There are reports of an explosion in the khelsharian city of Gharsh.

Update:

An explosion has occurred in the city of Gharsh, in the city center. Most of the reports are saying that it seems like a bomb has exploded. The Gharsh Police Department is sending police forces to evacuate the area. They are going to close of the entire city center, in fear of more explosions.

A series of explosions have occurred in the city center. There are reports of fatalities. The city center is completely devastated by the explosions. The police are linking these explosions together. All public transport into the city center is stopped, and are being evacuated. Targets like the City Council and malls are being locked down and evacuated.

In the capital of Royalna, the parliament is being evacuated and the important buildings are being secured

Several reports are coming in on shooting around the city with automatic guns. The damages caused by the explosions are becoming clear. 23 people are reported dead, 34 are wounded. The numbers are expected to increase. Huge material damages. The shooting has started to claim a lot of lives. No one has taken responsibility for the attacks yet.

The new death toll: 228 dead, 1230 wounded. 205 killed in Gharsh(includes gunmen in the subway), both in the explosions and in the subway shootings, and 23 in Royalna, both in the Volsvakian embassy and outside. Death tolls will rise.

In light of the recent subway shootings, we will hastily deploy these 45 policeman in a sortie fashion. You may deploy them further in any locale within Khelshar you wish. We also are speedily flying 6 Tuna-class attack helicopters armed with turrets and 4 Juuko-class precision bombs in order to debilitate the terrorists as much as possible.

"No, try to send me those papers tomorrow at night...yes, yes...ok, if you find them sooner make sure to send them, okay...okay, bye" said the Volsvakian Ambassador Mikhail Voltchin, he hung up his phone and stood up walking out of his office, he checked some papers on his briefcase before leaving.

While walking trough the halls of the Embassy he checked the time 10:33 am, while he was about to enter into a meeting room, a loud sound filled his ears, he saw a massive light that blinded him for a few moments and later, he was under some debris, coughing and disoriented.

A explosion just struck the Volsvakian Embassy. killing some of the staff, Mikhail wasn't killed luckily. He tried to stand up and looked around coughing checking for survivors.

When he looked at the street he saw a black van leaving hastly the place. He heared of Terrorist attacks this morning, but he never thought that the Volsvakian Embassy had anything to do with it...he was very confused.

Gharsh Subways, 17:43
The Special Police Force are moving quickly towards the entrance to the tunnels. They meet up with 5 foreign police men, ready to take out the terrorists. As they move down the stairways to the tunnels, they can hear people scream and shooting down below. When they finally comes down, the terrorists sees them. They fire upon them. 3 police men falls dead. They fire back at the terrorists, and they were hit. The police men are checking the damages. Entire trains are filled with dismembered corpses. "Sir, they were using dum-dum rounds. Illegal ammunition." One of the police men said to the chief.

Full evacuation of all political buildings in Royalna were started after an explosion by the Volsvakian embassy. A van that had been reported as mysterious had been stopped, and explosives were found in the van. These attacks have been linked together.

Meanwhile, in the Federal Police Department, the damages were starting to become more clear. 203 people had died in Gharsh, 25 in the attack in Royalna. All cars close to any political buildings in Royalna were stopped. Gharsh and Royalna is being set into an emergency state.

Earlier today (10:33 Am Volsvakian Time) 18:00 (Local Khelshar Local Time) The Volsvakian Embassy suffered a Terrorist attack, resulting in the deaths of 23 Staff Members, 3 National Guard Soldiers and 6 civilians (2 of them being Volsvakian Citizens).

The Central Government, working in coordination with the Khelsharian Government will send a contingent of 20 OMON Soldiers (From the Police Branch of the Red Army) towards Khelshar in order to investigate the whereabouts of the terrorists.

Right now, the bodies of our fallen countrymen are being returned to Volsvakia to their families.

A Volsvakian Mi-17sh Took the OMON soldiers to Khelshar. Soon the helicopter was approaching to a heliport of Royalna Police Department.

The Tuna-class helicopters have arrived in Kharsh and are being directed to the subway systems main entrance. The pack sees 5 hooded figures jogging from the tunnels. They open fire with the turrets, killing all 5. They radio back to the police squadron, when they receive the news of the recent developments in the subway. Three helicopters stay at the subway's entrance, while three move towards the city center to run an air-ground patrol mission with 12 police officers.

The day was nice, the Federal Republic of Khelshar was a nice place to be ,but then it took a turn for the worse when the embassy down the street suffered from a bomb. The Ambassador of Mcnernia Jason Ildrisman was having a meal in his office when the bomb went off. He looked out the window. He did not like what he was seeing.

"Sarah call the local police and find out what the hell happened."

"yes mr ambassador" The woman picked up the phone. The Station cheif of the RIA unit came it.

"Federal Police are dealing with a terrorist attack."

"My thanks Lucius."

"Pleasure to help Ambassador."

Ildrisman turned on the local television news. The stuff was truly shocking to see, all the injured and the dead and the shooting.

"I could sent a team of agents."

"Do it."

Lucius went away to make a call or two to the agents he had in Gharsh. They responded.


OUTSIDE A SUBWAY STATION

The RIA team drove up to the subway station, the were members of the RIA SAD and they were armed and armored to deal with the sitiuation. They drove Embassy vehicles to the secene. "We are here to assist with the terrs." The RIA team had badges indicating they were Royal Constabulary. They barged their ways into the station. The people were coming out the RIA team had driven quickly to Gharsh. The team made their way down.

We are really sorry to hear about this attack. These terrorists are cowards and deserve the highest form of punishment that Khelshar has to offer. The Walosians give all their love to the dead, wounded and the relatives of all the people in Khelshar.

Gharsh Subways
The terrorists that had been shooting in the Central Gharsh Station were taken out. Now they would have to evacuate all the survivors and wounded. The stench of blood and sounds of crying had filled the subway. Medical assistance from other cities close by had arrived to the city, and most were directed to the Subway. The death toll were increasing.

All transport out of Gharsh is being put to an halt. All city centers in the major cities are being closed of in Khelshar.

NEW BOMB IN ROYALNA.

A black van tried to drive into the Khelsharian Parliament building, but the driver were shot dead by security. Unfortunaly, the explosives in the car were unstable, and the bullets detonated the bomb. So far 13 people has been recorded dead by this event. A gilzic(From Gilzem, a colony of Khelshar) separatist group called the Gilzic Dawn has taken responsibility for the attacks. They called the attacks "Necessarily" and "the operations were succsesfull". They also said that no more attacks are planned, and that it is over.
