Almost everyone is boarding the ships they came in. Miners grabbed the last pieces of Uranium and Titanium that they could get and said farewell. The only people not onboard the ship at this time were workers from the Nuclear Power Plants. They were almost finished saying good-bye to Cvtopia Minor. They just needed to put something of theirs on the map. They got rid of any form of cooling system in New Emphillon and in Redyrn Point and got to the ships. There were destroyer escorts, carrying the Warheads and canisters of TYMX-72 that was brought to the colony.

When the reports of meltdowns in New Emphillion came to the 2nd Colonial, they retreated from the area. In a Chernobyl-esque reaction, firefighters and men from the 2nd Colonial fought at the meltdown in New Emphillion and rushed to fight the one in Redyrn Point. Bojikamians and New Providencians alike fought together. The settler ship was forced to move to the western region of the peninsula that was now New Providence's. The city was named Kiev, in honor of the capital of Ukraine, in which the Chernobyl power plant was located. Meanwhile, at his home on the island of Montserrat, the President order the 1st Colonial and the Army of the Antilles to reform. They would be moved to Emphillion ASAP. The invasion fleet was almost impossible to beat. It had submarines, cruisers, destroyers, two carriers, and a battleship. There were also ten aegis ships that had missles ready to fire of the Ebenese coast. Emperor George had seen to it that a two cities were turned into a wasteland that could not be inhabited for one thousand years. He would rot in prison for it. The Providence Air Force had fighters, bombers, recons, and refuelers. The carriers were formerly Nimitz Class carriers that PPH had bought from a close friend and ally, UCS, who compromised the southern USA and Puerto Rico. Emperor George had almost died before, but soon he will wish he had.

Citizens in all parts of New Providence are being delivered gas masks if they need new ones or never had any. Others are reminded to find theirs and review them to see if they need to be replaced.

OOC: I wasn't trying to play like a sore loser. I did that so that way the areas surrounding the towns could not be taken over by settlers from the new colonies. That way, we could preserve the towns set up in Cvtopia Minor by making them highly radioactive

It is with great upset that the PNS fleet returns to their homport. The Ebanese will in return assist PPH in foreign affairs that do not involve Cvtopia Minor.

New Orson has just gained it's independence from the Orson Empire, and is now considered a separate country. Parades and celebrations are taking place all across the former colony, and the citizens are enjoying themselves. While a permanent government is being set up, Governor Ray has noted that the Ebenum Reipublicae has been defeated in the Ebenum war. The governor is not to happy about it, and released a statement to the public, quoting:

"The defeat of Ebenum Reipublicae in this war shall not be tolerated. New Orson is willing to take any steps needed to grant these people their territory back, and wreck havoc on the barbaric forces of Bojikami and Providence and Port Hope."

San Leggera would like to claim a small portion of the unclaimed land to the west of its territory of San Pagani.

OOC: If the above claim is accepted, could the three claims bordering San Pagani be moved over slightly to allow for my additional claim to be bordering my territory?

Due to the threats from the New Orsonian government, the PPH Secretary of Defense has ordered the 2nd Colonial to transfer to Fort David in the Sinuka Strip.

The new government has been formed. The colony will now be called New Orion. The armed forces have been loosely organized. Governor Ray is now the new President of the country, and he has chosen his private council to help lead the country. New Victorium City has been renamed Orion City, and it has been re-designated as the capital. The construction of the Capitol Building in the city is underway. President Ray is also giving his inaugural address to the people of New Orion.

Meanwhile, the military has been mobilized, due to the threat of Providence and Port Hope. An army of 1,500,000 has been equipped and put on high alert. Another 500,000 troops have been dispersed across the colony's borders, along with artillery and aircraft. A military plan is in the works for an invasion of Providence and Port Hope, and it is being transferred to the army secretly.
