As emperor Victor Briacheslav stepped outside the capital building of Moscow he was met with the chilling breeze from the from October snow. Even with the thick over coat and Russian winter hat he was still when he reached the black limousine as the guard opened the door as Briacheslav quickly stepped inside the limousine. The warmth from the heater from the car made him feel like he was thawing.
He wondered how long it would be before the Leningrad military parade would be finished.
'At least there will some warm tea when I return to Moscow' He thought as the limousine pulled away from the capital building towards the VIP airport.
