From amidst the chaos engulfing Soviet India, one notable amongst its populace found time to issue a personal response to the IFA's recruitment drive and the restatement of its, "...doomed agenda for the triumph of weak minds".

It was an open letter, published by several outlets, in which the author attacked Fascism as a pathetic half ideology with no future and ridiculed monarchs as self-deluding children before pledging to, "...send them all the way of the Mapgelerts", a reference to the one-time ruler of all India, Prince Llewellyn Mapgelert, who in the May Revolution of 1982 was chased from the mainland by a combined rebel army under Sopworth Igo, son of the famed Communist theorist Graeme Igo, and in the Sovietist February Revolution of 1989 was driven out of Sri Lanka as well and spent his old age in pathetic obscurity, his former empire firmly established as one of the world's largest Communist states.

After a series of closing statements that read, "All Power to the Soviets! Jai Hind!" the letter was signed simply, Chivo.
