I feel like Finorskia would take Elite Army. I am also thinking BFG, considering that I do believe Finorskia is the only nation with the technology and money to field Railguns, and we have a plane that can drop FOABS on people at Mach-3.'

Well, as far as I know, this isn't in the same continuity as SW 2012, so I don't think it's a FanVerse.

Well, I mean that the material from SW and to a lesser extent Madoka is part of the story, not just a reference.

The thing is, tvtropes defines Fanverse as a collection of fanfiction around one continuity, which we don't have (through SW 2012 plus the tank witches RP Rup's got going might qualify as a small Fanverse). This would probably be along the lines of Alternate Universe Crossover Fic (Alternate Universe Fic + Crossover Fic), or something.

EDIT for clarification: Alternate Universe in the sense that we're taking aspects of Madoka and SW and transplanting them into a whole new universe, and Crossover because...well, it involves both Madoka and SW.

Yes to all of those things. Its a Nimitz carrier that has been stripped of all armament and been equipped only with VTOL transports, Space saved from ammunition reserves has been used to make extra medical space.
