Hearing Shatner speak, Tiberius responded back to state his business. "Well Lord Shatner, seeing you in the state you are in now, and after the losses your forces have been taking in this war, I've come to offer you a suggestion to help your forces rebuild and to cool the tensions down back in RebeliousCanada. Since your forces took the brunt of the causalities, I would suggest that your nation only provide air support for the on-coming battles while your land forces stay here in the Western Imperium to regain their strength and morale. We need someone to stay behind and make sure Maximilian doesn't try to invade again and threaten our supplies. I would suggest this for at least the next several months until things cool down and your forces have time to rebuild. What are your thought?" As Tiberius waited for an answer, he hoped Shatner would understand the reasoning behind Tiberius's suggestion.

After each candidate has had a chance to speak for themselves, each delegation will be allowed one vote so no-one has an advantage. So, to begin in no particular order, I''ll allow King Eirikson to speak first. King Eirikson, you have the floor to speak." As Francis let the Phoenixian King speak, he himself made sure he would keep this meeting civil and this vote short so they could continue on.

Prince Celanor clap for a moment. "Excellent speech. My friend. You are a worthy commander and less causualities are fine judge of you abilty to preserve your men. We Elves however dealt the coup de grace to Maximillian forces here at green town. It was my planning and organization. Not only did Elven forces prevent the lost of Green Town but it was an Elven counter attack that broke the lines. Our magic and our ability to fight a lightning war will bring us victory." He said with a proud voice. Elves all over shot praise and raise there swords high.

Dimitri also clapped to both the candidates speeches. "Very good speeches both of you. You both have good experience and a way to preserve men. But May I remind you that I led my forces single handily to victory along the mountains. And took the City of Serov without any friendly reinforcements. Now I will admit I did have advice from the late Baron Richard Von Hilfiger whom died at the recent counter attack of the city by Maximilian forces. As I also recall I am the only one to lead my troops into battle without fancy armor and magic, just a sword, a rifle, and intellect". Dimitri said as he looked at his opponents.

Celanor step forward and turn towards Galadoris. He started yelling in Elven. Galadoris started talking in low apologetic tones and left. Celanor then turn to King Erikson. "I apologize about my subordinate. HE spoke disrespectfully to you all. For that I apologize." He said bowing.

It only seemed from Francis's eyes that Dimitri had the cool calmness and collective mind as he tried to be the peacemaker in-between all of the arguments. To top it off the Warforge began to argue that they would only follow Francis into battle and wouldn't listen to anyone else's commands; which caused a major rift with the Elven leaders. As the other leaders began to tone down their attacks, Francis spoke up to address everyone. "This is very said for this alliance if all of you are going to argue among one another over who has accomplished what and who has the better leadership skills. To start off with, Prince Celanor your talks about your forces dealing the finishing blow to Maximilian's forces in this last battle are an outright lie. It was a combined attack from the ENTIRE alliance that broke Maximilian's army, and that was only accomplished after MY army and I went headfirst into the fire to face the brunt of Maximilian's forces. So, if you're going to lie or be mistrustful to your allies, you can take your name out of the running of becoming the next front-line commander." As Francis paused for a moment, he glared back at the entire Elven delegation to prove his point that he was fed up with their back dealings and lies.
After letting the moment sink in to the Elves and the others, Francis continued to speak. "Now for the Warforge, I know you may distrust some of the other commanders here, but you can put my word to it that I will vouch for every person in this room, even Celanor, that they are capable leaders and that they will put their egos aside for the greater cause of the battle. So please don't threaten anyone over this issue because even though you all have been granted the Uncharted Territories in the north Hercules, that only comes to fruition as soon as the Imperium is liberated and Maximilian is dead. Now, seeing that everyone seems to have said their peace, I can only say that Dimitri in my eyes seemed to have the coolest head in this debate for this position. However, I know everyone has had a rough week with this last battle and the amount of losses so I can understand everyone being on edge. Moving onto the actual vote now, as I said each delegation will receive ONE vote for this selection. The voting delegations are Phoenixia, the RC, Constannia, the Elven Empire, Valorono, the Warforge, and if it is needed, myself as the tie-breaker and last vote for the Imperium forces. So, at this time you may all cast your vote forward."
