Chemical weapons have been used in New Providence and in Bojikami by Ebenum Republicae. Although New Providence struck a Ebenum ship in New Emphillion filled with extremely deadly chemical weapons. The explosion that ensued activated those weapons and wiped out the docls of New Emphillion.

OOC: I thought we were still discussing transportation systems. For a continent this big, it should take longer than a post or two to establish a railway of that length.

OOC: True, but the continent was recently discovered, I think that it is pretty far from many other continents. But, this is just my opinion on this.

To Chopo Rarru: It was established quite a time before the NP troops were deployed to Cvtopia Minor. The line can be decalered valid. It runs from Freeport to New Providence's cities, which now excludes Nazareth since it has been nuked by Ebenum

The emperor was becoming anxious. He knew that soon the enemy would be upon his beloved capital. He called all of the surviving soldiers and any other soldiers, retired or not, to go in to battle. He encouraged the citizens to raise their arms. In all, 3,500 citizens raised their arms against the invaders. Few ran strait in to the fire, in to Vengence. However, many barracaded the city, surrounded its walls with debris and guarded their homes and families as impending doom loomed over the horizon.

THE TREATY OF FREEPORT

PREAMBLE
In the history of mankind, war has been as common as the seasons. However, in the modern war, nuclear and chemical weapons are always ready and are rarely actually used. Due to the actions taken by some nations in the War on the Orson Empire, it is declared that all nuclear and chemical warheads are banned from the continent of Cvtopia Minor.

ARTICLE ONE

A). All nuclear and chemical weapons are hereby banned from the continent and surrounding islands of Cvtopia Minor.
B). Any violators of this treaty shall be banned from using port access and are hereby banned from sending more than 500 colonists per year. If a blockaded nation has coastal lands, it shall lose the lands along the coast.
C). Lands lost by violators shall be given to any new nation that wants to take a spot in Cvtopia Minor.
D). If a punished nation refuses to comply, that nation's actions will be recognized as a declaration of war.

ARTICLE TWO

A). The mining of uranium in Cvtopia Minor is to only be used for the use of powering nuclear power plants and international trade. The latter is to only be used for the same purposes.
B). The manufacturing of nuclear and chemical warheads is hereby banned. In addition, the manufacturing of poisonus chemicals is also banned except for commercial purposes and medical purposes. The latter use shall only include treatments that heal the patient. Examples of positive treatment include vaccinations and experimental treatments.

ARTICLE THREE

A). The Cvtopia Minor Nuclear Council (CMNC) shall monitor the laws of Articles One and Two.
B). The CMNC shall consist of five members.
1.New Cvtopia shall act as a tie breaker and as the head of the CMNC. He will also be the spokesperson for the CMNC.
2.All amendments to this doctrine will be decided by a vote.
3. An amendment must have three of the four main voting members in support of it for it to be law.
C). For a nation to gain a position, it must be nominated by two nations other than itself.
D). A nation on the CMNC shall lose it's position if:
1. It violates the laws of this doctrine.
2. It supports a violator in a conflict that the CMNC has started.
3. It threatens a fellow member state of the CMNC with war.


IN THE CITY OF FREEPORT, NEW CVTOPIA, IN DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE, THE TREATY OF FREEPORT IS HEREBY OFFICIAL LAW IN CVTOPIA MINOR AND ALL OUTLYING ISLANDS.

Also surrounding the city were various hidden traps, such as mines. Their were also bigger traps for tanks. Past the wall, the city was surrounded by a fence with barbed wire strapped at the top. Further in was a line of bunkers, which were equipped with deadly M-100 heavy machine guns, capable of firing 1400 rounds a minute.

Once the last of the Orsons left, an officer raised his sword into the air and shouted, "The day is won, comrades! Hooah!" Following this, many of the marines cheered and shouted, while back on the beach, marine and army reinforcements finally arrived, including a company of elite Royal Storm Grenadiers, the most elite and vicious soldiers the military had to offer. They were armed to the teeth with the most advanced weaponry, bore standard issue armour, and most looked like they were about to kill one of their own comrades if they didn't get into the action soon. Soon, though, soon, the Orsons would learn why it is a terrible idea to face such fierce warriors, as they were not only considered "The Devil's Spear," by their own people, but they had a great reputation and a grand record to support that. If anything, a division of the empire's best wouldn't be able to stop these beasts on the field of battle.

Lieutant Harper ran over to the NBC station and read the sensor output. He didn't like what he read. He walked over to his station and picked up the telephone.

"Nightwatch 22 to Shogun. Urgent. Sir, its Captain Harper on board Nightwatch 22. It appears that Ebenum Reipublicae has used a nerve gas against Bojikami. Yes sir, we think it might have been from the bombers we were tracking earlier. Lantern reported it too? Providence? I'll Check. Sargeant, do you have a bead on those bombers?"

"Yes, sir. Bearing 224"

"Track them" Harper went back to the phone, " Uh yes, sir. We can track them. Yes, sir. Cougar flight has our back. Yes, Sir. We'll transmit the orders to Hulk Flight. Yes, Sir" He hung up the phone as the aircraft banked to the right.

"What's going on, Sir?"

"Shogun says that we are to find out where those bombers are coming from. Apparently Lantern noted that chemical weapons had been used against Providence as well. So it looks like we'll be throwing our hat into the ring."

The artillery of the 1st Colonial bombarded the civilian forts and now demands surrender. With the loyalists armed with only personal weapons, it was not hard for the army to pick off the loyalists. Meanwhile, the Army of the Antilles has diverted two groups of 2,500 to move around the suburbs of Emphillion to recruit the growing number of citizens who opposed Emporer George. The rest of the Army of the Antilles moved out of the metropolitan area.

The emperor made a speech just minutes ago via radio: "I announce that we shall surrender to the nation of Providence and Port Hope. However, we shall not be giving any land to Provence or any other nation. We, aslo, will not be signing the Treaty. No matter what happens, we will not sign it. However, we will try to slow down the use of Nuclear Deterents. We may continue to use chemical weapons, though. We will try to improve relations with Providence and the empire. We hope for a brighter future for all of the nations on Cvtopia Minor. Farewell, my citizens, and I hope for the best for our nation"

Two Minstyrz missles, the smallest nuclear missle with only 3 miles in diameter of fallout, are launched at Vengence and Overwinning. The capital will be safe from the attack accept for a bit of fallout, while some of the invading forces will be destroyed. Since the launch site is so close to the target, it will only take less than a minute to attack Providence troops
