The world has plummeted into Nuclear War. Most countries have been destroyed but some have survived. The only superpowers left are what is left of China and Russia, even though they have both been severely weakened. America, on the other hand, is one of the most devastated of all of the countries on Earth. America is nothing but a radioactive wasteland, Survivors are rare. But somehow, people have survived even the worst of the fallout and aftermath. People have attempted to go back to a time before the Nuclear war, they have formed factions. What will become of America and who will control it? Only YOU can decide! You can create a faction and morph America into what you want it to be in this Nuclear Wasteland, but be aware. You aren't the only one fighting for control. In this world, everything is against you. Only one of the factions in America will triumph in the end. Who that may be, is decided by you and your choices.

No Population of faction shall be over 35,000 at the beginning of the game
Canada and Northern Mexico are up for grabs
You may form countries within your faction
You may form alliances and trade agreements
NO aircraft until 2090

Cars are allowed, but they can't be high performance unless somehow made after the war
Artillery is allowed, but it is automatically at a lower performance then expected, due to Nuclear war
Electricity is allowed, but nobody starts out with it besides vaults.
Currency of course, is Bottle caps
Space travel is allowed starting in 2095
