He simply wants to connect his land. And Cuba. He wants that. He basically wants all of Lewina! He decides to put pressure on the Lewinian's to give him that land. He puts more troops on the border and sends out Destroyer ships to make the coast of Cuba very... threatening looking. He also begins to test long-range missiles in border-land Texas. He hopes for this land very much.

We obviously place our weapons on the border. Then totally buff men go and show off their muscles in an intimidating manner against the enemy soldiers hoping to make them retreat. Meanwhile we are totally pissed at you and surround the Texas area with ships and military, the same with the Mexican border. In Cuba they have set up multiple bunkers with heavy machine guns, tripple A guns, etc. etc. along the beaches. While the navy is in the Lewinan sea borders. If you attack us you're in for one hell of a fight.

All this aside the government feels that the entire thing is rightfully within Sorisati's inflence region and claims it justly.
