We are so glad that you overthrew your former corrupt government and are in the process of making a new, stable government, i know it is strange to be hearing this from a emperor who invented and personally created socialism and runs a socialist empire, but this is true. On behalf of us here in the SRA, we would like to donate 1 trillion dollars in your currency to give you aid. If you want, we can also send over a few hundred Andrew military advisors to help train your men to help get a stable and well trained military force to ensure the further protection of your nation. We hope that this republic can stand for a very lng time without issues.Oh and we will be lifting the sactions and embasrgo that we placed on your nation's old government.

Several million soldiers begin to mobilise within Buddha C, a video of the long lines of tanks, APC, SAM systems, trucks, artillery and troop formations was sent to Emperor Andrew's personal address. Portral had been elected Effingia's new president. He was given the power to veto any laws and to represent Effingia in the world, but that was it. All laws will be passed by a direct vote from the people: no representation at all. All of the money was spent on reconstructing the capitol (with the new capitol building being renamed to The Aunis Volstag) and fincancial compensation to civilians who were hurt or killed.

The armada broke into nine separate carrier groups, from their decks ran out eight hundred ten fighters. These fighters would be used to probe the coastal defenses, meanwhile a mass of ground-based aircraft totalling a thousand were being fuelled up for the strike on recognised weaknesses that should be detected by the carrier-based groups. Every carrier group was still five hundred kilometres from shore and now running AWACs.

Effingia is back on it's feet again. The new capitol will be named tomorrow, but other than that I guess we're done here. I must politely decline the assistance of nations other than the Benomia, as we are well-equipped to continue forward.
