Yes. Anthony (depicted) and Adelbert are familiars of Gertrud (the PMMM Witch).

They'r still on the tarmac I believe. Besides the Mess hall seen is happening a good few hours before the Minroz witches even get there. I would Hannah should take Haug up on that offer for the tour, and then we can have them both greet the two groups of witches.
