President Ray sat in his office on the top floor of the Capitol Building, which had just finished construction. He sat at his desk, which was cluttered with various items, along with his laptop. Outside in the halls, it was completely empty. Many Orion citizens were home, celebrating the New Orion independence. Ray had used this as a distraction to take care of secret operations. Then, Vice President Johnson entered his office with a paper in his hand.

"Ray, we've gotten a message from Crowspiracy. It's from Flash, the leader of them."

Ray took the letter and read it. He then slammed it down on his desk and stared at the wall for a second. "For fuck's sake, Johnson, we can't conduct one damn operation without this entire continent on our soldiers. Now those Crowspiracy bastards are threatening us. It must be because we increased our border security."

"Possibly, Ray. They need to stay out of this war, or risk total destruction. These operations are between us and PPH, no one else. I suggest you stick it to those bastards right in the face!"

"Not yet, Johnson. We will warn them first. I'm going to send them a little note. In the meanwhile, I want you to increase forces at the Orion-Crowspiracy border to 2 million. If you need to implement a military draft, do so."

"Will do, sir."

Johnson left and went back to his office. Then, Ray began to type up the letter, and he had it electronically sent to the government of Crowspiracy:

If it's a war they want, then they will get a damn war." Ray took his office phone and dialed a number. He had contacted the central air force base, just south of Orion City. The commander of that base picked up.

"This is Commander Maverick." he said.

"Maverick, it is time for action. I have already informed you of the events going on between us and Crowspiracy. I want 2,000 stealth bombers in the air, and I want bombing runs on all major cities in Crowspiracy. We need to quickly take them out of the fight so we can continue our course of action."

"Aye sir. I can have the bombers up there by tomorrow morning at the earliest. Is that fine?"

"I do not care when. I just want those fucking bastards out of the competition."

Ray then hung up the phone and dialed another number, this time dialing the headquarters for the Navy.

"This is Admiral Arkosa. Who is calling?"

"Its President Ray. Listen, and listen good. I want you to move the bulk of our Navy about 30 miles south of Crowspiracy borders. Keep close watch on them, and see if they make a move."

"Aye sir. It will be done."

Ray then hung up the phone and continued monitoring the actions of the Imperial Military.

Meanwhile, about 2/3rds of the Navy would be moving from Orson shores to the designated point. Aircraft carriers would also be readying their fighters, as they were planning to spy on Crowspiracy borders.

OOC: We're going to attack some of your smaller towns and cities now

IC: The marines of the First division, a column of their tanks, 12 hinds, and the company of royal storm grenadiers headed east. They were preparing to assault a string of towns in the next week, in order to make the area safer for the reinforcements, who were a week out. If they didn't accomplish their mission within the week, the beaches the Torroccans owned would be much more dangerous for the Torroccans. "Death to all that stand in our way! Leave NO survivors!" officers and soldiers would occasionally shout from atop a tank or while walking on the ground. The force numbered in 8,000 men in total, and had artillery support from the beaches and the fleet, as well as additional air support in the form of fighter drones and SU-35s, which were all on standby on the Torroccan Heavy Carrier Ulysses, which was the heart and the pride of the fleet, and two other carriers. Hell was about to be brought down upon the foreigners...

"Chieftain, this is Poe Flight. Sir, Orion has ordered their stealth bombers to go after our colonial locations. Their fleet has been ordered to a point 30 miles south of our colony."

"Can you confirm this?"

"Chieftain copies. Continue on your present course."

As the tape was played for President Flash, and his national security council, he sighed loudly.

"They may trying to get us to fire first. Admiral Slavin, prep our orbital platforms. Do not arm them, do not deploy them, do not do anything that would suggest they are about to be used. I want you to lock in the GPS coordinates for their Capitol building. The second one bomber or ship fires at us, I want that building destroyed."

"Sir, I've already issued the gps coordinates for all of their government buildings. We've got them ready."

"Do not fire, unless I authorize it. Inform Chieftan and Shogun that if any of their forces reports being attacked, they are to retaliate. But not a second before."

"What do we do about the stealth bombers and the fleet?"

"As for the fleet, increase CAP. The 30 miles should bring them in range of our anti ship missiles and torpedoes. As for the stealth, well if they really send 2,000 against us..our only choice is to use project bloodlust. Again. Place your forces on alert, but do not do anythnig that could provoke them.

There, a new fort is to be built. It will be called Fort Lightguard. The 2nd Colonial troop that is moving there will be renamed the Army of the Northern Guard. The remaining troops in the Sinuka Strip will be named The Army of the Southern Guard.
