stopped firing and the Zeinbrad commander said "We understand and will let your troops off the island.But another landing will be a deceleration of war and your task force will be attacked." He said

The rebels continued to fire a the troopers. The T34-85 turned the corner to the fighting,it fired it's machine gun at the troopers as the poorly trained crew tried to load the cannon. The infantry supporting it also turned the corner and took cover.

There has been response over the open frequency, nor any chatter about them over the others they monitored. JST Asset 77 was completely undisturbed as it made its way to Stayer Jobr.

Once the town came insight the lead Osprey pilot radioed to the CLA over the encrypted frequency:

"We've arrived and will dropping our troops and cargo just northeast of the town in cleared area. Once the drop off is complete we will be leaving the area. Hawk Rien'ti is the head command of this team. He and the soldiers on hand will be in charge of training you on the weapons systems and military tactics."

Not five minutes after sending out the message the Osprey began landing and unloading their cargo and troops while the Comanche stayed airborne scanning in a circular security pattern. Once unloaded the Osprey rose back to elevation and the helicopters headed back for the northern boarder.

The FPG wore their standard issue Spa'rian Flecktarn Field Uniforms, along with Spa'rian Flecktarn patterned Dragon-Skin body armor. Over the body armor they sport the Tasmanian Tiger Chest Rig and Alpha Pack. The soldiers took up a security ring defensive position and awaited the rebels.

Meanwhile from the east 25 XD TRANS aircraft entered the Zeinbrad Airspace 500 people with only one job: Food, Water Health. The Lindian Outside Help corpse, trained for the world worst areas with only one goal Protect the civilians any way you can, by giving them everything they need in a war. In a other aircraft there was the Lindian Special Team, ready to defend the civilians the big difference between them an the LOHC was that they had guns. And in 20 other planes there was nothing else then food, water, toys, building materials and all other stuff a men needs to survive. Pleasure was also on board: Alcohol smokes and for kids candy. Lindenholt was ready for making people happy even in a war. The first thing they did was: Making bunkers for air raids, second telling people how they could protect their selfs in a live threating situation.

It was almost too well planned.

The Alliance Armaments shipment arrived, from Inutoland, this morning. And it only cost $58.365 billion, a short price for a well armed nation. They had thousands of tanks, hundreds of fighter jets and lots of naval vessels. This would be a test run for her newly bought military...Amelia's fantasy was cut short by Ante Zawadzk's voice.

"Amelia! Amelia!"

"What, Ante? Did you do what I told you to do?"

"Yes and no. We have all the weapons and armaments ready, but I need your confirmation."

"Alright, what do you have planned?"

"Well, I've got 2,000 soldiers ready to attack Zeinbrad. And we've got 2 Challenger frigates ready, 2 Liberator destroyers and 2 Chieftain destroyers. One aircraft carrier is loaded up with W-16 Tandu's . A carrier can hold 80 aircraft, but we've only put 15 fighters on it. We have two Astropotherium guided missile battlecruisers ready. We have 5 TSR-12 Interceptors ready as well. What do you think?"

"Sounds amazing. Almost beautiful. Get them to Zeinbrad. Show them who we are."

The armada of 9 ships left the port city of Novjorko and headed full speed toward Chernogosk.

SECRET MEDIT ISLAND BASE

The transport planes took off from the Uli-Schwyz Base, one by one, lifting up into the blue expanse that hovered over the Mediterranean Sea. The KC-135 was the last one to take off, bringing extra fuel that they might need for operations over the theater.

Meanwhile, the Gripens and F-36's were taking off from the other extended runway of the Air Field, peeling out to avoid a fatal major air collision, but regrouping out at sea to take position over the formation of planes holding the best of the Schwyz Regiment.

OOC Best thing i could think of as a deceleration of war.

As the Osprey were taking off into the air the CLA had radioed about being under fire.

The pilot was radioing back:

"We can't fire on...."

He cut short his message as one of the Comanche reported the AADV:

"Anti-Air Vehicle moving up and taking aim, prepare to make evasive maneuvers"

Just as the report came across the AADV began firing. The Osprey and Comanches were still at a lower elevation giving them a slight advantage. That auto cannon would have to make major adjustments to correct aim. The Osprey and Comanches swiftly moved off sideways to get out of cannon line of sight, though one of the Osprey took hits. The AADV tore right through cargo by of Osprey and sensors inside were red lighting though nothing important was hit, the Osprey stayed in the air.

Two of the closer Comanche launched two of their hellfire missiles each into the AADV's hull and turret.

The Osprey pilot continued his message:

"Scratch that, we're on it. Sit tight."

Three Comanches moved to lock onto the IFV-350. Two of helicopters fired a hellfire missile each into the vehicle while the other open up with its M203 at back just encase of any marines were making their way out of carrier.

The Ospreys and ten of the twenty Comanche began to head for the northern boarder after climbing to a safe height.

One of the Comanche pilots that stay behind radioed over an open frequency:

"Zeinbrad forces you have just opened fire upon JST Asset 77 of the Imperialist State of Nu Sparta and we were forced to defend ourselves. Seeing as you were giving previous deceleration of our none aggressive intent, you still aggressively opened fire upon us. This will be seen as an act of war, unless you can play this off as major mistake. This non-warranted aggression against the Imperialist State of Nu Sparta and its assets will not be tolerated."

OOC: Spartanian is how a person from Nu Sparta is referred to. Spa'ria is the name of the forest in which the country of Nu Sparta sits, hence the name for the cammo uniform. Its an easy mix up no harm no foul. We can always roleplay it as a lack of knowledge or slang use by the Churdistans and they can be corrected by my soldiers.
