We have found it increasingly difficult to reach the demands of the Imperial Fascist Alliance, effectively a web of the Fascist Federation of the Grand World Order's interets. For a few years now, all joint GWO-EC efforts have largely quieted down, and our leadership finds its self quarreling over the GWO concessions in Florida and Texas. Because the GWO has affected the sovereignty of the Confederate Empire, we will withdraw from the IFA. Within twenty four hours, all GWO ships are to leave East Congaree ports, or find themselves subject to being boarded and disarmed by East Congaree naval crews. In addition, the GWO is to unconditionally cede the Southwestern,and Eastern sections of West Palestine, a territory currently jointly administered by the GWO and East Congaree. East Congaree will cease its discharges from Lake Victoria that lead into the Nile reserved for GWO territories in Egypt, and it will suspend the right of the GWO to freely trade with Confederate ports. Finally, the GWO will have two months from this day to withdraw from its concession territories in St. John's and Flagler County, Florida (GWO Northeast Florida) and the port of Corpus Christi, Texas (GWO Chorpus Christi). East Congaree asks that the international community watch the unfolding situation to prevent any further complications between the GWO and the Confederate Empire.

Our ships will be heading back to our own lands; however, should any territorial assets of the Order be infringed upon, remember that traitors hang. Our land is our land, regardless of East Congaree's membership in the Imperial Fascist Alliance. The said areas have been property of the Order and its citizens since before diplomatic relations even began with the Confederate States. Any acts against them will be regarded as a direct violation of Federal Sovereignty, and will be dealt with accordingly.

Might I remind you that Texas and Florida are Southern lands? We posessed this lands long before you began to lease them. The Grand World Order will not pay the yearly fee on Chorpus Christi and Northeast Florida once it withdraws.
