The Warforge leaders held there own ceremony for their dead. Components of the fallen Warforge where given to wounded comrades in a ceremony of honor.

With the first night after the battle fading into histroy, the members of the Crown Alliance began the long recovery process of replacing their troops and gathering their forces for the next phase of the war. By the end of the week, many of the leaders were ready to meet to discuss the future of this war and were the alliance would strike next in terms of attack. Meeting in the ruins of the old city hall, the leaders of the Crown Alliance began to assemble for the meeting.

As Francis listened to Vera speak in concerns of his obsession with Maximilian and how he needed to stop being the leader at the front of the war, Francis felt it was a personal attack against his pride and service from his family. He felt himself torn between the love for his family and the duty he felt he still owed to his country and soldiers. After listening to Vera speak, Francis spoke with tears in his eyes and a torn heart. "Vera, your words hurt me. You can't force me to choose between you all and my soldiers, that's not fare. If you haven't noticed my display of leadership over the last months and in these three battles is the reason we still have an alliance against Maximilian and we have been able to retake much of the western half of the Imperium. If I am not the one leading the charge, it will dishearten alot of the Steel Guards and others in battle. However, I don't want this issue to tear our family apart as I love you all too much. None of you understand the weight I bear on my shoulders." As Francis waited for a response, he laid back against the bed as he was tired of the fighting and just wanted to war to end.

Amirra then spoke up. "Fine lead from the front if you must but control yourself. Fight to beat Maximillian not your pain. Defeat him and come home to us."

Both generals would be late for the meeting as they engage in a different form of combat. A combat that did not involve clothing. When they where finish Alastair smiled at Franciska. She is so beautiful and I love deeply. I can't wait to see what miracle we produce down the road. With those thoughts Alastair looked at his watch. His eyes went wide. He then turn to the sleep Franciska. "Franciska get up where late for the meeting."

The Phoenixia commander cried out a course in her native language before she began to search for her clothing.
" We should enjoy this not like that, then this would not happen. But on the other side we can't deny the urge of our bodies no ?" She was still jealous about the magical abillity of Alastair but she managed to put on her uniform within a record time...

"Well, at least we didn't lose as many men in this battle," one of the Constannian commanders was saying during a private meeting after the siege of Greens-Town had ended. "I just hope this doesn't sow tension among the other armies as they might be especially bitter about that fact. But then, there's no point worrying over it. There's was nothing sensible about wearing our men out so they could arrive quicker, when the course of this battle was almost entirely who had the strongest magic," Prince Oction stated, rubbing his stubble. "Dismissed," He decided to stay in the camp, keeping things running smoothly while Prince Daniel, Prince Winston and Prince Edward-the Bulldog Trio as they were beginning to be known as by the Constannian public-would attend the meeting between the different alliance leaders at the ruined city hall.

Though they remain professional as they walk. Alastair could not help but give Franciska looks. He whisper comments to Franciska, that made the general stop and blush for a moment. When they couple made it to the command center, They found there allies in discussion.

Prince Celanor gave Alastair a look that made the man lose all sense of humor. "Well Alastair perhaps you can explain why your are late to this war meeting?"

It was hard to remain a neutral face and not to grab Alastair and occupy the next tent with him. However they would have more then enough time for things like that when they returned from the meeting.
As he had predicted they were the last ones who entered the tent. At Celanor comments she didn't obey but shoot with the same venom back.
" Oh I think you can imagine your majesty, we are all matured adults here or are the elves not using the bird and bee analogy ?" Only the pressence of the other Phoenixians hold her back from a even harsher comment.
She turned to Lord Kissinger. " Good to see you are back under the livings sir, excuse the delay but well we forgot the time. It will not happen again sir." She managed to hold a straight face, courtesy to the fact that she could control feelings much better since she was together with Alastair...

Celanor just nooded. "Well Generals what you two do in your spare time is none of my concern, but please don't lat to a war meeting in the future please." Celanor said with a neutral tone. The other Elven officer particular the Sun Elves and Grey Elves made some comments in Elven, till Andy told them to be silent. Alastair knew what words meant in Elven.. Human-lover. Man who plays in dirt. In another words a Elf who sleep with human, lesser beings.

No one need to translate the words to her, instead she simply ignored the comments, there was no reason to raise the sword in a threatening manner when everyone knows it was not a threatening.
' Oh Freya, if you hear me, slay this damn thickheads with brains. Maybe one or two will survive.' She steeled herself before she turned to Lord Kissinger, waiting for the beginning of the meeting...

Listening to the man, the soldiers headed back Green-Town and began the process of re-education back into the Imperium Armed Forces. All of them were actually happy as they didn't have to fear Maximilian anymore or the threats of death coming from him for failure. After they arrived back into town, Dimitri focused the rest of the week heading up to the meeting continuing recon missions into the mountains and gathering his forces for the next offensive. As he arrived at the war meeting later in the week, he had his own set of goals he wished to share with his allies as Lord Francis began the meeting.

Francis was surprised that Amirra said he could continue on the front lines, but he felt a hint of sarcasm from her voice as he spoke up. "I don't know at this point, maybe staying behind the lines might do me better for a while. I can still do strategics and intel from the back of the lines, but it is the men's morale I am worried about. I'm going to need a couple of days to think about this." With that notion, Francis spent the next several days thinking to himself on what his role should be now in this war considering everything that was going on and that had happened. On one hand he knew he was the charismatic leader that the men needed and wanted to see leading the charge into battle, but also he realized that he was getting older and that his antics and passion against Maximilian were getting him into more and more danger with the possibility of him dying and leaving his family behind. Needless to say, the rest of the week consisted of deep soul-searching for Francis.

As the leaders of the Crown Alliance gathered in the ruins of the city hall, there was a mix of different opinions about how this campaign had gone thus far for them. On one had they did managed to beat back Maximilian and regain much of the western half of the Imperium and liberate millions upon millions of people from Maximilian's tyranny. On the other side, however, over 120 million men from the Crown Alliance had either died or were wounded as as result of the six plus weeks they had only been fighting. Either way they saw it, there was both positives and negatives that had came out of this war thus far. As Francis began the meeting, he spoke up to address everyone in attendance. "Thank you all for making it out and excuse my lateness to the battle and meeting, but as you can see I am still banged up from the end of that battle with that bastard. Before we begin, however, I'd like to share something with you all. That last battle we just had nearly killed me as I almost had the chance to kill Maximilian and end this war. As a result of that, I lost a dear friend to me and it has given me new perspective on life and on this war. So, for the time being until it is needed again, the siege of Kingsmarch and The Steel Pass will be my last battles leading from the front as I will regulate myself to intel and strategics for the alliance. I have fought this war for almost twelve years and I realize now that I need to step back for awhile to allow for the younger leaders to build their skills for war. Are their any questions on this matter before we begin?"

His left leg was gone, From the elbow down on each arm, They were cut off. He was to tired from the medicine they gave him to complain. About 10 minutes later, A medical team of 15 burst into the room with a robotic leg, and two robotic arms. And a false shoulder. There was to be 60 hours of operations and 4 weeks of recovery before he could get back into the war. Before the operation, He was able to ask;
"Why, In the name of God, Do I need all of this?" He said lightly
"Because, Your kneecaps were blown off in the explosion. You were in to much shock to notice. You fell on your should, and shattered your arms." Said one surgeon
"Where the hell are my men?" He said in a hasty reply
"Uh, Sir.." Said a Doctor while stopping himself
In a fast remark, another surgeon replied,
"Their either dead or wounded, Or a POW. The rest fell back to Canada 4 hours ago. They wanna regroup for a counter attack in the rear of the Imperium, But, We don't know how the Crown alliance is going to feel about it."
Shatner looked at the surgeon, And grabbed him by the neck, He said
"Tell me you're lying. I never gave an order to do that. Only a few thousand died." He said while everyone watched in despair
"Eh em, I think you forgot what really happened to our forces, sir. As you see here on the computer, Is a casualty report. The entire Canadian ground force crumbled. The king gave the order to fight on. Fewer casualties could have been avoided if you were there to command them" Replied the surgeon as he jabbed a shot in Shatners chest.

With the tensions that were going on in the RC between their leadership and the amount of losses they had over the last month, Emperor Tiberius of the Imperium decided to meet with Lord Shatner to discuss aiding his forces with more men and supplies to help ease the tensions back home with their government. As the Emperor went to the hospital in Greens-Town were Shatner was at, he was surprised with the amount of hardware and replacement limbs that the man required after his horrific injuries from the battle. As he sat down with Shatner, Tiberius wondered what was going through the man's mind over this injuries.

Shatner woke up and saw that Emperor Tiberius was at his side. Shatner, who never liked to show it, was very relieved to see him again.
"Hello, Can I help you, Tiberius?" Said Shatner

The king stood up. " I understand completely sir, sooner or later a bullet would hit you. Our men had fought with bravery, our men had fought fearless, our men have died. However I think this will raising another problem. Who should get the honor to lead our troops ? This will only raising anger and promoting disagreements within the Alliance.
I say we will hold it like the last time. Each nation had the chance to promote one candidate and the first one with simple majority wins. How sounds this ?
As for our losts. We are still ready for minor operations but I would rather wait a week or so to get more reinforcements and material before we marsh to Kings Marsh and the Steelpass."

"I believe that might fall to Emperor Tiberius," Prince Russell said, looking at Prince Celanor. "And if not him then....myself, I suppose," Prince Daniel slightly raised an eyebrow for a moment. Is Russell truly fit to lead an army? He's still only a child, even his very presence here seems to be madness. the senior royal thought to himself.

With that notion, Francis spent the next several days thinking to himself on what his role should be now in this war considering everything that was going on and that had happened.

I have fought this war for Elven years and I realize now that I need to step back for awhile to allow for the younger leaders to build their skills for war. Are their any questions on this matter before we begin?"

As Dimitri took his seat amongst the leaders he spoke up " I agree with King Eirikson and General Celanor. We need a new general to lead the troops." Dimitri said as he could still feel pain in his shoulder from his gunshot. "I also believe that we should do this fairly with a vote, majority wins."Dimitri said as Otto barked in his hood.

Francis took the time to listen to each of the delegations's opinions on how they felt about him taking a step back and who would lead the troops next. After listening to everyone Francis spoke up. "Ladies and gentlemen, I only said I wouldn't be leading from the front anymore, not that I'm done with being Supreme Commander. I will still be the overall Supreme Commander of this alliance, but I will be sticking with the Alliance Command in the rear coordinating new troops and the process of rebuilding. However, you are all right that this alliance will need a new leader to lead the charge into the coming battles. However I feel and suggest that voting can wait until after the sieges as that is the more important issue on the table right now. Now....in concerns to who will be leading the new Steel Legion into battle, that would fall to Emperor Tiberius AND Prince Russell. Normally I wouldn't suggest an untested leader into command, but since Russell is the heir to the throne of this nation, and with Leona being on sick leave due to carrying child, Russell needs to learn to command his people. Emperor Tiberius will still be the overall commander of the Legion, but Russell will be given command of several divisions to test his leadership."

As Francis took a moment to pause, he could she his wives in the background were happy with his decision to take a desk job after the next battle. Even though it pained him inside to step aside from the front, he knew he had to in order to be there for his children in the years to come. After taking moments to himself, Francis continued on. "Now since I got that part out of the way, do you all wish to give reports and updates or should we go into choosing a new front-command leader and then discuss strategy for the sieges of Kingsmarch and The Steel Pass? Note, if we are going to choose a new front-command leader, I will make it clear that each delegation gets only one vote to speed up the process and each delegation must put forward one candidate." As Francis waited for the other delegations to reply, he sat down on some rubble as he was still in some pain from his wounds and from the battle earlier.

"I believe Lord Kissinger that now that you have put this forward, all of us are very anxious to get the voting underway. It is also my opinion that if we get this out of the way now we will have more time to focus on the strategy, rather than let our minds wander. In which case i think it would be best if we voted now rather than putting it off until after the sieges"Dimitri said as he took a breath and waited for a response.

Prince Celanor agree with Dimitri. "The Empire puts forward Myself for front line commander." He said with a neutral voice. It was the only Celanor with no ego could agree on. The rest of the Elves would not follow some one they did not trust.

The Warforge leader looked at the Elves with some distain, Then he step forward. I nominate myself as well. I will not have people fall for you without a voice." His statement drew shock from the Elves. There tools where rebeling against them.

RebeliousCanada wrote:Shatner woke up and saw that Emperor Tiberius was at his side. Shatner, who never liked to show it, was very relieved to see him again. "Hello, Can I help you, Tiberius?" Said Shatner

Hearing Shatner speak, Tiberius responded back to state his business. "Well Lord Shatner, seeing you in the state you are in now, and after the losses your forces have been taking in this war, I've come to offer you a suggestion to help your forces rebuild and to cool the tensions down back in RebeliousCanada. Since your forces took the brunt of the causalities, I would suggest that your nation only provide air support for the on-coming battles while your land forces stay here in the Western Imperium to regain their strength and morale. We need someone to stay behind and make sure Maximilian doesn't try to invade again and threaten our supplies. I would suggest this for at least the next several months until things cool down and your forces have time to rebuild. What are your thought?" As Tiberius waited for an answer, he hoped Shatner would understand the reasoning behind Tiberius's suggestion.
