Karthalian Emissary
Our nation's capital was just created a year ago but now a crisis is on. The karthalian intelligence ministry said that a terrorist group named Veron-Al planted bombs inside the city. Their leader Veron Alison said that if anyone enters or exits the city the city will be in a ruins our king is on the palace as well as all Parliament members and the royal family and a population of 70,000 The fate city of New Grandville is on the hands of the foreign help. We need your help.

Have the terrorists done anything to keep people within the city? Is it surrounded by any kind of terrain which would make it difficult to enter or exit the city and finally are they permitting any supplies into the city, if not the people's supplies will dwindle quickly and it may be prefferable to get them and the royal family out through any means possible instead of letting them starve to death as it would allow for more survivors from the experiance.
As a fellow monarchist nation Sarxland is going to send over special forces operatives to help coordinate any outside forces around the city and prepare for relief efforts. It is paramont that the royal family are brought out alive and as such Sarxland command has sent over Colonel Thrask and a team of Woodland Rangers to begin planning an attempt to withdraw the royal family to a safe location. This location would prefferably be at sea and as such the carrier RSS Firfeborn has been instructed to await offshore for the royal family, if you permit the use of this vessel of course.
The RSS, like many modern aircraft carriers runs at a level of efficiency through recycling plants and a nuclear reactor which allow it to stay at sea for up to a whole year without resupply, as such it is currently on orders to do so and the hull and all areas of the vessel have been swept for any devices which could impair its operation. Currently it is the safet haven we have for your royal family. Although they are permitted to be brought back to Sarxland where they will be kept under the protection of the Crown Princess.

There is the terrorists have done something a 3 rescue choppers were assigned to evacuate the palace but they were blown into pieces
also they shot 2 families that was escaping the city. the city is in a platea

This news is troubling, however we expected as much, high value targets such as the royal family would normally have concealed anti air defences to prevent such an escape.
The RSS Firfeborn is on station and ready to coordinate via radio with allied forces. Also an entire regiment, the 9th Engineers has been placed on the green light for aiding in the tunnel, these soldiers are experts in tunnel construction which saved the life of our own monarch during the siege of Tine last year. They will help in the construction of a series of tunnels throughout the city, the plan is to get members of the Sarxland Fryrdguard Special Forces within the city to cause chaos for terrorist executions and plans while we continue onwards to the palace, upon which Colonel Thrask and his men will infiltrate the palace from the ground (they will sneak in themselves) and exfiltrate the royal family and open up any entrances to the Fryrdguard who will occupy the Palace to make sure the royal family has time to escape, afterwards they too will leave via the tunnels and the royal family will be placed aboard an armoured Sarxland helicopter and spirited to the Firfeborn and kept safe upon its deck until the situation is resolved.

he super-powered aircraft carrier nuclear "Liverpool" (European Union) and "Cavour" (Italian), escorted by 8 frigates (4 European, Italian 4) and 6 destroyers (3 European, 3 Italian) come close to the shores of the nation Karthalian.
The aircraft carrier will be equipped with four transport planes each, to become invisible to the terrorists planes will Stealth.
The aircraft will arrive over the skies of the capital and will launch several teams of special forces, for the United States of Europe will be 1st, 2nd, 5th and 9th team of the 1st Regiment Raiders (Army, teams will have a total of 70 men and 30 vehicles) for the Italian Republic will be 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th team of the 5th Parachute Regiment "Folgore" (Air Force, for a total of 50 men and 20 vehicles)
Special forces have only one task: to create a diversion to distract the terrorists from the excavations of the tunnel.
The Italian Republic will send 600 men and 500 vehicles of the Army Corps of Engineers, the United States of Europe will send 700 men and 550 vehicles of the Army Corps of Engineers.
The above will have the task of helping the Allies when digging.

If the rebels do in fact have a naval presence then it is time to get this effort in gear.
The Second Royal Sarxland Fleet will deploy to Karthalian to help local forces retain dominance of the region, the fleet will act in wolf packs and will not converge into one location any smaller than two kilometres, well within range of each others weapons but far enough to avoid them all being caught in a surprise attack. Also the tunnel is currently under construction and Sarxland special forces are reporting in. Colonel Thrask and his men have moved into a supporting position and are screening the Royal family at all hours, debugging their whereabouts and making sure there are no bombs kept within a short distance of them. They will also ensure no assasins decide to pay the family a visit. We still require the tunnel to evacuate them smoothly, however a back up plan is being put in place to get them to the city outskirts upon which time the seventeenth Armoured Company will arrive with Helicopter support and get them out within the confines of a heavily armourd Dux Battle tanks cargo bay and straight towards the helicopter to take them to the RSS Firfeborn. The Firfeborn is also capable of running scouting missions on occasion with its current garrison of aircraft. These will aid in pinpointing rebel forces outside the capital and make sure that anything picked up by satelites is in fact a rebel unit.

Colonel Thrask has begun sweeping the palace for any hostile forces within its vicinity. By nightfall the gates will be opened to the special forces teams within the city and they will hold the palace until the royal family is deemed secure before retreating back through the tunnel. The RSS Firfeborn is going into standbye and all systems are operational.
As polite as the request is, we suggest your nation retains the funds for its own military, our navy is expansive enough and we already have one aircraft carrier in your waters (the Firfeborn), we are also more than capable of sending two whole fleets into your waters if you believe this will deter the rebels further.
With the palace clearing operation under way a number of our soldiers have introduced themselves to the Royal family and are slowly getting them closer to the tunnel, we do not want to rush this part of the operation as the rebels may do something drastic.
As a diversion the seventeenth, eighteenth and twentieth armoured companies from the royal army are advancing on the city with helicopter support, the Rebels have engaged them to a degree, but have been pushed back with ease. They clearly were not prepared for a well trained and very well equipped and battle hardened force. It is possible that we may be able to clear a path for a large amount of your civillian population if we act fast enough as well.
